The Westin Seattle - סיאטל

I was disappointed that i booked this Hotel, first the Wifi was not working in our room, but they have upgraded and we have to moved to another room . Then on the next day, they didn't clean our room, we have to asked for new towels and some other things. I expected more Service for this Hotel.

We had a room on the 33rd floor facing the ocean and the space needle for $150 / night taxe incl. Right after ARVO conference. It worth every penny. I visited the first floor of downtown Sheraton Hotel and preferred Westin. The view was fantastic from our room at night and in the morning. The size of the room was larger. The only thing is I hope they would offer a mini kitchen to store food instead of forcing us buying junk food and alcohol from the mini fridge three times the basic cost. This would make us feel like at home. We really liked the food at the restaurant. They offered organic meat and oatmeal, locally grown. In the room there was a recyclin bin which shows that the hotel is really environmentally friendly. Just for this I would give them 4, 5/5. To be perfect they would have an heated outdoor pool with gardens of flowers and a bigger gym with machines to ru, bike and different size of weights. People were very nice, sometimes too fake at the restaurant but can't complain about being too nice. We strongly recommend this hotel.

everyone was super nice and the place was clean. the hotel is conviently located to shopping, the public market, the space needle... we walked everywhere. would definitely stay again!

OK. Turned off Hotels.com and Westin after paying for a water view room and Not getting one

Why do you charge for wifi....I have to kids who have iPads and to charge for wifi is a joke!

The service was prompt and cheerful. We were allowed to check in 3 hours early. The room and view were amazing. We settled into the comfy king sized and promptly fell asleep only to be awakened every hour by a siren blaring on the streets below. We did not expect this on the 29th floor. I guess when you stay downtown in a large city that comes with the territory.

Great view of the space needle from our room. Very comfortable and clean room. Customer service very good at the front desk.

The Westin Seattle is a great hotel in a great location. You can surmise from the creative floorplans that the building was constructed in a different era but the modern decor and amenities are evidence that major renovations were successful in bringing the hotel into the present. If your staying on one of the higher floors, you may have to wait a bit for an elevator but the amazing views are totally worth it. The link, monorail, and all of downtown are within easy walking distance.

The hotel is a bit old. Needs a remodeling. Room service was great, so was the food at the restaurants and the drinks in the bar. However housekeeping was really bad. They never did the room just right. They would forget to put towels or do the roll-away bed or the sofa bed. It took three days for them to take a plate we had left with some leftovers from a night before from roomservice. We had to put the plate outside our room and it was still there the next two days. The lady that did our room did not want to take it no matter what. They charged us for things from the Mini bar we did not have, that was taken off at the end. Other then that, everything was nice. Did not smell as good as the other westins though.

This is a great place to stay in Seattle. It is central to everything, has great amenities, and is closed to anything you could need.

During our recent family vacation to Seattle, we were very happy with our stay at the Westin Seattle. Since all of the sights we wanted to see were in or near downtown, we decided not to rent a car. The light rail from SeaTac airport was very affordable, and dropped us off about a half block from the hotel. From there, it's an easy walk to Pike Place, the waterfront, Westlake Center, and Pacific Place. The hotel was quite nice, clean, and comfortable, and our room with a king bed had an excellent view of the Space Needle and the Sound. It was an ideal base of operations for our exploration of Seattle.

The staff were very friendly and greeted me from the time i walked in. The Consingere were very knolwedgable on all the local attractions and festivites

westin seattle is in downtown seattle at great location if you wanna stay in downtown area. 10 mins walk to pike place market. the facility is quite old though i can see it's been remodeled. what i like is the convenience brought by the location; what i don't like is the commercial feeling this hotel brings. i saw signs for a charge everywhere in my room. for example, if i place my own stuff into refrigerator, there's a USD 25 "cleaning fee". the hotel also says nicely that if you wanna work out, they can offer workout outfit and it costs money too. (well... it makes sense to pay renting workout outfit but seeing $$$ sign everywhere in the room just doesn't make me feel like home at all)

The hotel was nice, but I didn't expect to have to pay to park at the hotel. We had to pay to park in a parking garage!!! The parking garage at the hotel was $40, but we found a parking garage next door for $25...STILL TOO MUCH!! Also we should have gotten a better view that "city view" for $139...and that was an upgrade (according to the hotel) because we asked for the best view possible upon check in. The room was not that special that it was worth $139 without a decent view...especially with the extra fee for parking!! And don't dare drink the FUJI water in the cabinet, that will cost you over $10...

Room was wonderful. Great view of surrounding sights. Would return without question. The staff was great!

We had a nice large room with the famous Westin beds. I really need to buy one of those some day. Location was great since it's a block from Jazz Alley and the same for shopping. The waterfront is just over the hill and restaurants are nearby. Highly recommended.

I recently spent two nights w my family. Due to time constraint, we ate two meals in their restaurant, called Relish. Most of the food was good but very expensive, over the top in price. It shouldn't cost $90 for lunch for four people. Ridiculous!

Excellent conceirge service, Sunday AM man was amazing.

The location is fabulous of this hotel! The restaurant located inside is ok if you don't have kids but the kids menu is awful as there isn't typical kid foods available. The rooms are a bit small and the shower wasn't as expected since they made it sound spectacular and it was mediocre. They said dual shower heads but that was a pretty sad dual shower head and bathroom was small with no vanity outside of bathroom. View was gorgeous but the extra charge for water view was a bit overrated since it was a small corner of lake union. There are no vending machines anywhere in this hotel so if you want a snack you have to walk somewhere outside. The location and the fact that this hotel has a pool are the two key selling points of this hotel.

I love the Westin Seattle. It is a bit of a splurge and worth every dime. Comfy beds, pillows, sheets, great views, and close to shopping, the Monorail, Link, and walking distance to Pike Place.

We were thoroughly disappointed with our stay at the Westin Seattle. Our room was squeaking and wailing upon our arrival. At 2 in the morning we had enough and went down to complain. The night manager insisted that nothing could be done because "it's an old building". I can't believe they offer a room that shakes and moans with the wind. They offered another room, which made just as much noise. We had a sleepless night and checked out the next morning to a more relaxing stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Walk 5 mins to Pike Market, 10 mins to Space Needle, or just 2 mins to the light rail that goes straight to Space Needle. There is an Avis directly across the street that we rented a car for just a day. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring that we have a smooth transition between the days that we paid for and the days that we redeemed our SPG points. The only downside is the elevators are somewhat noisy. They make a rumbling sound that can be heard from all the rooms because the hotel is built in a circular shape with all the rooms surrounding the elevators. It doesn't bother me who am a sound sleeper, but if you're a light sleeper, just be aware of the rumbling sound of the elevator during the middle of the night. Otherwise, I enjoyed staying at this hotel due to its convenient location.

My family and I stayed here for the weekend and it was great. Service was amazing, staff was extremely accomodating, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. We were centrally located in downtown so walking to all the area attractions was no problem and really saved on parking fees. We will definitely be staying again.

All was good, but not at all happy about dogs in an upscale hotel.

Only stayed one night, but the accomodations were great. Don't know if their worth $200 a night. Also, the parking cost over $40 and it wasn't even valet. The area was awesome, so I guess it's the location you're paying for. Did like the views, but then again, the price was a bit high. I will have to say that the bed felt the same as at the Hampton Inn. Just Sayin.

There was several things went wrong regarding food and room service.. However, the hotel took care of that by not charging me. My experience has always been good with Westin's, so I most definitely would try them again. Comfort of room could be improved by being able to open a windoww, or have the ability to create air flow by a fan.

Good location, nice room. The only inconvenience was that we didn't get the room until 5:00 p.m!!

No air in room. Can't open room and had no machine to blow and create air circulation. Ordered room service, took a long time (only 1 delivery person on for the whole hotel), and quality of food was horrible, either cold or terribly overdone. Never has been my experience with staying in a Westins. Prevous stays at Vancouver, Maui and Cancun would have rated the experience a 5.

The Westin is the perfect hotel in Seattle in my opinion. The rooms are very clean, the bed is truly heavenly, and you can walk to anywhere you want to go, anything you want to see. The valet parking is great if you have to in-and-out at all (as we did this last stay) and the staff are attentive and quick to answer needs and get things to your room - even if you are on the higher floors.

The best staff! More than pleasant and helpful. Great with families too.

This is a simple hotel to find--the towers can be seen from many points in the city. The hotel staff were helpful, the location incredibly convenient. My only caveat, is that in this day and age wi-fi should be free, and though we had our own hot spot accomodation, one should note this. The restaurant was under construction so we did not use their temporary location in the lobby.

The Westin needs to plow down the old buildings and put up a 21 century hotel. The room was clean, and its in the middle of Seattle. Just wanted a more modern hotel, like the Westin in Whistler, B.C.
