excellent room

I truly enjoyed my stay here. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous. The area was convenient for my event for the night and should the need arrive to stay in the area, I will absolutely be choosing this establishment.

Hotel was very nice, room was clean, staff was very helpful!! Our a/c didn't work and since we stayed only one night we didn't worry too much about it. I informed the front desk when we left that the "repair" they had done hadn't worked and they rewarded me with a few extra points to make up for it. Thanks!! We will be back!

*** Positives *** The hotel was recently renovated and looks great from the lobby to the hallways to the rooms and the pool. Everything has a modern, fresh look & feel. The room was impeccably clean and the pool & hot tub were too, even on an unseasonably cool weekend. *** Negatives *** The in room thermostat was of the old-school variety, no digital controls here, and as a result we had trouble finding the temperature we wanted. The bed was not comfortable, some hotels like Hilton really pride themselves on having great beds but Marriott didn't seem to in this case. The bedding was nice but the mattress itself left us a little sore in the morning. Finally, the breakfast that was included with the room only covered two of our three kids and frankly wasn't worth the added cost. They call the place a bistro and the meals you get are not what you would expect at a full-scale restaurant. *** Final Thoughts *** Overall, this was a really nice hotel for the money and I'd definitely recommend it, just don't expect to sleep on a cloud and don't upgrade to the included breakfast.

Love the new/modern look of the lobby. You can tell it's recently been redecorated. Staff was helpful. I even had flowers delivered there to be setup in our room in advance and they handled it without incident. Only problem we had was the A/C control unit in the rooms was dated and it was hard to set it to a specific temperature and woke up really cold in the middle of the night. Great hotel

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good free internet connections in room. Nice, but not knock your eyes out.

I have been staying at this hotel for many years. They updated the lobby a few years ago and took away the inclusive breakfast. They update the bedding every so often and that is about it. The first room I got smelled like old take out. The 2nd room was fine, but the room is just dated. Tried to iron a few things, but the ironing board cover is so wrinkled it didn't do much good. The direct TV was constantly fuzzy. Once I got to a channel and got into the show, the TV would fuzz over and then I would have to find another show. Same thing kept happening over and over. Finally turned it off and watched Netflix on my Ipad. Overall the staff was really nice, but no one knows the area. I asked if I could walk to the drugstore and they had no idea!! It ended up being a 5-7 minute walk. Bottom Line: I will be staying somewhere else next time.

Great rate, comfortable room, excellent front desk (q-dos to Lisa!), but too far north for our visit to granddaughter at SMU. North Central freeway and 635 are too intense with F-150s pushing you too hard. Too much construction on 635. Will look for CM closer to campus for next year's graduation!

Great stay in a one king with sofa room. Hotel is just off toll highway, 10+ miles north of downtown Dallas, in a great area with restaurants and shopping nearby (I recommend Freebird World Burritos, so good). Beautiful and spacious lobby with tons of couches and 2 desktop computers to use (free). Pool and hot tub looked nice, but didn't go in. Great treadmills in the exercise room with attached personal TVs. Room was comfy and clean.

My friends and I stayed here for 4 days. It was an amazing time. All the staff were nice and courteous. Everything was perfect except the mildew on the shower curtain.

check-in answered all my questions up front. staff very knowledgeable about nearby amenities. definitely one of the best stays i've had in the DFW metroplex.

Ok so, I booked this hotel because of a surprise get a way for my mother. I was kind of suspicious because of the reasonable price. I called an hour ahead to let the front desk know we were checking in late and when we got there the front desk remembered my voice and gave me the best service! 24 hr starbucks! How cool is that! The front desk associate didnt know how to make my starbucks drink but was determined to get it right. When I am spending my money at a business I look at how well they are exemplifying customer service. The rooms were clean and the location in Addison was perfect. No complaints at all.

Bathroom light didn't work, hours later still wasn't fixed, so they had us move to another room where the phone didn't work. When my travel plans changed and I wanted to extend my stay one more night, the price shot up double what I was paying. So, I ended up staying at a different hotel.

Great hotel everything good just need microwave in rooms other than that hotel is very clean and in a nice area

I have to say everybody except the bartender was awsome. I was a little tired, so decided to just relax in the lobby and have a drink. The bar in the lobby was really nice. I walked up to the bar and the bartender was handing a sandwich to a girl. Before I could even ask for a drink. Bar is closed very rude. Wow on Saturday night at 10:20pm?? Why have the bar ?? I will just spend my money somewhere else.

The view, the stay, the hospitality and the room was perfect - 5 Star !

being able to stay in a great place in the middle of my home town was wonderful. the view from the room was overlooking addison circle and the airport. it was great to be able to see the places i used to play around as a child and share it my daughter.

quick in and out of the Dallas tollway. close to tons of good eats, bars, and shopping.

My boyfriend and I planned to spend Christmas Day in Dallas with family. This hotel was one we found in our price range within the guest ratings that I prefer. We spent two days and ended up being snowed in on Christmas Day. Our room was clean and comfortable. Their breakfast menu was good. They also have a small 24hr "store" in the lobby were you can buy chips and drinks and other small things. They also offer free coffee and tea in the lobby as well. On Christmas Day, since we were snowed in, we sat in the lobby by ourselves, watched TV and played games on the computer. Outside they have a lounge area so with the snow falling, we had a snowball fight and made a snowman. Great accommodations! My only minor downpoint is that the closest freeway to the hotel is a toll way so we took the free, long way.

The room was nice except there was some old juice left in the fridge that I had to throw away. The heating also didn't seem to work that well and the pillows on the bed were very small and uncomfortable I guess thats why they put about 6 on the bed. While we were visting it snowed so on my way down to the car I had to be extremely careful because there was ice and snow all over the side walk to the entrance I felt that was a little dangerous especially when bringing in luggage. The staff was very friendly and the location was great everything I needed was right around the corner

This was the 3rd time in a year that I have stayed at this hotel. I love the convenience and location of this hotel along with the accessibility to surrounding businesses, etc. The hotel staff is always helpful and friendly and the rooms are always clean and quiet. When I return to Dallas I will most likely book at this hotel again.

I thought the hotel was convenient to all business centers I needed, the parking was free and secure. The room was very nice, the bed relatively comfortable with very clean sheets (no nasty bed spreads). The Starbucks in the lobby was great!

The clerk was extremely helpful and polite. Room was nice and clean.

A nice hotel near plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Check in wasn't what I expected. The person checking me in gave me my room keys and told me that I could drive around the side of the building to enter. No mention of what room I was in, hours of breakfast, or what time check out was. I had breakfast included with the room and there were only three choices to choose from . There is no breakfast area that you can self serve and if you don't have breakfast included I wouldn't pay for it. It was a good meal but only on beverage and there are no coffee stations to get a few cups to drink. The room was definitely showing age and I requested a refrigerator and nothing was in the room. I didn't complain as I could deal with not having one for the over night stay. The beds are comfortable and the room was nice and quiet. If you can book this hotel at a cheap price then I would recommend. Not a bad stay but I was hoping for a better breakfast that was self serve.
