OK. Nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Surprisingly, NO office service of any kind (i.e. photocopying, printing etc.,). A strong disadvantage for a professional nan.

On the map the hotel shows closer to the airport that it is. It was a 50 Fr ride. The service was very satisfactory and the breakfast excellent. It is a long walk to any activity and recommend you use the trams to move around. The hotel is an excellent 3 star hotel with a 25 Fr shuttle service to the air port.

Good location. Very clean. We had a room that looked down the street towards the lake. Bathroom had nice large windows for light and ventilation. Breakfast was also great! Helpful concierge.

For the price, especially in switzerland this place is great. Our room was very spacious, clean - wish we could have stayed longer! If you walk up from the train be aware its pretty steep but takes only about 10-15 minutes. The old city is about 10 minutes downhill - the hotel neighborhood is quiet, but pretty. `

Staff very rude and impolite, rooms extremely noisy as on the main road where trams are running late into the night every minute. I would definitely NOT stay there again. If you would like to have a relaxing stay, you will be better off staying in another hotel.

Good location of hotel since close to city, zurich see, and especially the bahn station and easy of transport due to availability of taxis and railway.

This hotel has some good reviews so I was expecting something alot nicer. The room was modern in decor and clean but not the most exciting of stays. There were not even basic tea/coffee making facilities or slippers and the shampoo/body wash was the kind that you normally get in the cheapest UK hotels (in an upturned squeezy bottle attached to the wall). The shower in the bathroom had good water pressure but there were some black damp spots around the corners of walls. The only English speaking channel on the TV was CNN and the restaurant was not open for evening meals. However, we were told about 3 local restaurants nearby though. The hotel itself is a tram ride from the city centre in a residential area so fairly easy get to. However the trams go right past the hotel and are very noisy until the service stops. Breakfast was a nice cold food buffet and there was a good choice. We had stayed in a different hotel a few streets away that same week, for the same price range, and got much more luxury for our money. I won't be staying here again when better hotels can be found for the same price.

Hotel is really close to Marriott and an easy walk to town. Rooms are large and bathrooms good. Unfortunately, the hotel is on the street-train route...great for travel to distant parts of Zurich but very noisy at night. When booking/checking in, ask for a room along the back alley of the hotel. You can still hear the street cars, but its a bit better than being in the front and on the street. Breakfast is free and a really great American & European meal. Bed marginal/hard.

Hôtel propre et bien placé à proximité du centre. Idéal pour se rendre sur le site ETH Honggenberg: le bus direct passe à 200m.

Très bon hôtel au rapport qualité-prix exceptionnel. Chambre confortable, sans bruits, petit-déjeuner copieux et varié, personnel très accueillant et efficace. Situation idéale dans quartier tranquille et juste à côté des transports publics et parking gratuit devant l'hôtel.

Good location and service. Location near the old town, good tram connections.

Ueber Internet. Das Hotel ist Nachts staendig sehr laermig was den Schlafsehr schwierig macht. Wuerde nicht nochmals Dort uebernachten da auserdem zu Teuer fuer eine Einfache Uebernachtung.

Litet, lugnt och stillsamt hotell i lugnt område, men bara 5 min. med spårvagn eller 20 min. promenad från centrum, Hauptbahnhof och restaura ngkvarter. Det enda jag saknar är en bastu.

Das Zimmer war bei meiner Ankunft nicht geheizt, draussen herrschten - Temperaturen. In der Nacht herrschte im Hotel oder in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft ein reger Betrieb, so etwas wie eine Spedition oder ähnliches. Ansonsten sauberes Hotel, das Bad renoviert, Frühstücksbuffet OK.

Hôtel très confortable et propre. Nous sommes arrivēs avec un nourrissons. La chambre était suffisamment spacieuse avec le lit bébé. Le petit déjeuner était bon et variē. Le personnel aimable et souriant. Situē a 15 minutes à pieds du centre ville. Il y a une station de tram proximité de l hôtel. La seule petite critique serait le tram qui passe sous les fenêtres de l hôtel (suivant l orientation de la chambre et pas la nuit)

Nice breakfast.

Nette Bedienung, alles sauber, angemessenes Frühstück, schlechte Luft im Zimmer.

bon endroit hôtel calme et bien situé. notre chambre donnait sur la route avec passage fréquent de tram mais ils ne circulent pas toute la nuit. chambre propre et lumineuse. personnel agréable

Small comfortable hotel. 10 min walk to city center, university etc. Super staff like always in Switzerland.

Small but very clean and newly renovated room and bathroom. Great breakfast. Arriving close to midnight I felt safe walking all the way from the central station. But there was a tram that I could have chosen as transportation. There is a nice terasse to spend time working on your laptop at or just having a glass of wine. Wifi is free. But do ask for a fan to be placed in your room if you arrive late and the reception is closed. There is no air condition and summer can be very hot. Nice and friendly place that is very well kept. I would stay there again.

kleines lautes Zimmer zur Strasse hin; katastrophales Badezimmer mit einer Dimension für Zwerge, kein Platz für Badetücher, Miniwaschbecken in Kniehöhe.summa summarum nicht zu empfehlen bei diesem Preis!!!

nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec notre bébé. Tout le monde a été très gentil.

Не дорогая гостиница в двух трамвайных остановках от центра. Лучше брать номер , который не смотрит на трамвайные пути, там может быть немного шумно.

Nice clean hotel and room. A bit outside from the centre, but only 10-15 minutes walk away. Room maybe just a bit small, but did not really bother me. Clean and nice looking rooms otherwise. My room was on the street side and there was some noise especially from trams, but not too much for me. My colleague's room was to the other side and it was quiet. Good breakfast, good service, free Wi-Fi in the room, good value for the money.

Das Hotel liegt nicht ganz zentral, aber nur 5,6 Tramhaltestellen von den wichtigen Zentren entfernt

Das Hotel liegt relativ zentral, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und der Bahnhof sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Allerdings sollten ruhebedürftige Gäste auf ein rückseitiges Zimmer bestehen, da direkt vor dem Haus 2 Straßenbahnlinien verlaufen.

호텔이 주택가에 있고 언덕위에 있어서 짐을가지고 걸어가기에는 매우 먼거리임(20-30분 소요예상), 택시를 이용하였으나 택시를 잘못타면 비용이 매우 많이 나옴 중앙역에서 호텔까지 가는 대중교통에 대한 정보가 표기가 안되어서 좀 아쉬움이 있었다. 대중교통으로 가능길(중앙역에서 Tram을 타면 바로갈수 있음)에 대한 자세한 설명을 첨부하였으면 함 생각보다 작았으나 아담하고 조용함,

Siisti ja viihtyisä hotelli. Sijainti hieman syrjässä, mutta kävelymatkan päässä rautatieasemalta. Erinomainen aamiainen ja ystävällistä henkilökuntaa.
