Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Richardson at Campbell - ריצ'רדסון

I had a 9am meeting in the business park and this was a very convenient hotel. It was easy to get to from the airport. Hotel itself was clean and well maintained.

My partner and I will most definately stay in this hotel again. We were very satisfied. Only one thing; there was no fridge in the room. Other than that, there are no complaints at all from us.

It was great. Quiet and close to what we needed it.

One of the best Courtyards I have ever stayed at. Hotel was ultra modern, staff very professional, in nice part of town (Telecom Corridor), and 1 mile from restaurant row and the mall! Could not believe how how good the rate was for such a GREAT HOTEL! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This seems to be an older hotel that could use a bit of updating. But, it was sufficient & clean. The personnel were all helpful & amenities were good. The location is convenient off a busy highway & is nestled in a very nice business area.

quality of service was horrible, advertised they had movie channels you could pay for. i asked a woman at a desk and she told me she would get someone to fix it. i stayed for 3 days and i felt ignored the whole time. I never got the movie channel i wanted and refused to switch me to another room.

The room was very comfortable and well appointed. We would definitely stay there again.

The staff went out of their way to provide something that I just casually asked about. Their great attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction really made this stand out from the typical hotel stay. I will definitely be staying here from now on when I visit Dallas.

Loved the Starbucks in morning, and the happy hour at the bar. Rooms were very clean and great service.

My wife and I shared one room and my daughter and grandson another over the Easter weekend. The hotel is very nice and comfy, there was virtually no one there so we felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. My wife liked the atmosphere and The Bistro for breakfast, not so much for dinner. Staff were always smiling and ready to help, excellent. Would stay here again. Would have liked for hot tub to have been operational but no big deal as we were gone most of the time visiting family.

Clean, friendly staff, modern furniture

The air conditioner unit needs to be updated the noisy unit restricted our sleeping. The pillows were too old and were NOT comfortable. The vanity area is 1980 like please update.

I really enjoyed my two night stay. It was very quiet and the room was very clean. I was very impressed with the white comforters and bed linen. They were clean and well kept. Look forward to visiting again.

Just right for a late night and early morning

It was very clean, and was at a great price. The customer service was exceptional, and very helpful. I would definitely book there again.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and close to our location for the next morning. The only down side was all the extras like breakfast or things you might have forgotten, are not included. But they do have it all available for a fee. Overall, we were there one night and it was a wonderful stop. We would use this hotel again.

It was my fiance's birthday, and our anniversary. We were looking for a cheap hotel that was still higher quality. We were SO impressed with the look of the hotel and the service! They gave us a free bottle of wine when we got there. The lobby was beautiful and we had free access to the computers and printed off hockey tickets and maps and the public transit schedules. Our room had a balcony and we had the sliding balcony door open with the screen pulled shut most of the time we were in the room. The TV was nice and the bed was more comfortable than our expensive bed at home. Some of the stuff in the room wasn't the best quality, like the bathroom had some peeling wall paper and the balcony was kind of dirty, but it was fine, we LOVED the room and the quality of the hotel. The staff was SO nice and helpful, we couldn't stop talking about it on the way home. There was really pretty artwork decorating our room and the couch was really artsy and unique. There were a lot of places to eat around the hotel, and it's like two minutes away from a main road to get into dallas. I would definitely stay here again, i wish we could have stayed longer!!!!!!!!!

The location was convenient enough to get around town easily, while nestled back off the busy roads. The hotel was clean and staff friendly. Overall, it was a great value and I will return next time I'm in town.

Courtyards are always good bets. This one is a sure thing. Thanks!

Hotel has been very well maintained. Employees were very friendly and courteous. Will definetly stay again.

I came to stay at the Courtyard Marriott because I had some business I had to take care of before moving for school in the Spring, the location of the Hotel was a little excluded and by itself, but the area it was in was right where I needed it to be. I booked the room for a King, but needed to change it to 2 doubles and the lady at the front desk was more than happy to do that for me. Everything was clean and nicely made. I expected it to be a cheap hotel but it over exceeded my expectations and I RECOMMEND this hotel for ANYBODY!!!!!!!! I will be staying there again! :)

No hot water inthe shower. No system available when I checked in.. very bad experience

Satisfied with everything about our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott. After reading previous reviews, was impressed with cleanliness, courtesy of staff and location of hotel. Will remember this location as a good place to stay.

Clean room, courteaous service

room was available even tho we arrived early. asked for a lower floor and was given first floor. all was as as needed. very clean and all personel were very helpful.

For the price of this hotel you will not find anything better. This is a very nice clean hotel that I would highly recommend. The location is outside of Dallas but if you need to stay around this neighborhood this would be the hotel to stay at. The rooms are very big and very clean. Hotel staff was very friendly.

nice rooms and cozy. Rooms a little small and ac didn't cool enough. Nothing close by

they forgot to put shampoo and laundry bags in the room and didn't serve breakfast until rather late. Very slow dinner service the first night but made up for it the second night. Food very mediocre. Google and Garmin both took us to the wrong location so it took ages to find the place.

Hotel staff was friendly, room was very clean, shower was hot and plenty of pressure. I'll be staying here again the next time I come to the area!

Twin the front desk operator is so wonderful! I appreciated everything he did to make my stay a memorable one. I was expecting a mint on my pillow when I woke and breakfast in bed the next morning the way they treated me. I made up for the bad service I recieved at the other Hotel which I try to forget about bad service and remember all the good things about my first visit to Dallas. I was great just because I stayed at a 5 star room at 3 star price everything about that is awesome!! Thank you Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Richardson at Campbell

I have stayed here 3 times since my son started college. I have always received great courteous service and plan to use this hotel everytime we visit our son.

The room was clean, the shower head had good water pressure and the bed was very comfortable. Great value.
