Red Lion Hotel Bellevue - בלוויו

The power went off on Monday morning for hours. Wi-fi was subsequently unavailable until Thursday morning, and I can see no reason for this.Another alarm (not a fire alarm, but rather an alarm near the pool) that lasted from 1am until 3am on Monday night.This was NOT a good stay this time, and nobody offered any relief.

Good location

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful, and the room was maintained to a high standard. The location was convenient to the centre of town without being too close. Any complaints are minor, such as not providing the HD versions of channels on the excellent tv provided. I will use this hotel again when I next visit Bellevue.

We enjoyed our room. Nice area, the room was nicely maintained, the bathroom was very good except for the vent. The bed was a little soft, hurt my back a little. Maybe some people like soft beds. I guess I'm not one of them.

Beds were great. Room was clean. Wish the check in staff would have let us know if there was a free congenital breakfast offered.

Property is time worn, could use upgrading.

PLEASED ,BUT BATHROOM HAD ONLY 1 VERY SMALL SHELF FOR PERSONAL CARE ITEMS. STAFF HELPFUL AND WE WOULD STAY AGAIN

Nice and clean hotel. Outside if bldg looks a little old, but clean and nice room inside. Also location is great. Would definitely stay again. Wish they had wine/bottle opener in the room though.

Perfect location. Close to everything. Very close to Crab Pot where we had an amazing seafood dinner. Bellevue downtown is also very close where they have nice shopping centers and bar Joey's which was recommended by a local friend.

We just needed a nice place to stay. The hotels.com rate, along with extra facebook discount made this a very good bang for our buck.

Right in the hot spot of bellevue and everyone is nice and its laid back. It was perfect because I went for a getaway and it was.

Overall a very pleasant stay. Our only complaint was a mix-up on dinner order in the restaurant. Will definately stay there again.

I don't think the reviews are accurate on this at all. This is a sub-par motel at best and the absolute most you should expect for a room this poor in such a noisy spot should be no more than $60-70. Room was shabby, hallways deplorable, restaurant horrible, and noisy. If I hadn't pre-paid I would definitely have walked out. Beware this hotel.

My stay was good. It was a normal hotel room. I have no complaints.

The staff was outstanding in making everyone feel welcome. One staff member even offered to take my suitcase to my room for me. This is an older building and does have some maintenance issues that needs some attention such as the hot water system (apparently a boiler failed). Room was very neat and clean but had a musty smell that should be addressed.

Unexpected LCD TV. Just plugged my stick in and watched a movie. Comfortable, clean, affordable. Very pleased. Wifi strong.

Had a ground floor room. Very musty. Has to sleep with door open! And Heater/AC was a loud as a 737. Hotel was good a few years back and needs some work. They better get moving because their business is going to drop like a stone.

Awesome time and customer service was amazing.

Well the room was nice but the phone did not call out only to the front desk. I called the front desk, they sent a service man that did not fix the problem also then next day both cards to open the door did not work I had to get a maid to open my door. I told this to the lady at the front desk and she did not care, just said sorry in a whatever tone. I am glad I only stayed one night.

My neice and I went to Seattle to see the Cirque du Soleil production. It was frustrating that they don't have check-in until 4:00. We had flown in early in the morning, saw some of the Seattle landmarks and wanted some time to rest and clean up before our show at 4:00. We got to the hotel a little before 3:00, but there were no rooms available. After waiting in the lobby for about 30 minutes, a room became available. There are no elevators, so I requested a ground floor room. Unfortunately, to get to the next building, we still had to walk up about a half-flight of stairs. Our building had a weird chemical smell in the hallway, but the room was fine. The bathroom was really small for two ladies to get ready at the same time, but the beds were comfortable and we appreciated having a refrigerator, microwave and coffee service in the room. I would have no problem with staying here in the future.

great stay!

My room had a strong mildew smell and the carpet near the bathroom was damp. I stayed in that room the first night. for the second night i requested a different room which went very smoothly.

When I drove past the place, I thought...Oh no, what have I gotten myself into. From the street, it looked grey and dingy. Then, once I got parked and got inside, it was lovely! The concierge let me check-in at noon, even though check-in officially doesn't start til 4pm. There was a desk in the room, which made it comfortable to work. Right off the freeway but plenty of rooms away from the freeway so that you don't here noise. I'd definitely stay again.

Our stay at the Red Lion - Bellevue hotel was great. The rooms were clean and had nice amenities such as a 42" HDTV, coffeemaker, blow-dryer and nice, comfy beds. It was cheaper to stay here than in Seattle but the drive to Downtown was only 17 minutes. The staff were really helpful, nice and courteous and the hotel had a security patrol staff on duty. We will definitely consider staying here again the next time we visit Seattle.

Nothing fancy, but great for over night stay. Nice room. Front desk attendant very respectful.

Stayed their for one night. To describe the hotel, the service and the staff were great, the cleanliness was also their, but the rooms.... felt like I was staying at a slightly upgraded version of a Days Inn/Motel 6 it even smelt a lot like one, you know that bleach smell, that's how it smelled. I would NOT stay at this Red Lion again. Keeping in mind that it's still called RED LION of course the price will be higher, but in my opinion it's NOT worth the price, definitely can get something better.
