Nice & Clean Hotel. Very convenient location to Cruise Port, Airport , and Las Olas. Walgreens next door, Ross and Starbucks right across the street. Rms very comfortable and clean. Great check in staff, willing to held with all problems etc.....A Plus.

Stay was enjoyable. Lots of great places to eat, starbucks across street. Only negative was elevator was out of service for check out, but staff was very helpful to get us out the door on time.

Was not the nicest room. We stayed here before and had a better room for less. Hotel was overbooked and we got bumped. Not very nice room.

Got in late and needed a close, clean and fairly decent place for one night...this hotel was just that...nice breakfast in the morning but very crowded and the service person in the breakfast area had a little bit of an attitude...maybe just a bad day...overall was good.

We were heading out on a cruise so this hotel was very convenient to the cruise port. Probably could have walked there if it weren't for the luggage. Free 24 hour airport shuttle also a big plus along with free wi fi and breakfast. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The room was just fine except the wi-fi was not usable. The signal worked fine in the lobby, but as soon as we reached our room, we lost the signal. The front desk employees were not friendly and seemed annoyed to help us when we came to check in. They were also not at all helpful when I asked about the wi-fi service in our room and simply said "it's working - you can call tech support if you're having an issue with your phone."

The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful. The room was fine, the bathroom was a bit outdated. More than anything was the high cost, not equal to the quality of the room.

We were told that we didn't have to call for a shuttle from the airport, so I didn't. Another person waiting with me did call, though they were told the same thing, and we still waited 45 minutes. My travelling companion arrived first and checked us in. We were put in Room 101, which was an accessible room. We did not need that type of room. They shower got the entire bathroom floor soaking wet. The binder in the room showed breakfast lasted til 10 AM all days, which was what we went by. Unfortunately for us, there was another sheet of paper that had a different, earlier, time for weekdays, which was actually correct. No breakfast for us. This hotel served its purpose for us, which was a place to crash before a cruise. At the rate I paid, though, I would definitely not stay there again.

Well other than it is close to the cruise port, there is nothing else going for this hotel. There was used soap left in the shower from the previous guests. YUCK. I booked way in advance for 1 king bed, my husband and I ended up sleeping apart in 2 double beds. Couldnt turn the noisy air system off in our room. Would not recommend!

It was clear that the hotel was a redo of an older facility and was already showing some wear or the redo was not the best. For the money it was just ok, and the breakfast was a joke.

Hotel hallways smelled and the gym was extremely hot.

The stay was great, room very nice and good location. All you need across the street or take a short cab ride to Las Olas! The shuttle was free to the airport and the lady that tood us was VERY sweet and happy to assist us!

We had to wait 40 minutes after call hotel request airport pickup. The hotel shuttle bus drive seems not in good mood, lots of sudden stops and goes made me feel like to throw up. This is one of worst bus ride I had. Regardless bad service received, one of us still gave him some tip hope the driver fell better for the day, so to provide better service for the next guests. However, the shuttle riding experience (different driver) from hotel to sea port next day was great.

Location for cruise port is great. Taxi to port was only around $6. Buffet breakfast ok. Several restaurants nearby, including a decent Italian restaurant across the street. Bad part - rooms have no view of port, just the back side of another building. Not big enough to have taxi waiting for you, must call them.

Very nice hotel for the price. The room was a little small to accompany 4 people.

General manager Gloria was very helpful in making sure that our accommodations were satisfactory. Tv reception was not working well in our room. She made sure that the problem was fixed right away. A very nice, clean and comfortable place to stay especially if you are going on a cruise. Date of our stay Nov, 2 '12

Great location for staying before a cruise. Friendly staff. One of the best free and hot breakfasts we have ever had. Restaurants, shopping across the street as well as a 50 cent tourist trolley at the front door.

Place was great. all that is missing is a pool. If it had this it would get all 5's in my book...

Rooms are large with every amenity available. The breakfast was fabulous and the staff very friendly. The only complaint was the bed was not comfortable. The location is perfect if you are going to the port or convention center.

small rm. bad parking . bed almost on the floor. breakfast was a joke.hilton is slipping. stayed at a hoilday inn two blocks dw the night before nicer hotel bigger rms .had trouble trying for another night so went to another hotel hilton did not even try to help with another night stay. really bad service they did not care about use going some where other then them never stay there again rms was not the ones on the web site way over on the other side where they send you dont pay for a rm with a veiw all we saw was tree tops very very bad

Long walk to beach. Close to a few restaurants. Normal HI Express experience

Had to change room three different times. On day of arrival, room did not have curtain. Then i asked for different room and the room that i got was super moldy, and blankets smelled smokey even though room said non-smoking. So i had to switch to a different room. Next day i had to switch to a different room because cable would not work. I asked if i could check out of he hotel but hotel would not let me do that. I will never saty in this hotel again.

Very Good location. Near airrport. Room is quite clean and comfortable. Free Parking is a great help as Parking is always available.

Ideal location and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to airport and highways, and the hotel staff was super friendly. Breakfast area is small but easy to manuever around, Free parking and free internet make this an easy selection for short or long visit.

We have stayed here a few times before. We love Holiday Inn and the way they treat there guest. A very nice hotel. It was GREAT..!!!

We enjoyed our stay. Great location and staff was friendly and very helpful.I will certainly come again- there is no doubt about it.

Located in a walk able area...we stayed there the night before embarking on a cruise, and the location was perfect and within jogging distance of the beach. Rooms were nice as well. Would stay here again.

Excellent Hotel! Great service! Also, the bed was really comfortable and it was really close to Port Everglades, which is great if leaving on a cruise. We will definitely stay there again when in Fort Lauderdale.

Very comfortable, friendly staff, decent breakfast and good location for walking to shopping and restaurants, fairly close to the Water Taxi also

Pluses: good sized rooms, comfy beds,clean facilities, free shuttle to airport and port; breakfast included; shops and restaurants close by; tourist hop on/hop off trolley stop close by; cruise guests can store luggage if arrived before room ready;helpful staff; close by Lauderdale Grille excellent choice for meals Minuses: further than anticipated from downtown Ft Lauderdale and beaches although 50 cents trolley can take you there in about 20 minutes; definitely not within walking distance; breakfast selections limited; ,window curtains prevent air cond from circulating adequately;

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was not very clean and had a huge wet mark on the carpet. The faucet in the shower sprayed everywhere but on the person in the shower. The stairway smelled really bad and musty.

Great location for cruising. Older hotel rooms but updated lobby and bathrooms in the hotel room. Clean and comfortable, good breakfast in the morning.

We recently stayed at this Holiday Inn for the second time. Both times we were going on a cruise and arrived a day early. Our first stay at this hotel was so great we decided to come back again. They are so accommodating and friendly. Their breakfast is very good as well. The attendant was always right there to make sure everything was refilled. Rooms are very nice and clean. The hotel staff will arrange transportation to the port if you are cruising. We will go back and cruise next year and we will for sure stay at this hotel. It is a great value for the excellent service!

The beds were stained and body hairs were left in the bed. Use your imagination. After switching to two different rooms. The beds were the same in both rooms. If u don't care about ur bed being clean you wouldn't mind it. Me never again.

The holiday inn express was amazing! Honestly it was. I work for La Quinta Inns & Suites and we completely fail in comparison to the holiday inn and every other hotel to be exact. Makes me think I'm representing the wrong company which I am. Hire me lol. But the staff, breakfast, room & service I revieved was amazing. Thank you.

The hotel was newly redecorated and had a posh vib going on. The staff at the reception was most accommodating, so much so we wrote a recommendation to the hotel manangement. The beds had adjusting night reading lights that would not disturb others trying to sleep. It was located close to shopping and restaurants. Overall it was a great value.

This hotel is situated in a very accessable and is convieniant to everthything. So it takes no time to get to the beach, great shopping areas, and restaurants. Our rooms was very clean, modern, and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. The tv was a big, beautiful flat screen. Wi-fi was available, too. The breakfast was a very generous array of food and beverages.
