Room was a bit shabby, and skimpy with soap (brought our own toilettries)...

The room was clean I'll give it that but the beds were horrible. They were incredibly HARD.. THe worst I've ever slept on and I've slept in a lot of hotels.. If that wasn't bad enough the bedding was terrible.. The sheets were very cheap but the comforter was the worst. It was very thin, cheap and made of polyester... Very uncomfortable... WHen I think of what I want in a hotel room a good night sleep is high on the list... If a bed is important to you I'd avoid this hotel... I had no problem with the internet access so that was a plus.. The location is a bit off... The neighborhood seems a bit seedy and there isn't much around.. I was looking all over for a grocery store... It seems like they stuck a hotel in the middle of a bad neighborhood..I would not recommend the area...The staff at this hotel is rude and unhelpful. It seems if you're staying just a few nights you get bad service.. If you're staying for an extended stay I imagine they treat you better.. It shouldn't be that way...

I booked a last-minute stay through hotels.com, and was able to obtain exactly the room I needed. We decided to extend our stay one more day, and the hotel was very accommodating. The staff, from front desk to housekeeping, were courteous and attentive. My only complaint was that they were filming an episode of Bridezilla at the hotel, and a producer from the show rudely asked us to keep it down & close our door while they were filming, which was kind of hard because we were moving our possessions from the room into our car. Really?!? Reality TV, keep it real!

The hotel is very good for the rate. The room is big, and it has a very comfort bed, and LCD tv screen. I haven't use it but it also has a full kitchen.

we had no heat in the unit ventilator. We were cold tn the suite we were in .when told to management they said we could switch rooms . we only had 2 nights and didn't want to move.This unit had a 42 in counter with 3 stools made for a 30 inch counter. Impossible to work on .

It was a decent & clean hotel. We chose it mainly because of its location.

Waking up to a great cup of coffee almost made up for the condition of the room, which was not good. Appears old, feels unclean, although the staff was amazingly good.

We had a great stay here. We would recommend this to anyone.

The wireless didn't work for me, it ruined my entire stay, had to check out early and go stay with a friend. I couldn't work due to this problem. The staff was very helpful however.

I went there with my parents and husband and overall stay was fine.The guy at the front desk was helpful and cheerful .The rooms were clean and cozy .A good stay if you are looking for hotels with kitchenettes.

I would def. recommend this place if you want a small and centrally located hotel. The front staff is helpful and it's an okay breakfast w/muffins, fruits, oatmeal, and coffee.

Hotel was clean I only thing it was very outdated it give you that feeling of a motel .but since I only need the service for the night it did the job

Great stay. Have stayed here before will stay again when traveling to the area.

Pros: The breakfast goodies was just enough to hold us over until lunch. This was our first experience with hotel that offered the small kitchen and that was fine although we were' not their long enough to utulize the kitchen. The staff was very nice. Woiuld have been good if Hotle offered concierge service. Thank goodness for our GPS on our cell phones. CONS: The worst part of our experience was the bed and the bedding. I have to express my disatisfaction with the hard bed and the old,old, blankets and very flat not fluffy pillows. Our first night was horrible and the second night I requested from the front night desk attendant another blanket and better pilllows and surprisinly we received a soft blanket and almost new fluffy pillows. I also, have to express that the loitering in the front entrance area of the Hotel was a bit concerning. I will not patron another Extended stay location being that I wasn't happy with the terrible night sleep after a long 300 plus drive from Northern California.

The room was very dirty. The carpet was very dirty and the Hotel management has very little control over the housekeeping. The Odor in the room was not good and we had to buy things to keep our room clean and odor free.

Hotel is good for people that need to stay for long periods of time. Room had a mini kitchen and was a nice size room. Neighborhood was not great. Hotel needs carpet cleaning, as there were many stains in the hallways. Staff was accommodating.

The good: pretty good location for Universal Studios for the price (about 10 minutes away). The bad: Breakfast was pretty basic with instant oatmeal, breakfast bars and some fruit. Nothing hot. Cleanliness could have been a bit better.

we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was in a great location, very reasonably priced, and not far from our destination of Universal Studios. It was great to have a large kitchen area including a full size refridgerator, stove, counter space, etc. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, we would definitely stay there again. Highly reccommend it.

Our experience with hotel was good but it could be better. We stayed 3nights/4days but housekeeping was only available if you stayed 7days. After our stay, we went to San Diego where we stayed at Homewood Suites. They offered free breakfast and dinner, daily housekeeping thru out our stay.

I thought it was a very good value - very clean, pleasant, convenient to the friends I was visiting. Availability of laundry machines was helpful. I'd stay there again.

We were very satisfied with the room and services, but the location was difficult to locate. We would highly recommend this to our friends!

Overall good place to stay with kids and it's about 5miles to Universal studios. Closeby grocery store and fastfood.

I loved staying at this hotel. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The location was convenient for us. We were only there one night so I didnt really get to experience the service at this hotel but I can definitely say we had an easy and welcoming check-in and check-out. Im actually planning on staying here again next time I decide to come to this area.

The lady at the reception was very nice and kind. Great hotel! We will come again!

Best part, I forgot an item in the room after checking out and they returned it without a problem. But I was feed for making a call out of the area. Not good!

The hotel staff was courteous, helpful, and professional. The rooms were OK. They do need minor updates. The toilet flapper in my room needed replacing as it ran all the time.

Granted I only spent one night in this hotel, it does the job. For people who could care less about room getting food there, or relying on some extra service that would add onto your bill, this is a great place to stay. I'm not bad mouthing anything here, I just didn't use any of the amenities that came with the hotel, I was just there to sleep. But it's a quiet, comfortable, nice place to close your eyes and rest. I will most likely stay here again when I go to the Flappers comedy club in Burbank.

The hotel is in a fairly nice area, not too far away from Burbank or LA. We stayed in a one queen bed studio suite. It was very roomy and even had a full kitchen (stove, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, and all). The customer service was nice and called within ten minutes of check in to make sure our room was satisfactory. The only downfalls I have to the hotel was the lack of free WiFi ($5 for your whole stay, but still, should be free) and the fact that they don't do room service daily and don't have shampoo or conditioner. Overall, for the price, we got a lot. I would recommend this to anyone staying for any length of time, especially longer stays!

Good hotel for the price.

I am from Las Vegas and have a warped idea of what hotels are, so it is a little hard to be objective about hotel rooms and prices, but here goes. The location and size of the room were nice and the price was great. The room had a full size refrigerator, kitchen sink, two electric stove burners, and plenty of counter space for food preparation, so if you are trying to save money or on a special diet, this works great. The room and bathroom were in fairly good condition for the price I paid - what I would consider average. This is an extended stay type hotel, and it does not include daily maid service, so the bed linens and towels will not be changed daily and the room will not be cleaned, bed made, etc. If you want clean towels, however, you can get them daily from the front desk, and if you will be staying longer, maid service will be provided at 7 days. This is not a big deal for me, as I don't trash rooms, was staying only 2 nights, and I don't need to have clean sheets and towels daily. If I were staying longer it wouldn't be that big of an inconvenience to trade towels in at the front desk. The channel selection on the TV was pretty good, and internet access is available at very reasonable rates with a higher prices based on higher speed levels. I chose the lowest speed and it was fine for email and light web surfing. I would have had to choose a higher speed to download large files or do video streaming. The neighborhood was nice enough that I didn't worry at all about the safety of my vehicle. My only complaints would be that the bed had some kind of a plastic protector under the sheets that was very noisy, and the blanket on the bed was in rather poor condition in a few places. The blanket could (and should) be easily changed, but they need to do something to make the bed quieter. I found it annoying while trying to get to sleep, but at least it didn't wake me once I fell asleep. Overall, I would likely stay there again, but mainly because the price was

After I checked-in about 10pm, I went to the room to see it, I found some clutters and bed is not done like someone is still using the room. I went down to tell the front desk and right away he gave me a better accommodation in the floor I requested. Overall, the hotel is good, it's complete with kitchen gadgets for couple of days stay.

Good for the price. Mattress was a little firm and "springy" and the room looked like it had not been renovated in a while. But, considering the price, it was just fine. Perfect for those who are going to spend all of their time out in LA and will pretty much only use the room for sleep.
