This hotel was OK. It might be remodeled, but looks like from the 50's to the 80's. I had asked for a non-smoking room, yet Hotels.com booked me a smoking room. Not cool. At ESA, the first room they tried had no microwave and the stove was all torn apart. The next room they had to scavenge a stove element so I could cook. Totally not impressed.

Could not get a receipt because it was booked they Expedia. Absurd. Breakfast was vending machine quality. Toeletries located at front desk. Absurd. Would not stay there again.

Breakfast was an absolute joke. Bed not comfortable. Need to update the bed.

The hotel mini suites were clean and well maintained. The location is a.amazing; for instance, within 6 miles you are able to see a movie, visit beauty shops, and shop! Staff was great too.

Room was ok. 1st room was to have been non smoking but could cut smoke smell with a knife ( desk said it was non smoking but last guest had done it. Must have smoked non stop). Moved to a smoking room that was much, less smokey. Courteous staff. Bed ok. Excellent location. Wireles internet very slow, but free.

My stay was very nice, Receptionist was very polite, had a smile on her face when I walked in, and very pleasant. Only thing, bed was a little uncomfortable. But, overall, would stay here again.

I thought it was a great place to stay. Just war: you need to ask for toiletries at the front desk, because any in the room (no a bad thing though). The bed was nice and comfy and the room was spacious. Felt like a little studio. No business center, however Kinkos is not far.

The hotel is so close to the freeway and a main thoroughfare that the noise came through the poorly insulated unsound proof walls. The bathroom fan rattled and the refrigerator was so loud and on all night. Wouldn't go back. At least the employees were nice.

The hotel had an incense smell in the lobby and the room that was very strong.

The kitchenette lacked basics like a tea pot.There was a little coffee maker and one pouch of coffee. No tea. There were no toiletries except a small piece of soap.

First - the good! This hotel is very convenient to Bishop Ranch. Now, the bad! - This hotel did not have exterior lights on when I left each morning at about 5:30-6:00 AM. This is both a security and a safety concern, as the only lights were from the public roadway streetlights. The bed was quite uncomfortable and not up to the standards of the lodging industry. The wifi lacks sufficient bandwidth to accomodate the multiple users each night, resulting in sloooow connections. It was the lowest cost hotel in the area, and now I know why!

It was very acceptable with the exception of no klenex or trash can in the bathroom .

everything was good but the bed was a little lumpy. the mattress has no support and it was flat plus lumpy.

First time staying at an Extended stay. This place is great if you need to stay someplace for a job or have no other choice of stay. Really bad Idea for a Romantic Getaway. Some Luxury's of a Hotel are not available like an Ice machine. They have ice trays that may or may not be filled with ice and you have no idea who filled them in the fridge. There is no champagne/ice buckets available or anything big enough should you want to chill any bubbly. The beds were the worst I've slept in any hotel. If you like sleeping on rock hard surfaces, you will adore the beds.

Good except no maid service

Was ok but left my phone charger there called and said it was not there I know were it was left don't no if I could trust this place

The bathroom was dirty. The fridge had drinks and food from the previous guest in there still. The bed was uncomfortable. The towels were dirty in the kitchen and the bathroom. Maybe the other extended stay in San Ramon has better standards, but I would avoid this one at all costs. Not worth the money.

Very dusaooiubted that we could not extend our stay for an additional 3 nights. The individual on duty did not try to find us rooms at the Extended stay on Camino Ramon in San Ramon. We had to move to Castro Valley to another hotel. We also did not have any silverware and only one coffee cup. I will not stay at another Extended stay America again..

Location was great. Checking in was good, but overall room was outdated and a little run down.

The good thing about this hotel was its location, which was close to my client's office. rooms didnt have any soaps , shampoo or anything, the house keeping was extra ( 20/day or something ). there was complimentary breakfast, which was coffee and fruit only, i think for a price you can do much better than this, people were friendly tou that was the only good thing,

We arrived at 10pm and all we wanted to do was go to sleep so the hotel didn't have an opportunity to correct the things we found wrong....however....Even though it was a non smoking room, someone had obviously been smoking in that room. It reeked of smoke. There were no toiletries (shampoo, lotion, plastic cups, etc) except 2 small bars of soap provided. The coffee maker was broken & leaked water all over the counter (now we know why there was a stain on the counter under the coffee maker). Also, even though we had a room with 2 Queen beds, there was only one coffee cup in the room. The person who checked us in was super nice as was the person who we talked to when we checked out. She wrote down the things we told her (the smoke & the broken coffee maker) so we felt heard. They might have given us a better room if we had asked when we got there.

The place is ok. The minor prob. Was the bathroom blower wasn't working but otherwise it's clean.

Front desk lady nice, but very dirty hotel. Room was supposed to be non-smoking, however smelled like stale cigarettes. Cigarette burns on counter tops. Cook top scorched. Floors were so dirty we had to wear socks. Shower was not clean (had someone else's hair stuck on wall) grout dirty. Overall just nasty...

The young woman at the check-in desk was extremely helpful and patient. I was having trouble with my on-line reservation, and she delt with them directly, with a satisfactory outcome. Very patient all the way through. Olivia is a gem!

The manager and other employees were professional but warm and friendly, and it was obvious from the cleanliness and atmosphere of the facility that it is well-managed and maintained. Because of its nature (extended stay), guests should bring own shampoo, conditioner etc. The room included a cozy kitchen with full-sized fridge & freezer, cooktop & microwave. Roomy closet, comfortable bed with many pillows in varying firmess. It was the last room available, so was right next to the freeway, but was equipped with a heating/ac system with a "fan only" option which nicely masked the road noise. I'd forgotten a hair dryer and there was not one in the room, but the manager personally delivered one to my door when I inquired. I would definitely return.

Yhis hotel is old,very old.One of the light fixtures was duct taped togethet,the room had spots on the walls like someone threw someyhing on thes and it was never cleaned.The carpet was spotty.The hotel smelled like weed almost every time we entered or left (try to explain that to the teens)The upfrony help was OK but they had an 8 to 5 attitude.They won't get my money again.

The hotel at the convention I was attending was full and I found a good price for this hotel 5 minutes away. It was very rainy, the lobby was very small but the staff was very nice and helpful. What I liked was walking into the room and it didn't have that nasty, stale smell but smelled fresh. That made me feel comfortable. The colors were warm and the floors were wood, a full size refrigerator, stove, utelsils, dishes and pans and plenty of room to work on my computer. None of this was mentioned on the website I looked at. So I was pleasantly surprised and I think you'd like it.

First of al I asked for a smoke free room. Even tho the room had a non smoking sign, the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The bathroom had the roughest towel, actually hurt my face. The sheet and pillowcases did not smell clean. When I turned them inside out there was a great improvement. Then when I asked if I could have a late check out on Sunday at 1PM instead of 10 AM they said no. I thought that was not very conciderate. I would not reccomend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel had everything I needed and them some. Price through hotels. com was extremely reasonable looking forward to staying again.

The bed was very hard. There was no tissues, no glasses only 1 coffee cup. Toilet was so low it was like for a child.

There was a ring around the bathtube. Had to go down to desk to get sink stopper for the kitchenette.

Good points - this plave has potential. Would be a great place for a longer stay as it has microwave, stove, sink and fridge. Bad points - I have traveled all over the world and this place gets first place for the worst housekeeping I have ever witnessed. I wish I could post the pics here I took on my iPhone. There was heavy dust on the borders of all walls where the vacuum won't reach, heavy soot in the door frame between livingnarea and bath, what looked like heavy coffee or dried vomit on the boz spring, mouse droppings and dead beetles on topmofmthe box spring. It was really disgusting and I wont't be back.
