Location is good, next to highway from where you can travel to Miami or Fort Lauderdale or Hialeah.

JUST WASN'T HAPPY

Just ok!

I stayed here for one night, just to sleep. The bed and room was clean, by no means the Hilton, but that's what you're paying for, right. Yes, there was a silverfish in my bathtub in the morning, that's my only complaint. Otherwise, the room was very clean, bed comfortable. Oh yeah, the some of the electrical sockets did not work...

Only one night, good discount fr hotels.com, fair service for my money. Comfortable bed and pillows, friendly receptionist

Wifi not working efficiently, they have a mandatory charge for use of safe that is not working. Customer service is poor.

Pool not too clean, rooms old, but otherwise ok at the price of 80 $

It took almost an hour to check in, there was only one attendant and she barely spoke English. Our television didn't not work and they made no attempts to fix it. The main lobby looked ok, but the hallway carpet was dirty and coming up. My room was half cleaned the second day of my stay, meaning the bed was not made, the floor wasn't vacuumed, and only clean towels were put in the bathroom...no washclothes. I will never stay there again.

Service was good and the room were clean. Me and my husband had no problems

Rooms very clean but customer service poor! Took 45 mins to check in and out only one person works front desk and they must be new! No iron,microwave or fridge and rooms. Bring extra cash cause have to leave deposit for room till check out.100 cash or 50 credit. Says miami beach but your of I95.

Staff was rude, the room wasn't clean & there's no ice machine n tv wasn't working

Overall not bad locations pretty good the only complain is extra security deposit that is not mention at the website hotels.com or security deposit that is charged to the costumers to check in the hotel is not a dress at the website also there was no iron at the room no good stuff of towels or service the room.

Very pleasant stay for our last minute reservation

We stood with 2 other groups customer in line waiting to be checked-in, however the check-in staff didn't seem to notice us and continue chatting away with the previous customer (that was already done checking-in) for 15 MINUTES... Plus, there's no internet in any guest room on any floor, as we were told, that the lobby SHOULD have free Wi-Fi, but unluckily told by the receptionist that it was not able to connect until morning....

condition of the lobby and service was poor, but rooms were surprisingly clean and nice.

This hotel was nasty, the tub was clogged up the room smelled old.

Horrible horrible customer service! You can call 1000 times and they won't pick up once. Even when calling from your room! I would never stay here again even if they paid me!

Service here is non existent. Chech in the is a long slow process here. No irons/ironing boards in the room. After requesting an iron and board I received the iron but no board. Went to the lobby three times to find out if I was ever going to get a board and was met with attitude.

First front des said no WIFI internet. Which I set up on day 2 Early morning front desk were rude and no help.

Location and price made for good value. You will not confuse this hotel with 3+ star hotels. But, the facility is more than adequate. It is the details that are lacking. For instance, there were no wash rags in our room the first night, limited parking within the hotel grounds, no ice machines, no vending machines (if there are,we were not informed), no warm and friendly customer service, limited continental breaskfast, etc. No fringes, just a place to stay.

We were just one night here, the room was clean and very big. The breakfast is for free, and also the parking. I really recommend this hotel

The room was dirty, phone did not work, asked twice at desk for someone to come up and change phone. No one did. Seemed like the front desk could not be botherd. Breakfast consisted of pin rolls, bagels and cream cheese. Everything in trays with plastic wrap which was never opened on trays so people broke the plastic wrap with their fingers touching the food. Only 1 of the 2 elevators worked. Basically a rundown property with awful customer service.

The location was good, but there not a lot of space for parking area. Only one elevator work and the main door is barely working. This hotel need major improvement. I didn't expect that, even knowing the price was under $ 95.00 the night in the Miami area, worse hotel I have stay so far.

The worst

If you can afford to stay somewhere else stay there. The check-in lady was so rude the surrounding areas were not that great the only person that was nice as the security guard that helped us unlock our bathroom door.

We were looking for a comfortable nights stay before heading to the Miami Boat Show. We didn't have extremely high expectations but this place was still disappointing. It was clean enough but breakfast was terrible, everything was stale and dried out. And we were missing the remote for the tv but the power button wasn't even present on the television itself so we tried calling the front desk 4 times and no one answered. When we checked out, the lady who helped us didn't seem surprised that no one helped us at night.

the price was very afordable compared to other hotel. the hotel is old; rooms are clean but everything is old. it is more like a motel, but at least the people that stay there are not crazy. It was quite at night

Kind of mad they charged you a security deposit when you arrive to check-in and takes 3 biz days to return you the money(they dont tell you when you book it online...). Also, they tell you they offer internet service and it wasnt working at all....

Here are the facts, sink didn't drain, tv selector broken waited 2 days for new one but never got it, sliding door didn't lock, bathroom electric outlets dead, cricket in bathroom, pool was green, 1 ice machine out of 6 working, phone was dead and the people at front desk rude.
