clean rooms and great service. I'd stay here again. Always better to get a room that is further away from the interstate though.

The Hampton portrays their hotel as high-end but is really just middle-of-the-road. The breakfast is okay if you like pre-scrambled eggs dumped from a plastic bag into the buffet server, tasteless, cold, pork sausage and factory made pastries. The trash can for the breakfast area was positioned right at the end of a long dining table. Therefore no one wanted to sit at that end of the table. Furthermore, it was at the entrance to the hotel, which was kind of a gross thing to see if you are just entering. When I booked the hotel, I was told there was only one room left; it was a King with no sleeper sofa. I need a room for two adults and two kids. Because of this, my kids ended up staying with relatives that night. But when we got there, there WAS a sleeper sofa in the room. They really could have been more attentive to this matter, seeing how they were completely booked and we didn't have a choice. We also should have been given the King at a Double Queen price. Good stuff: The breakfast attendant was very friendly and helpful. Clean room. Dark curtain to block out sun. Quiet. Good neighborhood. Friendly staff.

Softball games were cancelled, so we spent a lot more time at the hotel than originally planned. The staff is OUTSTANDING. Absolutely no complaints.

Clean, comfortable, extra friendly staff. Downside was the interstate noise. I'd stay there again though. Best hotel in this part of Lee's Summit

We were very pleased with the hotel and the staff.

We came to Lees Summit for a wedding. The hotel staff was wonderful. The person thar checked us was enthusiastic and super helpful. Many shops located very coniently. My only blah feeling about the place was its location next to the interstate, but its completely unnoticable once your inside. There was some soccer kids staying there as well, and I was thinking that it would eg a long night with all these kids roaming the halls. But once again when you shut the door to your room its its own private oasis. However the free widow was UBER slow and unable to view.videos on my phone.

The hotel was only a 10-30 minute drive to all the places I wanted to go. Best of all, plenty of parking, and little traffic. The indoor pool area was great, and the staff was very friendly. Overall, I haven't a single complaint. Just a good hotel.

We really liked the layout of the room. There were also plenty of easily accessible outlets for charging electronic devices.

For the money, you get a pretty nice room. The comforters all have duvets which are cleaned daily, and the room did not ever smell stale or feel grungy as most of us are accustomed to. The housekeeping staff were always smiling and saying hello. This location also has a nice, heated indoor pool and a hot tub. Breakfast is actually tasty and was different each of the four mornings I ate there. Also, there are several places to eat that you can walk to as they are in the same parking area. There is a movie theater close by as well. Less than 5 minutes drive from the hotel, there is a ton more to do, so all-in-all it's a pretty great place to stay.

Very nice hotel. Perfect for family or business. Rooms have mini refrig and microwave. Nice desk with plenty of plug ins for all your devices including USB ports and free wi fi. Pool and hot tub were clean. Breakfast was good. Nothing spectacular but good. Right off the highway so easy to find.

We stayed at this hotel the night before seeing a Kansas City Chiefs game at Arrowhead stadium. The room was clean and had all the modern updates one would expect from a "legit" hotel. Staff was friendly and courteous with checking in and out. Close to area shopping/restaurants, and only about 10-15min from the stadium. Only minor downside was the breakfast was a bit cold (not awful), but definitely the breakfast could have been spruced up a little bit (however, it was free, so take what you can get). Would definitely stay here again

enjoyed the service, very convient to all shopping and events that we participated in. Hotel was clean and had good contiental breakfast. Makereservations for two nights and stayed for five.

We were MORE than happy with our room and the staff!! We only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer. Beds were super comfortable and room was clean and smelled great!!! Two thumbs wayyyy up!!!

After being on the road for several hours, and enduring a not so comfortable stay with family the night before, my husband and I decided to rent a hotel room for the night instead of staying with friends. I was able to secure the reservation from my smart phone while still on the road. We arrived at the Hampton Inn just 30 minutes later and they had the reservation and room ready to go with a very easy check-in process. The room was incredibly comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and the coffee and breakfast the next morning was excellent. So glad we decided to stay at the Hampton Inn.

Nice pool with some pool noodles and pool toys for the kids to use. Breakfast was nice. Staff was very friendly.

Fantastic room, from comfortable beds to up to date decor and conveniences. Breakfast was so-so but typical for this type of hotel. Staff was excellent.

I lived in LS for many years and had never seen this hotel. When I walked in i thought I was in a luxury hotel. The accomodations and breakfast bar were excellent. It was very clean. The beds were beyond comfortable. I felt as if I were sleeping on a cloud. We were on the first floor near the lobby and heard no noise; quiet. I can't say enough about the staff, they were so kind and even had our event on their board welcoming us. This will be my hotel whenever I'm in the area and I highly recommend this hotel to others.

Comfortable stay

The hotel caters to traveling youth groups which were loud. I had the infortune to be in room 220 which is above the front door - every time the front door slide open it sounds like someone is dragging furniture across the floor of your room. Very unpleasant night.

My family and I only spent one night at this Hampton Inn, it was very clean and well maintained. The desk clerks were friendly, the room has great air conditioner for the 105 degree day. One of the small thing when traveling, this room had enough outlets to plug in all our cell phones, iPods, iPads and laptops, I normally travel with a power strip but didn't need to use it. I plan to stay here again next year when visiting family.

The beds were terrific! Room was clean and nicely decorated and they did have a refrigerator as advertised in room.

I stay in a hotel at least 2-3 nights a month for various reasons. This was one of the better experiences I've had. Very pleasant staff, felt nearly new yet suspect its been refurbished.

We've stayed here several times and the hotel is always nice, clean, and very friendly. We would advise anyone to stay here.

Great hotel.

Usually I love staying at the Hampton inn. But this last time left a bad taste in my mouth. My bf was in from the army and we wanted to just get away and enjoy each others company. We were rising awakened at 7 am by the fire alarms going off. No one knew what was going on and only half of the people left their rooms. We weren't told if everything was ok. Or if there was truly an emergency.
