I really liked everything about our hotel. We stayed 3 nights the staff was helpful but not too helpful. Rooms were clean and nice

Decent choice in Lombard. Proximity to our office was 1st criteria but this is cheaper and better than Comfort Suites right across any day. I know because my employees stayed there!

A warm breakfast consisting of (average) scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon and do-it-yourself waffles. Plus the usual array of breakfast items. Room was cleaned perfectly w/usual amenities. Hot water could have been somewhat hotter though; adequate, but couldn't get a "hot" bath.

The breakfast comes with hot eggs, sausage and bacon. The breakfast is free. This is the only reason I stayed here vs. a different hotel. I would probably not stay there again, even with their awesome breakfast. Two Reasons. 1.) You can't close the drapes on the windows. You can only close the thin sheet and there are tons of lights all around the hotel.. This lets a ton of light into their rooms and needs to be fixed. 2.) Not a real big deal, but the rod in the bathroom was previously broken. Instead of them replacing it, they attempted to glue it back together. Needless to say it was loose and kept falling down. Not much of a big deal, but it makes you wonder where else they cut corners........................................................ The light coming in the windows is 100% unacceptible. They need to install more expensive drapes that can slide closed.

The staff/service was very good. The cleanliness and facilities was also very good. The heating/cooling system for the rooms needs to be addressed. Staying in February, we still had to either open the window or turn the air conditioner on so that the room wouldn't be too hot. We did not have any heat turned on and the room would still get way to hot. So then we had to open the window or turn the air conditioner on in order to cool it down. This was fine when awake, but when asleep it caused us to have to get up in the middle of the night to try adjust the temp. The room was either too hot or too cold all night.

We enjoyed our stay there will stay there again

the guest services people were very helpfull and curtious,i would definently recommend this hotel as a great place to stay.the one thing i did'nt like was the lack of variety with your coffee creamers.

Rooms were large and clean. Staff was very friendly. Common areas for breakfast and bar were accessible and inviting. Would recommend it for those in this area. We found good restaurants within 10-15 minutes. Close to highway.

I enjoyed my stay. My room was clean, the shower was good, the TV remote had a 'sleep timer' function that I like, the breakfast provided was good with fresh fruit and other healthy choices. The only drawback was that the room was generating heat from somewhere. I had to sleep with the window open to get a comfortable balance for sleeping. The outside traffic noise was less than the air conditioner noise.

Has everything one needs for a comfortable stay.

A sharp hotel close to where I was going and worked great for me. The free breakfast was a bonus.

The room was very clean and relaxing with lots of tv channels and great free breakfast. It was close to home with great rates.

Of the three hotels we stayed at on our week long vacation, this was the best value. The price was reasonable. The room and hotel was clean. The free continental breakfast was really good.

I spent a week here during a work related conference. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was immaculate, breakfast was hot and tasty -- with protein and fruit as well as breads and starch --- and the neighborhood felt safe. I will definitely stay here again.

Was greeted very nicely by the front clerk. Was able to check in before the check in time. But when we got to the room we noticed that there were what looked like blood stains on the curtains, pillows were very small, and there were also stains in the bathroom. The carpets in the hallways looked like they were hardly cleaned. Breakfast was the better part of our stay; they had a good variety of foods. Could use some more updates to the interior of the hotel.

I found my stay at the Fairfield Inn quite relaxing. Breakfast was very good and the service was as well. Just had a few minor issues with the telephone not working properly, and the one desk light not working. The lounge was a great place to unwind after a long trip. If ever down that way again would definitely stay there again.

trip was okay; very noisy (girls and boys softball teams). Pool area very small, no towels. Rude young adults (girls and guys from softball team). Although they were from different teams/areas, both groups were vulgar and very loud. No regard for others. Breakfast set up and replenishment was impressive. Front desk staff cordial but somewhat "slow" and seemed to be intimidated. Wouldn't stay at this site again; Elmhurst area much nicer.

It was good, we needed a room because it was 102' out and the apartment we lived in was not cool

The hotel staff were very friendly. The breakfast was quite varied and enjoyable, including hot breakfast items. The beds were reasonably comfortable and the pillows were great. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We would stay there again.

Your hotel is a place we have stayed many times and will stay again.Our family lives fairly close and it is close to the express way to get home to Minnesota.The last time, this past weekend, we were there for our granddaughter's graduation from college, we had to leave early, so did miss the delicious breakfast you serve.

The room was just great, and comfortable. We were in town for a high school graduation of our grandaughter.The breakfast buffet is well rounded and good. The staff is wonderful, polite and very helpful.We will be there this coming weekend, for another graduation, our grandaughter's graduation from DePaul University.

It is a good place to spend the nite, 2-queen beds, very clean, brkfast for 3, free parking, everything 4 a fair price.

This hotel should have the Fairfield name removed. It was just a cheap version of Fairfield. It was a nice average hotel room, but you could tell it was "converted" very cheaply from another brand to Fairfield and didn't offer the same features.

This is a great place to stay if you are traveling on business. The bar staff is friendly, the breakfast is varietied and the rooms are decent size. My only complaint is that the INDOOR pool is not heated. Went to jump in and it was freezing. What's the point of indoors pools if they are too cold to swim in? The hot tub was warm but not hot. Don't stay here if you are wanting a place to swim or relax in the hot tub.
