Homewood Suites by Hilton St. Louis-Chesterfield - צ'סטרפילד

My room was great. Free breakfast and dinner, and it was not bad at all. My fridge and A/C were quite loud, but they were willing to work with me on my next visit to make sure I had a quieter room.

Check in easy. Keys did not work first time. Breakfast standard by ok. Room was not cleaned by staff, no explanation why. Friendly staff.

This a very well kept hotel, with many amenities. Staff was very courteous, and professional. It was the best choice I could have made, and I will return.

I really just needed a place to sleep and relax but got so much more when staying here. The rooms were clean and in great condition. The hotel was quieter than most I have stayed at recently. Also, the free breakfast was great compared to other hotels (both hot and cold options). I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely pick this hotel again if I am ever in the Chesterfield/St. Louis area!

My suite was clean. Plenty of room for me to work. Breakfast really good for hotel. It is difficult to get in and out of hotel because of street layout. Would suggest bigger workout area for business travelers.

We have stayed here a number of times but the last three times have shown a steady decline. The refrigerator ice maker did not work and there is no ice machine in the hotel other than one on the first floor. The carpet was torn and frayed between the bath and bedroom and worn generally throughout the suite. There were no ash trays again in a smoking room and none immediately available at the front desk although they were delivered to the room later. Due to the continued downward trend, we will be staying at another location in the future when we visit family.

The staff was friendly. There was only one very small wastecan in the room, no ashtrays in a smoking room, uneaten food on a plate in the hallway from the room next door that was there from Sat. evening 7pm until the next morning, and though checkout time was noon, housekeeping was opening our door at 8:30am.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were nice and clean. Great price.

The rooms were super nice. Loved that there was a free happy hour and the breakfast was great. Loved the value and would stay there again for sure.

There was minor disrepair, but we were very happy with the suite. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are large, cozy and the bed was very comfortable. The room had everything we needed and more.

Not a bad experience, but I have come to expect more from a Hilton. On the positive side, the breakfast was good every morning. The suite-style rooms are a definite upgrade over your traditional style hotel rooms. It was great to have a full size refrigerator with an in-room ice maker. However, the quality of the furnishings in the hotel were sub-par. In my opinion, the rooms are due for a refresh.

This hotel is actually better than any short-term stay apartments. It has a cozy lobby/lounge which made feel at home at once. There is a laundry room and a work-out room that opens 24 hours so you may do your laundry or exercise at any weird hour. I used the printer for free almost every day and the friendly staff even helped me to scan some documents sometimes. Thee is free coffee throughout the day in the lobby so I don't have to run to Starbucks several times a day. By the way Charlie Gitto's is right next door within walkable distance for a delicious Italian meal. Schnucks is also next door and it's also 24 hours! It is great because I can get in and out very conveniently to see my friends and families, while at the same time still have my privacy and comfort like home!

Clean, comfortable room. "Fitness center" is just a treadmill and an elliptical machine, but otherwise, very nice.

Great hotel to stay at. Rooms look a little outdated in style but still nice and very clean. Good selection for breakfast, not like most hotels that offer cereal and a waffle maker and call it a breakfast.

Every morning they cooked a different breakfast, omelettes, hot muffins, biscuits and gravy plus bagels, cereal waffles etc

absolutely FANTASTIC WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND BREAKFAST OUTSTANDING MATT THE GENTLMEN AT NIGHT DESK WAS SUPURB AND LIZA AT THE FRONT DESK IN THE MORNING JUST ADDED THE CHERRY TO I NEEDED AFTER SOME BAD HOTELS ON THIS TRIP.

Clean. Not busy. Wonderful breakfast.

Found the suite with 2 double beds and sleeper sofa big enough to accomodate 6 adults.

I really enjoyed our stay at Homewood Suites. The rooms are extremely clean, comfortable and homey. We were in town to spend Thanksgiving with our family and we felt right at home. The staff was very friendly and I never had to ask for anything twice. The icing on the cake is the breakfastin the mornings. It's all a great value!

Unfortunately we had to be in town during a holiday. We were very tired when we arrived and just wanted to grab a bite to eat and go to sleep as we had to be up early. It was disappointing when I read on the web site that there was a restaurant attached, and when we went in search of this hoping for dinner, we found there was none. Otherwise this hotel was very nice and quiet. We had a good nights sleep.

The only downside to this hotel is that it did not have an indoor swimming pool. The grand kids were disappointed, since the outdoor pool was closed for the season. Because of this we will not stay here again while visiting St. Louis in the cooler time of the year.

The hotel was great, much more than I expected, especially for the rate. The breakfast was very good, the staff was wonderful. The one and only glaring drawback was the "Fitness Center". A tiny room with one treadmill, one stair master and a couple of weighted balls is NOT a fitness center. This was so disappointing as I am a fitness enthusiast, that I would not stay here again. Everything else was great, and if this is not an important part of a hotel experience, by all means stay here. If it is ... look elsewhere.

The hotel was very nice however they put us in a room where both bedroom and living room over looked the roof with two air conditioning units (right next to the windows) and the back tower of the other wing. We had absolutely NO view of anything outside and could barely see the sky. This room should never be occupied unless the hotel was completely full. My reservations were made a month in advance so we should not have been placed in this room. I'm wondering if it was because we used Hotels.com vs direct booking.

My wife and I have always enjoyed our stays at the Hilton hotels. We had excellent breakfast choices and courtious service staff.

Good stay! Clean, comfortable with a convenient location near the expressway. Just jump on to get downtown in about 20 minutes. Lots of eateries in the area and also a mall nearby. Breakfast was really okay!

For the price it was an excellent value. The kitchen was immaculate and well stocked. The staff could not have been better. We'll be back.

Hotel is great. However bed very soft. will syay again and recommend to fami;y amd friends.
