I enjoyed my stay here. Room was big compared to other places for the price that I payed. I enjoyes it very much, and would defitnitly stay there again. Thank you.

I spent 10 night at Guest House. I have nothing but good things to say especially about Julie at the front desk. When I come back to Portland the Guest is where I'll stay.

Room is great - spacious and comfortable. Walls are THIN. Could hear the loud conversation the folks next door was having. Great deal for the price.

in our first room they put us in, the phone, lamp, tv channels and internet did not work. there was no room number on the door and the man at the front desk was on his phone talking to his friends about going out to a club while trying to help me. we went through the lobby at one point and heard him yelling at a few guests. Also the pool and spa was closed and i got charged twice for staying there one night.

Hotel was decent.... Nice room. But hot water during a shower only lasted a few mins literally! Don't get fooled by the pics on the site for the pool and hot tub..... Wasn't available for use ....... Which sucked becuz that was the reason why I booked our stay there! Stayed for 2 nites but housekeeping didn't come clean the room once! Breakfast was ok but ran out of stuff real quick!

The room was clean however the breakfast was incomplete no fixings for waffles such as butter etc. Towels were very rough. Sink was broken. No hot water at 8am. Only one person at front desk in afternoon and morning. No sheets on sofa sleeper. No ice in ice machine. Not sure if hotel had been remodeled and empty for a long time or not. Will not stay here again unless "Only Hotel Available".

Pool was out of service and shower was broken

Front desk help was a bit lacking. We checked in late. 9:30 - 10:00 pm; the front desk person was on two (personal) phone calls while checking us in and used some less than appropriate language. We were then checked into a room that had clearly NOT been cleaned; unmade bed; things in disarray; with recent cigarrette smoke smell (in a non-smoking room). Once we made it to a clean room, it was satisfactory for the price.

When we looked at reserving this hotel we knew what we wanted. A hotel with a pool and a waffle maker for breakfast. When we got there and checked in we were not thrilled to see that the pool was closed for maintenance. The next morning at breakfast there was also no waffle maker. Since that was the only reason we stayed at this hotel we were all very disappointed. Overall it would have been a great deal had the hotel actually have all the amenities that was portrayed by the website.

Overall is was fine....only one ice machine worked, 3 rd floor and who had to bump it to get ice out, other then that OK

Room was adequate and so was continental breakfast. Very disappointed in the fact that the pool and spa were out of service. One of the main reasons we use Hotels.com is to make sure we have a pool and spa for us and our young children. Would have been nice to see that disclosed about the hotel servicing those amenities at our time of stay because we would have booked somewhere else. We have stayed in this hotel before and were pleased when all the services were available.

The first room we checked into was stripped and hadn't even been cleaned yet. Called the manager up to see the room. Then waited while he ran downstairs to get keys for a different room. Keys didnt work. Waited again while he ran downstairs to get keys for a 3rd room. Got into the 3rd room ok but had moldy smell, poor shower pressure, and constant noise from party animals outside the hotel. The pillows were very small. We went downstairs to find out that the pool and hot tub were under renovation even though this was not disclosed on the website. The website also offered FULL breakfast but when I went downstairs in the morning there was only a few pieces of toast and bagels. That does not constitute full breakfast. We had just driven over 1500 miles in 3 days and had a 9.5 hour drive that day to walk in to these unexpected surprises. I was very disappointed in the quality of Guesthouse Inn. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Friendly staff and large room, had everything we need for a peaceful sleep.

Not happy at all. Room wasn't clean, smelled bad, weight room equipment , ice machine broken, pop machine empty, breakfast offered in ad but not put out, pool being retiled. Should have gotten a discount rate.

This is the only place I stay when it comes to visiting Gresham.

This was not the first time we booked through hotels.com and stayed at this exact hotel. However, this was the first time we had an issue with the guy at the desk. He wanted the cash deposet and wanted our card for the room charge as well. This didn't sit right with me so he never got my card. When we got to the room our son went to the bathroom and the lights keep going out on him. By the morning the bathroom was only vary dimmly lit. The light was a small mantnance thing and expected sometimes. The person that I had to train when I got there is unexplanable. If a person is not smart enough to check people in then don't let them check people in.

We booked this hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool. When we arrived, the pool, hot tub, ice machine, and vending machines were out of order. Also, breakfast was sub-par. Bread and bagels, deep fried sausages, and sugary cereal were all that was offered. For these reasons, I gave a lower overall rating.

Neighborhood a little sketchy. Pretty run down looks like there is no maintenance at all. Pool and spa where closed, sign said for daily maintenance but pool was empty and looked to be for some time. Strange smell in my room, but I slept ok.

Pool and spa closed for maintence the entire time. Ice machine out of order. Continental breakfast consist of coffee, toast, bagel. They caught towels on fire in dryer on our first night. Washer and dryer were old and took entirely too long to wash and dry. Not a good stay.

The hotel was booked for a very reasonable price, and considering the price, the stay was better than expected. That being said, there were a few disappointment's. The pool and hot tub were out of order. One of the bathrooms on the main floor was out of order, and the one that wasn't out of order was out of paper towels, and soap. The ice machines are on the 3rd floor and the main floor, the one on the main floor was out of order, and the one on the 3rd floor was also out of order. The front desk informed me that " you just need to hit it (3rd floor machine) to get ice". The bed was very comfy, although the miniature bed pillows are less than adequate. The cable on the TV had no guide channel, and the channels that were available were intermittently not clear. Finally, the breakfast the next morning was a disappointment. It was possibly the cheapest continental breakfast I've ever experienced. In conclusion, the stay was still acceptable for the price. For a quick and cheap selection, if travelling without our children, I would consider this hotel again.

This hotel is horrible. We called asking about the pool specifically and the man who answered said that they did have a pool. It wasn't until we got there that the same man who answered our call told us that the pool was closed for remodeling. The sign on the desk said feel free to enjoy the sauna. So we went up to our room and got settled. My friend went to get some ice but the ice machine on our floor was broken. I then went to the other 3 floors and still found no ice machine. I went to ask the guy at the front which floor the ice machine was on and instead of telling me that they were both broken he just said it was on the third floor. After I got back to our room we got on our suits to go on to the sauna and when we got down there and tried to go in the door was locked so we asked the front and he said no everything is closed for remodeling. we said the sign said enjoy the sauna and he that the sign was old. Honestly this hotel is old and creepy and lied to us to get us to book a room. Not worth booking at. Stay somewhere else.

The ants all over the vanity area, the gum stuck to the side table by the bed, the peeling wallpaper in the bathroom and the constant foot traffic down the hall was a bit much. Otherwise the hotel was very nice to stay in. The front desk gentlemen (Han) was so sweet and was very attentive.

The staff seemed not happy to be there. The hot tub was broken, lock on my room door was broken. The guests staying next to me were clearly having problems with paying their bill as there were multiple notices on the door. The breakfast area was not well stocked nor was it clean. The juice machine was not working when we walked in but they resolved it fast. I just feel as though if the staff were happier the place could run better. There was no motivation.

This is my second stay here. I came back because I thought it was a great value for a place with an indoor pool. Last year the sauna didn't work, so I enjoyed the pool and the spa. This year the spa didn't work, so I enjoyed the pool and the sauna. Some of the maintenance was lacking, and the breakfast was pretty minimal, but overall it was great for the price and had easy access to I-84

I did not like that the t.v. had bad reception. T he breakfast was good, when they have biskits and gravy. rooms are spacious and comfortable.

I had booked this hotel specifically for the sauna and hot tub both of those features were not available they were marked as under construction. Very disappointing I was looked forward to those 2 features. Also tv stopped working at 830pm.

I have stayed at this hotel some 6-8 times and until recent I was happy with the hotel. The past 3 times the hot tub has been out of order, which to me is a killer. I travel a lot and have back issues, so I do utilize it and seek hotels with them. The first and second time it was out of order I figured it would be fixed by my next stay, but..last week I was there again and still the same. I asked the front desk guy and he said "yeah..I don't think they're even planning on fixing it". On this stay the sauna too had a note stuck on the door, that it was out of order. I decided to test it anyway only to find that it was working perfectly. In addition my room was not clean, there was left over travel paper work and snacks from the previous guest and the bathtub faucet had some homemade patch repair done that looked hideous. The front desk staff have always been very helpful and friendly, but its clear to me that the owners have decided to lower their standards. I should mention too, that the hotel does advertise havng a pool, hot tub and sauna, just be aware that 2 out of 3 for the past 3+ months have been just to look at and not to use. Finally, I called Hotels.com to see if I could shorten my reservation. They were very accommodating and helped me out beyond my expectations.

The workers were friendly, however the wall paper was peeling off the walls, there was a broken board in our room and the walls were far to thin. The breakfast was advertised as hot, but they were out of hot breakfast half hour into breakfast. They also ran out of milk and bread and muffins before breakfast hours were over leaving several guests upset.

Everything was great except the spa was out of order and the pool was dirty and cold. Staff was great and helpful. The housekeeping staff was great also. Overall we will stay there again.

Chose hotel b/c of sauna and hot tub. hot tub was out of order. Only 1 vending machine in the hotel, and it was sold out of water and lemonade. Sauna was nice and hot. Pool was relaxing, once the shady characters left (There was a woman who left 3 small children alone in the pool for a long time. We reported the children to management. The woman came down seconds before we called police. She was accompanied by several unsavory characters.) Went down to breakfast twice - no sausage, just cereal and toast. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Location was great.

I wasn't sure what to expect but was very pleased when I got there. Front desk was very helpful and nice. Breakfast could have been better but overall I would recommend and stay again.

it worked for us, departing PDX at 730am, we needed affordable lodging close by. All was good until the night desk clerk started his shift. A sketchy arrogant jerk with no sense of hotel hospitallity or idea of customer service. This guy should not be in the front desk position. He was not congienial or considerate at all and pretty much tried to pick a fight with me.

It was ok to spend a night to save a bunch of driving it would have been nice to know that the hot tub wasn't working but overall it was ok

The rooms were sick!! We had non-smoking 3 king suites and my daughters room had been smoked in with cigarette burns in the night stand & comforter, thier pillow cases were also dirty with makeup or something. My husbands and my room had black mold in the bathroom and the peeling wall paper was held up with packing tape. And the hallways smelt like pot really bad!! I will never stay there again and when we told them about our complains the response was " oh no, sorry".

Everything was fine, except I wish the jacuzzi was not broken.

They tried to charge me again my vehicle was broke in to and their security system is turned off . I would not reccomend this hotel to any one

It was fine with the fact that the hot tubb is still out of commision since the last time we stayed there in june or july the front desk lady said it just went out again. not sure if I buy that one.....The ice maker on the first floor still has an out of order sighn on it they should dust the sighn to let people think it just broke down like the hot tubb. and the only ice maker that almost works is on the third floor and if you beat it hard enough and wait a while you could get lucks and get enough ice for a warm soda.....With those two things out of the way the overal stay was pretty decent nice rooms and quiet nightsl.....

The service was good (no vending machine with bottle water). I was very happy with the comfort of the bed and the overall size of the room. Price was great. The TV as with most places seems to be the real feature that lowered the quality. Old style 19" TV with maybe 5 watchable channels.

We would not come again. The two ice machines were not working, the spa was not working, we had one packet of coffee in the room, and it was decaf. The shower leaked. The "hot" breakfast was sausage, no eggs, white bread, plain bagels, no fruit. terrible coffee.

the stay was ok but the owner was very rude....we were about 3 hours early, they charge you extra if you check in early and she won't even let us wait in the waiting area. She was very very rude not friendly at all.
