Outstanding with regards to cleanliness, room amenities and breakfast variety.

Beds are really firm, not that great of beds for the comfort, but theres hardly a hotel for that. All in all a great place to stay. It is in a great spot to get anywhere in Branson. And the hotel breakfast is good, and the hotel overall is a great one for staying and for families.

Perfect location, great hot breakfast, rooms very clean. Our stay of 5 nights was great, no issues here.

Slow elevators, limited parking not on a steep slope made for tough access. Great breakfast buffet.

Housekeeping just could not get it right...3 people means 3 sets of towels and they don't really clean your room unless fixing the bed is called cleaning. Breakfast was just o.k.(Bacon anyone) Hotel needs to be upgraded.

Overall, it is a good place to stay. You can tell it is an older hotel, but everything was clean and looked nice. The breakfast display is awesome. Location is great and it was very easy to get around.

Praises: The front desk staff was very nice. Check-in was quick and easy, as was checkout. Can't beat the location (with a pretty decent view), and having free We-Fi in the room was great. Complaints: There were A LOT of people in the very small indoor pool. The breakfast was mediocre. There was some kind of dried greenish goo in the bathtub. (It was a small spot and came off fairly easily, but still -- eww.)

The hotel was nice - location was good - hot breakfast was good. The pool area was crowded and loud (since it is indoors there is really nothing that could be done about it). The hottub had lot of foam floating on top which kept me out of it. And the pool seemed to be over treated with chlorine. Again, a common "problem" with public pools. I opted to skip the swimming - the pool felt a bit too warm and just didn't give me the overall impression that it is being maintained properly, and it was very crowded. Maintaining a heated public pool that gets that much traffic is difficult.

Mostly very nice. I had a hard time controlling air conditioner. Also, I wish there was a comforter instead of just sheets and blanket.

Arrived at hotel and check-in was smooth. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We got a room with 2 queen beds. The room was tiny. Only a path at the foot of the beds and between beds. Room was clean. They serve a hot breakfast but it was gross. Dried out or cold. It is a nice hotel to stay at but I could only handle one night.

The only negative was the lack of adequate venting in the bathroom resulting with complete fogging of mirror when showering.

Parking lot was very dangerously positioned.

It was a good place to stay.

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at. Beautifully decorated exceptionally clean I would the contental breakfast as more of a buffet breakfast The food is delicious. The hotel is perfectly located we were able to walk to the sites we wanted to see. We will definitely stay again.

Hotel was clean and in a great location! Had An impressive breakfast pretty much anything u could want. Bought in advance and couldn't have asked for a better deal. Would recommend to any staying in the area!

HOTEL WAS VERY NICE AND CLEAN. WHEN WE GOT TO ARE ROOM EVERYTHING WAS IN ORDER . THAT NIGHT AND IN THE EARLY MORNING WHEN PEOPLE STARTED USING WATER THE PIPE MADE SO MUCH NOISE YOU COULD NOT SLEEP.

Our room was nice and clean. Every staff member that we encountered at the hotel was nice & friendly. Breakfast was delicious and more than expected for the complimentary type. We have stayed here before and will stay here again!

Had to work late and nearly ruined anniversary getaway til manager surprised us with room upgrade. Service was so welcoming. Loved the apples at check in:). Only complaint- walls seemed very thin. Neighbor sounded like he was sitting on our heads talking in just a normal voice. Very clean, well appointed and decorated room and entire hotel for that matter. Definitely stay here. Can't beat location.

nice hotel friendly staff.. the bed was little hard ... elevators was slow but overall pleasant stay. will stay there again!!!

The good points: quiet room, better than average breakfast buffet, friendly service. The negative points: further than expected and mostly uphill from the main strip making walking difficult, the bathrooms had no fan/vent. The lack of a fan/vent in the bathroom is a problem when sharing a room. One piece of advice - avoid the 8th floor. The breakfast area and bar/lounge area is on the top 9th floor. All the rooms are quiet except those on the 8th floor.

awesome hotel, had fun

Our rooms were nice and clean. The complimentary breakfast was OK keeping in mind it was free. Hotel was located about two blocks off main strip in a quiet area it was nice. Our only complaint was the bed was hard so we got very little sleep the first night. Using the Jacuzzi before bed helps!!

Had a wonderful experience at the hotel. There is only 2 opinions i have. 1. The Jacuzzi tubes drain did not work properly. 2 the breakfast had a much bigger variety but the taste was not all that well. Everything else was wounderful. Had a beautiful time with my wife

Everything was good, the breakfast, the room but the one elevator wasn't working for several days and that was really a problem only having one elevator. Some people were leaving and some going to the 9th floor for breakfast and only 1 elevator!! The other thing is the parking lot is on a big hill so you have to be in pretty good shape to climb to the hotel. They also really need a ramp for elderly to get their suitcases up to the hotel. All they have are stairs.

Very helpful staff and a great breakfast buffet in the morning.

We hope to go back to Branson and if we do if we get the discount rate like we did this time we will for sure stay in this hotel. The Mini King room was just what we needed especially for tv watching and just relaxing a little bit. We recommend this hotel.

We had a very nice time over our four day stay. We had breakfast 3 of the 4 mornings at the hotel. The breakfast was ok. There was a large selection but not the best I've ever had. One morning the food that was suppose to be hot was cold but the other two it was fine. We didn't use pool area so can't commit on that. VERY HILLY!!! Good exercise!!! But good location and we would definitely consider this hotel again when we go back. They hadn't dusted some of the furniture in quite some time but did the day before we left. Someone else had committed about when you first walk in it looks good but upon closer inspection there was just small details that they overlooked that would have made it great like dusting all the furniture every day. We had a great time Thnaks

Very comfort stay and it is near by to all attractions. Lift service in the Hotel need to be improved. Only 2 lifts for 9 floors make us to wait for long time.

Would definitely stay here again! Hotel is clean, breakfast was delicious, hotel is in the center of activities, and staff could not have been more helpful.

Good breakfast buffet on the 9'th floor with friendly servers.Comfort bed, fresh linens and clean bathroom. Neat dispensable shampoo, hair conditioner ,bath soap and hand soap. Easy and convenient locations to outlet malls, shows and others. Inconvenient parking area due to a downhill site. If you are sport /outgoing minded , you will think as if you are exercising going up to the main entrance of the hotel from the parking lot. But for those who are not an athletic type, you'll find that you need cardio exercise more often . Just think on a brighter side. One step at a time.

The only thing negative I would say is that when i booked the hotel through hotels.com it stated that there was a microwave in each room and we're the type of people that like popcorn each night and we get there and there was no microwave in any of the rooms. We had to go up to the 9th floor breakfast area each night and then find someone to pop it for us because the microwave was back in the kitchen area and we couldn't go back there ourselves. so it was somewhat inconvenient but still overall very satisfied with the stay. The pool and hot tub was not as clean as I would have liked but overall still a nice pool. I especially liked the fact that in the showers they have the shampoo, conditioner, and soap in dispensers instead of those tiny bottles that never is enough for a family of four.
