Friendly staff. Clean room. Shuttle on time. Food for late arrivals that you can microwave in your room. Overall very good experience.

Conveniently located near O'Hare, with half-hourly shuttles. Restaurant on premises. Other amenities and services basic. Staff attentive and cheerful.

Not bad for a hotel by the airport I got a suite for the same price as the hotel I used to stay at down the street. Will stay here again.

I slept like never before those bed are very comfortable and clean an the rooms were spotless. I am coming back soon.

I liked this hotel and staying over there.

it was very relaxing,workers very friendly & helpful,breakfast coupon was a very nice touch

was only there for one night would have like had some type of meal included for the price.over all very nice thank you i am a chef also so i know a meal always make guest very happy.

The free shuttle to and from the airport made it easy to get around. The shuttle would take you to the airport to catch the CTA trains. The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Our ttrip back through Chicago we stayed elsewhere, which we regret (The Holiday Inn was much better.) We ate at the Harry Caray restaurant the food was good, but nothing outstanding. However, we went in between dinner service so had to sit in the bar area. We thought the food was a little overpriced. Other than that the cost of the hotel was very good for the service and the cleanliness of the room! We would definitely stay here again.

Opened the window for some fresh air, only to find absolutely NOTHING to protect me from falling out of the window. No screen, no protection whatsoever! Not safe at all. Thankfully I didn't have my children with me on this trip!

Excellent value. I don't know if it was just last minute, but Holiday Inn O'Hare Suites was the best deal in the area. I was in another nearby hotel the night before which cost more and wasn't nearly the quality. I was so glad I switched.

when i booked the room I was unaware this was a smoking room.. The room smelled like a tobacco factory. I was arriving late and didn't have the opportunity to locate another hotel, and they didn't have any other non smoking rooms available. Also there was a leak in they hallway, towel catching the excess water. I've stayed here before in a non smoking and room and enjoyed my stay. this one totally sucked.

So convenient to take the complementary shuttle to and from the airport. I booked the hotel for our ealy flight out, and because the staff was so helpful with bags, etc. while on vacation I booked the night for our return. The staff was very courteous. The room spacious with plenty of work room and a terrific view. Harry Caray's iconic restaurant is a delicious gem in the hotel--great food and plenty of sports memorabilia.

Very clean, beds a little bouncy, laid over at Ohare so this was quick, and didn't break the bank.

I had a red-eye flight and this hotel was close, had 24 hour shuttle service, and a drive and fly option to park cheaper than on the airport property. This was a great, comfortable option, and the staff was lovely.

I enjoyed my stay. It was very covenient for me and my family. It was my daughter's birthday and I took her to see a Disney Musical at the Rosemont theater. The hotel was 1 mile away and restaurants were close by.

High reviews prompted us to stay there. I'm very glad we did. We had exhausting days and were glad to come "home" to this hotel. Front desk service was excellent. Restaurant was expensive; however, fresh fruit could be bought from front desk and was really fresh. Target, restaurants a few blocks away are handy. Watching planes take off and land from bed is nice; yet no airport noise. Forgot my power cord for my computer. Housekeeping had it, knew it was mine, and Express Mailed it immediately for me ($80 savings?). Clean, quiet, comfortable, pleasant, everything worked perfectly.

Everything was excellent. The shuttle service was precise; the rooms were clean, comfortable and attractive;Service was cheerful, helpful and quick (I asked for an extra pillow and it was at my door in less than 5 minutes); The lobby was even enjoyable, something I rarely look to in a hotel; The breakfast was fantastic!!! The prices were FINE, not overpriced at all and especially for the quality and quantity of the food. I truly had the BEST breakfast croissant sandwich ever!! Even the coffee was good for restaurant coffee. I have tried other hotels here as we travel through Chicago often and this one was by far the best for the price...did I mention the price?? A better value than several other equal hotels. Highly recommend this place!!

I stayed here for business and the hotel was convenient and cheap. I will probably stay here again in the future.

Room 419 the toilet is leaking and the water is going in the room. The corner of the room is wet and mold is present so the issue is there fo long time. They do not care!!!

Motel great...Harry Cary Lounge, not so much. Restaursant breakfast way over priced and not very good. 2 Scrambled eggs, home fries, toast and a drink for x 2 people for $25, ridiculous. Watch the Super Bowl, spent $300 and was told the kitchen was closing half way through the game. "Because they had a really long day" When some one is spending that much money, might want to be a little more accomidating. Didn' t eat there went some where else. Would have thought a sports bar might have a little something going on for the Super Bowl.

This is an excellent location that is near to my conference venue. Staff are friendly and accomodating.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was solid value for the price. Workout room was good. No complaints here. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

Great stay. Staff was very helpfull.

Traveling over night for business. The bed was extremely comfortable and I had a great nights sleep. Very convenient to the convention center and plenty places to eat. Would definitely stay again. Night Staff could be a little friendlier but they were not rude.

The hotel gets excellent ratings...........lived up to that. Very easy to get to expressway and to restaurants.
