We were very comfortable and the staff was gracious and helpful. We had a pleasant experience.

Only proble was the impossibility to use wi fi staffvwas helpful

The hotel room itself was clean. However there was not enough parking and the walls are so thin I could hear our neighbors enjoying each other company all night long. Also the breakfast was not kept stocked by the time we got downstairs (around 8:30) pretty much everything was gone and the counters were messy.

Vary clean and conforble

We stayed here because it was the closest last minute room near Cowboy's Stadium. Ended up checking out and driving home two hours rather than sleep in the bed.

Went to see a Cowboys game. Quick trip. Was very uncertain when I read the reviews of what kind of condition the room would be in but it was decent. I would stay again the price difference was worth it.

Excellent service, courteous staff, made to feel like family and not just guests. Clean roomy room with fantastic bed. Rates were great. Will recomend this motel.

It was fine

We walked into the room and we loved it. the king size bed was very comfortable. We didn't expect a refrig, and micro but we enjoyed it. The only problem was the TV, you can see double on it. Unfortunately we only had to stay one day and didn't enjoy the pool.

You get what you pay for. The only good thing about this hotel that it was close to the concert I was going to and that is it!

Poor location. Best part was that it was quiet, because few eere staying there.

The hotel staff were great and the room was comfortable, but the location is pretty sketchy.

Loved it staff was great I got Ill on the trip the offered to let me have a late checkout they were great

The staff at this hotel was great. We made it there very late in the evening and desk clerk was very acommodating. The beds could use a little work but overall the hotel was ok for the time we stayed there. I felt safe the whole time I was there.

We had a wonderful stay at the Howard Johnson Express in Grand Prairie. The front desk clerk was very helpful with our needs. The breakfast & coffee served at the lobby was delicious. Thumbs up!!! We will definitely stay at your hotel again

Bad area. Smells bad. The staff could barely speak english.

a modest hotel in a modest location, but an excellent value at Expedia pricing

The clerk was very helpful and friendly. Did offer a "continental" breakfast. Located on a main street. Not very far from the Cowboy Stadium and Rangers Stadium. Very pleased with price and location of hotel.

Went to Cowboys game, last minute. Closest hotel we found. The bed was crap, the carpet was old, the breakfast was a joke. But it was cheap, fast, and convenient.

if ur goin for a couple of days and want somethin cheap and close to dallas or sixflags area, its definately worth a few minute drive

Predominant hispanic area but clean hotel with friendly staff. Near industrial area. No issues and would stay again.

We were disappointed at the cleanliness of the room. Sheets did not appear clean and saw bugs in bed. Towels hanging looked like they had been used. Would not stay again.

The hotel was nice espically for the price. The floors made our feet black but other than having to keep shoes on the whole time it was nice. The front desk people were really friendly. Hotels.com didnt tell us about a safe charge or inform the hotel that we was going to need a roll away bed...the hotel brought us a bed at 10:30 after we checked in at 10:20 and didnt charge us the safe cost since we werent informed about it prior to arrival.

The hotel was great, the staff was very helpful. I was pulling a trailer behind my truck and they had parking for it. I went to a concert at the Verizon and it is maybe 2 miles away. Six flags was maybe 5 miles away. This was a great stay. The rooms were nice, the bed was comfortable.

Well kept hotel. We were pleased.

the room was all broken the tile grout from the bathroom was broken and every time we were to come out from taking a shower little pieces will stick to our feet the room had bugs the mirror from the room was almost falling i called the front desk to get another room and they denied and instead they sent a girl to fix the room mirror and she barely fix it the room iron board was broken and the iron too it messed me a really nice shirt i went to front desk to get another one and that one was also broken if we needed anything we would have to go and get it to the front desk there was no service at all a and i forgot the pool was nasty alsothey never cleaned since our stay my wife was really disapointed and my kids too

Hotel family owned and operated. Made our stay very comfortable. My 1 year old enjoyed playing with the 2 year old grandson

Went there for the Superbowl, the taxi cabs were charging people $100 for a 20 minute ride. The fellow at the front desk gave us a tour and brought us to Arlington and then refused my money when I tried to pay him for the ride! Way above the call of duty in my opinion! They treated us really good! Much thanks and apreciation from Clearwater, Canada!!! 5 stars acroos the board!

I just get satisfied with average hotels, but this one is far below the average. My room was changed three times and they don't have a bathroom door lock for each room, The beds are noisy, and i hear lot of noise from refridegerator and A/C. The worst of all the hotels that I have ever seen. The room maintenance is very bad, shower tub has mud and floor tiles broken.
