All in all, a good hotel near the airport for the price. Somewhat shady area of town, but I wasn't too concerned. My only complaint is there was a blood colored stain in the carpet. It wasn't blood, but still a bit gross.

Only issue we had was we could hear the traffic and sirens. We were located on the front side of the hotel.

Hotel location was great for our early flight out and the complimentary shuttle was great. Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We had to catch the first shuttle at 6:00am, so they opened the breakfast early, so that we could have a cup of coffee and a danish before we took off, nice touch.

I stayed in two different rooms during an 8 day stay. The door to the king suite had a 1/4" gap at the bottom 1/3 of the door which I could see through when the door was closed. The door frame was not plumb. Location is great for airport or I40 access. NOBODY likes the low profile sinks in the bathrooms. Kept getting splashed and they didnt drain well. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Nice having a refrigerator in the room and a store next to the hotel.

Pros: Big room, right off the freeway, cookies, friendly staff. Cons: Tiny parking spaces, electrical outlets had issues. Other than that, its the same as any hotel.

We stayed here for one night. It was nice, the beds were amazing.

We needed an airport hotel before a 7AM flight home, and chose this one for proximetry to BNA. The room, linens, beds and pillows were good. The desk clerk was quite a character, and stood chain-smoking outside the lobby door. Since our flight was so early, we couldnt use the hotel shuttle. She offered to book us a personal shuttle to the airport, saying it was "way cheaper than any cab". I booked my own cab for half the price she quoted.

Maintenance is being put off. Hotel shows its age. Inadequate parking.

was nice and quiet being so close to interstate and airport. very staff and a hot breakfast buffet included

I thought that the stay was fine and that there were just a few things that threw me off. We booked online with a travel sight and were not allowed to use the points with our club membership. The hallway and the room smelled like disinfectant. It was clean but worn. The breakfast was good.

I enjoyed it, and so did my kids....whish is important!

Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Parking was limited, and it was difficult to get in and out. The hotel was in pretty good condition otherwise.

Being so close there were only a couple low flying airplanes. Otherwise the hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable and convenient.

Great hotel and breakfast is better that the standard you get at most hotels.

I was pleased with the hotel. It was clean, comfortable, I would stay there again when I need to catch an early flight.

Convenient start to trip. Desk clerk was most helpful.

I'll want to stay here again on our way back home! Nice room, nice beds and great breakfast choices. Thanks for the cookies, too.

We enjoyed our short overnight here. Very convenient access from I-40. Clean, comfortable room. Will more than likely stay here again.

The hotel was clean & the staff was very nice & accomodating. Keep in mind that its right next to the interstate so if your room is on that side of the hotel, there's a lot of outside noise.

This hotel was very clean. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. As ladies traveling alone, feeling safe is important to us. We felt very safe at this hotel each time we have stayed. I worked at a well-known name motel for over 10 years and know the ins and outs and what to look for and expect. All my expectations were more than met. I will recommend to all my family and friends.

I have stayed a few times for work and have always enjoyed my stay.

Good stay. Room was very clean and comfortable. Helpful front desk. A bit tricky getting to the hotel since it is so close to the interstate exit, but convenient location. Breakfast was good, but when I was there eggs were "runny".

The sheets were soiled. When I told them about it they said they would change them for the next guests.

easy to book online, great access to airport and downtown attractions... wish they could have accomodated us for the second night!

We have stayed here 3 times before and would stay again. The hotel is clean, well kept and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

This was better than I expected. Bobbie Sue at the front desk took care of a problem we had with our room immediately. The heavy lady that took care of the breakfast worked hard to keep everything supplied and CLEAN. The people who cleaned our room did an excellent job. The coffee was wonderful. I couldn't find anything to complain about.

Probably wouldn't stay in this hotel again. Ok but have had alot better for price.

The cleaning staff knocked on our door four separate times after we put a do not disturb sign on door before going to sleep. We had arrived late after a long drive. After the cleaning the front desk called to see if we wanted our room cleaned. I will never stay here again you can't get any rest.

Very nice

I realize this is petty, but the sinks in the bathroom are terrible. They are flat and make a big splash every time they get used. The shower was cold, the bed was uncomfortable and the AC made noise. The breakfast was pretty good though.

Hotel is in great location. Close to airport. Staff was very friendly. Parking was a problem. There was an underground parking level but only had one light at the entrance so we did not feel safe parking there. The room had an overpowering potporri smell, especially if you turned the air down to a comfortable level. The ventilation in the bathroom was not working. After the first shower the room became humid and damp. After the 4th shower, it was a little unbearable.

My daughter and I booked a King suite at this location while traveling with her AAU basketball team. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a little tight but we managed. The only thing I didn't like was that the living room and bedroom area were only separated by a wall. If I had to stay here again I would just get a regular king or double room.
