We couldn't have the included breakfast because they didnt serve it early enough. And that was one reason I chose that hotel. There was no restaurant in the hotel and that was annoying. The Dallas cabs charge an arm and a leg and that was annoying. Just to get a cab the metre starts at 20$ before you say boo. I won't be staying there again! Dallas is not tourist friendly.

Hotel was very nice. Room was clean, large, and complete. However, at 7:30 AM Sunday morning, the noise from the hallway and adjoining rooms was loud enough to wake us up for the day.

It sounded like my room was at the end of a runway. My pillows on my bed felt like they were stuffed with cotton balls and the windows were so thin that I thought the birds were actually sitting in my room. I will never stay here again.

It was terrible 3rd wyndham property Ive stayed in since 1st of Feb and not 1 was a good experience.

With two small children, we were looking for a two-room suite and were reassured by hotels.com that it was two seperate rooms. We got a small two bed room instead. I don't know if this was the fault of the hotel or hotels.com, but it resulted in a sleepless night for the whole family. The hotel was not well maintained.

The hotel is located very near DFW airport and they have a free shuttle to and from the airport. Room included microwave/fridge/sink which was nice. Room was clean and bed slept well, but was very noisy, both from room above us and on each side. Nice breakfast. Overall, good value for the money.

You can hear every little sound from above and side rooms.

The hotel looks good on pics and from the outside however its old. The good thing is that its only 8 minutes from the airport and they have a shuttle. The breakfast was not bad; it wasn't hot and fresh except for the muffins. The room was ok; the lighting was horrible, you could hear your neighbours above you, it was way too hot in my room and when I called she said theres nothing they can do, the fridge was loud and it kept me up all night. Theres no vending machines just some freezers at the front desk that wasn't filled with nothing they advertise.

This hotel is exactly what it says it is. It's a very nice yet inexpensive hotel right next to the airport. It was loud due to the planes. I had a ground floor room which was size and amenities wise heads and shoulders above the other budget hotels I stayed in on my road trip yet my hotel room drapes were not really concealing. The location is safe but there are absolutely no food options in the close neighborhood. So if you just want a nice room with the pluses and minuses if spending the night in the Tarmac this is your place

A nice hotel with a very friendly and accommodating staff. Not a lot in the way of dining options near the hotel. However, the staff will gladly take you to some nearby places to eat. If you're a light sleeper, ask for an even numbered room. The odd numbers look out over and adjacent FedEx facility which is a bit noisy. Breakfast at the hotel is fine, with both hot and cold choices.The van ride to and from the airport is less than 10 minutes, each way.

For what we paid it was still too much. The room was small. The breakfast was terrible cafeteria food. And on top of that the jacuzzi was out of order so we had nothing to keep us busy seeing as though yes we were close to the airport but far away from everything else. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

meet our needs well

Overall, the hotel room was modern and spacious. Due to weather, there were a lot more people at the hotel, and the front desk was not able to accommodate me on a shuttle because of the large number of people, plus their main shuttle was out of order. The room was clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is located about 20 minutes from the airport and I could only recommend if you are staying overnight to catch a flight. I wasn't able to participate in the free breakfast as I had an early morning flight.

The room was great, the only thing was the room had a kitchen,but no dishes.

The hotel is actually a very nice place to stay. The only thing is that during my stay, there was a large construction project directly behind the hotel that fired up at 7 am every day. Until the project is complete, don't expect to sleep in. Other than that, the hotel is a great value and I would be willing to stay again.

Hotel was very quiet in the early evening and in the morning. But they work on plane and rev the engines all night long, I guess getting them ready for the next day at dfw.

This was not what I expected. I choose it because there was a special rate. I now know why. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and breakfast was good. That was it. The hotel seemed cheaply built, small, and very plain. Beds were ok but not very comfortable. The walls were very thin. It sounded like the window was open, it wasn't. All night we heard trucks going up and down the very busy little street in front of the hotel. I've never stayed in a room this loud. It was almost horrible. If you want to sleep, don't stay here.

Our suite was nicer than we imagined with a full size refridgerator, stove, cupboards, jacuzzi, and two televisions. The hot breakfast offered several delicious choices and all the hotel offers is better than the photos we saw on line! They provide a shuttle to and from the airport terminal you use so it is easy for guests.

The price was right given the amenities. The rooms were nicely appointed and the breakfast is really good. Monday night they had free wings, tacitos, soft drinks and beer. Not much nearby to walk to for alternative food so best to have a car. They do provide a free shuttle until 11PM though. The central restroom exhaust fan wasn't working so the room got hot and steamy after a shower. All in all a really great value in a hotel run by fine people!

No restaurants or stores near by. Had to order hamburgers for delivery, 2 meals cost $34.00. The room was a 1 bedroom suite, the smallest suite I have ever seen. Had to turn the couch 90 degrees to watch TV. Comfort Suites are the same price and larger. The food and store situation is the same for all of the hotels on Plaza Dr., I can't blame the hotel for the weird zoning in Dallas. Next time we have a layover at DFW I will be sure to book one with food nearby.

Our stay was very pleasant. It was easy to get to and we could use the back roads to get to Grapevine without getting on Interstate 114. Staff were very pleasant and the rooms were nice and clean. It would of been nice to have biscuits and gravy for breakfast. I recommend staying here.

Rate was very reasonable for service provided. Location was good. Room was comfortable. Kitchenette was very convenient. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Hotel has aged gracefully and is starting to show signs of needing some updating.

Close proximity to airport and complimentary shuttle available 24/7 a plus. Friendly, courteous, and helpful staff. Suite- spacious and well designed. Great for a long stay. Good selection with breakfast buffet.

Location was close to DFW. Shuttle service was slow to pick up at airport. Shuttle service to DFW was on time. Breakfast was decent--better than most free breakfasts.

Hotel is very convenient, and the service and amenities are very good. The hotel could use some updating.

We just stayed one night but it would be a great place to stay multiple nights at Since it had a kitchen and two separate sleeping areas. Very nice

clean, good location (if you have a car), HD TV, updated rooms, free breakfast and free early evening beverages and munchies, free wifi. all in all, it was a very nice place for a business traveller to stay.

I was VERY disappointed. I paid for a suite but was given a regular room.I complained consistently about this injustice but nobody cared. Certainly nobody made an effort to correct it for me.

We waited over an hour for the shuttle service after calling the hotel four times for confirmation of our arrival at the airport. Upon entrance to the lobby, we were greeted by a large cockroach who surried out to the front reception area to greet up warmly and help with luggage. Receptionist then informed us that no shuttle was available to take us back to airport to catch our flight at 9 am. No water available unless purchased to drink. No air conditioning functionable. Twenty dollar taxi ride back to the airport in the am. Absolutely deplorable conditions.

We loved it and would definately stay again
