Map directions were not updated to reflect current street names. The sheets were filthy Rooms were outdated No room service, without additional charges.

No breakfast, no service room, poor cable, poor hospitality

Dark room, cant open curtains bcse then everybody can look inside the room from the hall. Not very private. Noisy AC and refrigerator. Good hot water and pressure. Loud neighbors at 2 am !! Front desk was very helpful and corteous. Laundry room facilities and Soda machines accesible at all times.

The hotel is convenient if need it just for sleeping. It is clean and provides any things you will need for a stop and go stay. It lack of the ammenities if you want to relax after a workday. No pool or lounge in property. I was able to connect to the WiFi from my room, not to access the internet which was a critical problem for me.

This hotel is in a great location, service was good.

No daily service without paying extra. Haveto ask for shampoo, towels,etc. .

The hotel looked great when I pulled up, but once I got into my room everything changed. What a dump! Doors were missing, things were worn down (in general). I was so disgusted that I actually went out and bought my own sheets and towels! Do not stay.

Labrotory and bathroom was not draining, Bed sheets were very thin and very old as well as the mattress. And I wonder why there wasnt even a continental breakfast for the prices that you charged.I have had a better experience with Roma Hotel in Miami Garden $75 per room and they provided breakfast, much cleaner and more convenient; location wise.

Arrived at 7pm and room wasnt ready for thirty minutes and desk help took 15mins with no one in there

Upon entering the room and knowing the forecast called for a cold overnight we turned on the heater. It didn't work. A maintenance guy worked on it for an hour and said he couldn't fix it. The front desk said there were no other rooms available and offered a space heater to which I repkied I think they are illlegal in hotel rooms. So about an hour after that the front desk delivered ONE thin cheap blanket and said that was the best they could do. Finally I spoke to an assistant Mgr who told me they had a room for us. So we moved. The problem was it only had a doulble bed andit was me, my wife and our two adult daughjters. To which I was told by the front desk person, at least the heater works. We were from out of town needing only one night before our cruise and this is what we got. Lousy room, lousy service, and no option in case of emergancy. Stay clear of this dump!!

OK for the cost. Aging facility overdue for a facelift.

Comfortable , clean and convenient to FLL airport. Coffee and microwave in the room a plus.

Too many people without shirts on, hanging outside of the building either on the phone or smoking. Didnt feel as safe as I should have. These hotels are usually great!

The room was clean. Nothing fancy, but if all you need is a room to sleep in, this will do. It comes with a kitchen since it is an extended stay place. But we did not use it since we were just there to shop. The Sawgrass Outlet mall is about a 10 minute drive.

I travel a lot for business and usually don't write a review but this hotel is a big no no. The rooms are dirty, there is grime everywhere, the bath paint is coming off and its rusty by the fawcet, the whole place is bad. The outside hasn't been cleaned for ages, the steps and paths would be so much better for a pressure wash. It doesn't cost much to clean properly, they don't do it. Stay away if I were you.

Had to switch room 3 times: 1st room sheets were stained, 2nd room smelled of smoke. Black mold in the bathroom. Stained counters, dirty sheets, terrible location. It is off of a one way street and if you miss the exit you have to get back on the high way and make a 10 minute detour loop to get back. Not sure if the price was so high because of the BCS game or it is just terribly overpriced. We stayed there 2 nights and the room was never cleaned.

Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Suburban location near the highway. Clean room with kitchenette. Quiet area. About 30 min from downtown Miami via turnpike. Neighborhood seemed safe at night.

I was shocked to find that it is in the middle of nowhere for someone without a car. The room was stuffy and the temp would not go lower. The carpet was dirty and the water coming from the faucets was discolored...to afraid to drink from it. The people were lovely and very helpful but I will not return there.

The hotel is located to a lot of restaurants. The outside of the hotel looks very nice and the inside is fairly clean. The bed was a bit uncomfortable for me, but other than that, the stay was nice.

maybe ok for a young kid who doesn't care about cleanliness and comfort, but most older people would be very dissatisfied. maybe fine for an emergency nights stay, but can't imagine making it through two nights!

ROOM WAS MORE SMOKY THAN NORMAL! MAID HAD O SPRAY FRESHNER MORE THAN ONCE!

i think the eletronics being the tv can be updated

It met my expectations and I would use it again. No form of continental breakfast.

The rooms where dirty. Had to switch rooms a couple of times because appliances were not working. Closet was missing a door... Shower temperature could not be controlled... It was either freezing cold or boiling hot water... Just terrible.

Wasn't the cleanest room, the floor was a bit sticky and the room felt a bit damp. But for the cost and the location I think it was still the right choice for me. I really liked that I had a kitchenette available if I had wanted it.

Everything was ok except that I reserved a room with a queen size bed and got twin bed instead for me and my girlfriend.

The room was great, very clean, good size & well stocked with all the nessesities, bed was very comfortable too. The front destroyed staff were very friendly & helpful. The location is perfect, next to a shopping center with several stores & restaurants in walking distance & Cowboy's Saloon & concert venue is less than a mile away. I'll definitely book here again.

Dirty, scary people lurking, difficult to get help.

The room I had was more for long term guests, I believe. There was a kitchenette with some pots and pans. However, no drinking glasses, no shampoo. Bed was good, and the room was quiet. You could tell it was an older building. Overall the room was good, no real issues.

Couldnt wait to check out, very unconfortable beds and pillos were flat and dirty. Kitchen cook wear wad dirty had to wash everythin before I was actualy able to prepare anything for the kids. Elevator was out of service for the 3 days we stayed. Horrible I would never stay in that place again.

I needed a room, reasonably priced and with free wi-fi, to stay in the night before an important job interview. This was exactly what I needed. Comfortable and clean.

The only real setback I encountered was the smokey smell of the so called non smoking room when I first got therer then to top it all the next morning, the strong smell of "grass" was streaming through the vent in the bathroom. I reported it to the front desk and they indicated they would look into it, but I was checking out.

For an inexpensive options, the hotel sufficed. Things to consider if you book it: No shampoo or sponge available, they do not tidy the room up everyday, kitchen was great, brink cream for your coffee (coffee maker in room). My friend stayed in another local inexpensive hotel and the Homestead was better. There is no business center FYI but they do give you free passes to the Bally's down the street.
