As usual, the K&K provides excellent service and accommodations.

No complains at all. Good value, very helpful staffs for someone with limited time to explore Vienna. Close to city centre, and neighbourhood restaurant and cafe. welcoming Quiet surrounding after a day out.

Stayed twice recently at this hotel and both times were very good. It's about 10 minutes from Stephensplatz and there are some interesting shops en route to the hotel. Quiet street. Hotel staff very helpful and pleasant. I'd called ahead for concert tickets to be booked and the hotel staff took care of this request. Breakfast was substantial in a pleasant room with pleasant, helpful staff. Hotel foyer is an adequate size with a small bar. I would definitely stay again on future visits to Vienna.

Just returned from a wonderful stay in Vienna at the K+K Palais Hotel. Vienna is sooooo beautiful -- wish I was still there. The Palais is well situated near to the centre of the city, the wonderful walks (and views) available and the efficient U-bahn (2 minutes walk). Friendly staff, lovely room, comfortable bed and champagne breakfasts (hic!!) -- who could want more??

The K & K Palais is in a quiet location away from from the main hustle and bustle but only a 10 minute walk to Swedenplatz where all the boat tours begin and end and also a 10 minute walk to the heart of the shopping district. The roads around are mainly one-way so it was a bit confusing at first but we soon found our way about. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and the reception staff always went the extra mile to help and spoke excellent English. Buffet breakfast was good with a choice of items. The best thing was it opened at 6.30am which gave enough time for breakfast before early morning tour pick-up. We had a standard room which was adequate for our stay. There was a lack of hot water for the early starts but it was plentiful later on. We had no view but there was nothing much to see in that location anyway. The air conditioning was great ... it really worked and at 34 degrees centigrade outside, it was much appreciated. The TV only had CNN and Eurosport channel in English so not a great choice but we didn't visit Vienna to watch TV so again, not a problem. The bed was comfortable but the pillow was rather floppy. We had a wonderful weekend and would stay in this hotel again if we return to Vienna.

Great location. Small but comfortable room. Due to the layout, you are about 20 feet from the TV when lying in bed. It is a smallish (20"?) old analog TV. It would not be expensive for the hotel to upgrade to reasonably sized flat screen TVs that can be seen from the bed.

My wife and I stayed here for 7 days to start off a 3 1/2 week Eastern European trip. We could not have asked for a more perfect hotel to kicks things off. As a small hotel with only 74 rooms it almost feels like family after staying there a week. The front desk helped with everything you asked for. Once I told them I needed gluten free accommodations I had bread for breakfast that I could actually eat. And the bar off the lobby made for a great last bit of relaxation late at night after returning from a night out. The room, although on the small side, was well laid out and never proved a problem. And we loved having windows that actually opened. The tram was 1 block away when you needed it although we walked many many places.

Good quality and spotlessly clean hotel. The breakfast provided is excellent, and the staff very helpful.

This was a great find of a hotel, service was excellent and hotel was comfortable. Some of the facilities are a bit dated but everything is well maintained. Whilst this hotel is not in the heart of the city it is a very short walk to many bars, restaurants and local attractions.

We enjoyed evcerything about our 5 day stay here. Friendly helpful staff, great breakfast buffets, clean hotel, close to underground and withing walking distance of many attractions. Be sure to try neighbourhood restaurants-we enjoyed great food at reasonable prices dining with the locals>

Arrived expecting what we paid for and was listed on web site - 4 star hotel. The lobby and breakfast were quite nice, but the room was mediocre. Not bad by any means, just not good for the price. I would look elsewhere at this price range in Vienna.

I first surprised when I've checked in, Reception staff offered the room when available not waiting for the time policy which should rare to find in Europe. Overall is good, room is well appointed, maintainance and free wi-fi , broadband. I never hesitate to recommend this hotel for the ones who visit WIEN.

excellent value, in a nice neighborhood, conveniently close to all tourist attractions.

The K&K Vienna Hotel had a nice breakfast buffet, but otherwise meal service was limited. There is a small bar area in the lobby which serves beverages and light snacks but it does not have permanent employess and therefore the service is quite bad - it took 20 minutes for someone to take my order; no one came back to ask if things were okay or whether I needed anything else; I had to ask the front desk to get the charges added to my room since literally no one ever presented the bill.

Not cheap, but great service, amenities and location. Buffer breakfast very good. Would definitely recommend to others and come back to stay there again.

I was very satisfied with this hotel. Clean, gently staff, confortable and with a good location for us. I would recomend it.

Erittäin miellyttävä kokemus: rauhallinen ja viihtyisä hotelli, hyvä aamupala, erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Kohtuullisen kävelymatkan päässä keskustan nähtävyyksistä, liikkeistä ja kahviloista. Metroasema ja paikallisbussipysäkki lähellä. Hotellikorttelissa Rudolfsplatsin ympärillä muutama ruokaravintola sekä olut- ja viinibaari.

Dieses moderne und gepflegte Hotel kann weiterempfohlen werden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Einzig das Doppelbett quitschte und das Zimmer fanden wir etwas gar klein. Leider fehlte uns auch der gewisse 'Wiener-Charme'. Dies haben wir als einziges zu bemängeln. Das Frühstücksbuffet fanden wir absolut ausreichend und schön präsentiert.

Wir verbrachten 2 sehr ruhige und angenehme Nächte in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Ausstattung 4 Sterne würdig. Die Auswahl und Qualität des Frühstücks hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Zeit bis 11h00 war für uns einen Vorteil. Dieses Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen für einen Städtetrip.

Hotellet ligger godt i forhold til centrum. Airport bus (Morzinplatz) ligger kun 1 minuts gang fra hotellet, så det kan næsten ikke være bedre. Til selve centrum er der ca. 8 minutters gang, hvilket er helt fint. Undergrundsbanen kan nås på 2-3 minutter. Meget service mindede personale, og generelt super godt hotel. Morgenmaden god, selv om buffetbordet kunne være lidt trængt. Kan klart anbefales

A szálloda fekvése kíváló, gyalog megközelíthetők a legfontosabb nevezetességek. Jók a szálloda szolgáltatásai. Egyedeüli hiányosság, hogy a szoba mérete kicsi.

地下鉄も路面電車も空港行きのバス停も歩いてすべて数分にあり、周囲は静かで、治安が悪そうでもなし。シュテファン寺院までも歩いていけます。口コミを見て選びましたが、あたりだったようです。コンセントのアダプターを忘れましたが、フロントですぐかしてくれます。ネット環境もかんぺきでした。次回もウィーンにくる時は、ここにしようかと思います。

Zimmer 611 war nicht so der große Erfolg. Die Außengeräusche die von der hoteleigenen Lüftung oder Klimaanlage dur das geöffnete Fenster wieder ins Zimmer kommen waren definitiv ZU LAUT:

A localização é perfeita, perto de estações de metrô, restaturantes e lojas. O pessoal é muito simpático, educado, bem informado e prestativo. Os quartos são de bom tamanho, sempre limpos e arrumados, enfim, uma boa dica de estadia na capital da valsa. Recomendo a todos que queiram passar uns dias em Viena.

L hotel se trouve proche des terminaux vers aeroport non loin du centre avec les transports metro tram et bus a proximite ce qui rend les visites agreables et faciles;

Guter Service, saubere Zimmer. Gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer mit Blick auf Innenhof wenig attraktiv, Ausziehsofa für Kinder wenig bequem. Sonst guter Eindruck, Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

リンク内ですが、非常に静かな環境でした。 交通もトラム、地下鉄に徒歩3分くらいの距離で便利でした。また、すぐ近くにホファー、BILLAなどのスーパーもありました。 部屋は少し狭かったですが、バスタブなど設備はそろっています。ビジネス利用の宿泊客がほとんどでした。
