Staff were very friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. It is important to see that as the customer also benefits. Good experience.

My stay at the hotel was excellent. The room (820) was quite suitable and well-equipped for the stay. Requests (for additional blankets, and information) were immediately met. Friendly & knowledgeable desk staff and check-in done efficiently. The complimentary "pasta dinner" was very welcome and the morning breakfasts were amazing...with the additional bonus of being able to watch a sunrise. The parking facility was great.

Tina at the front desk was most helpful. We stayed at the hotel because we had to go to a funeral during the aftermath of Sandy. She is an asset to the Marriott Corp.

it was okay but not quite up to Marriott standards. Air conditioner/ Heater was super loud and windows didn't open.

It was good. The breakfast was below average and the hotel was very old. Other than that is was good.

i ordered 2 queen and got a king room. hotel staff didnt tell me that I had to park in designated Marriott guests spot. I got 2 tickets on my van for parking violations. I was taking some back stairs to and from the parking lot. it was inconvenient and scary. It was not until the last day that I realized i could take the other elevators to the parking lot. front desk staff was not very nice.

Goog and enjoyuable

Stay was very nice. Pool on 6th fl roof top was very relaxing .would stay there again

Perfect in every way..except one little peeve. The bed was too soft for me but a great hotel.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. My room was beautiful and comfortable. No matter where I have to go again I will definitely seek out the Residence Inn.

We stood here for the wedding to attend a wedding nearby. It was a bit pricer than the other hotels but well worth the few extra bucks. Our car didn't leave the parking lot as we were able to walk everywhere and it is a great location if you're traveling with little ones.

Staff nice. Maintenance staff were the friendliest. Older rooms, nothing bad, just needs overall upgrades. Great hotel for families. Food in am good and sometimes dinner was even provided. Having the kitchen was awesome. There was a.charge for parking, even though on website and in book in room it said no charge.

easy to get to although parking is a bit confusing. staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Tv sofa uncomfortable, otherwise rooms have everything you need.. I hate do have my breakfast on plastic plates and cutlery. Otherwise breakfast is good. American Coffe sucks

This hotel has potential, but is really dated. The outside of the building looks new, and the lobby areas look nice, but the rooms are filled with old furniture. The couches in the rooms aren't comfortable and there was an odd smell in the room. The bath products they supply aren't a very high quality either, and don't smell good either. The breakfast and dinner is a step below Taco Bell for the most part. The WiFi never worked well for me so I used a mobile hotspot from my cell phone for the duration of my stay. On the plus side - the offer free food, the bed sheets are clean, and the building seems safe and secure.

We enjoyed our stay at Residence Inn. Found it very friendly and comfortable. Our room was also nice and quiet with a lovely view, 2 large tvs and a comfy large bed, large bedroom, plenty of cupboard space and big lounge as well with plenty of seating. Also very handy to the Train station.

Good cost-saving alternative to staying in Manhatten. Only 1/2 hour commute to city. Excellent service from front desk staff. Spacious, clean rooms.

A very nice hotel in New Rochelle. The staff were great and it was very convenient. Didn't know where to stay in New Rochelle so I just picked this place and was not disappointed at all.

Convenient, Clean, Comfortable. Plenty to do right next door, lots of restaurant choices, easy access to Rte 95 and seemed very safe and family oriented area.

The last time I stayed at this location was two years ago and it was a very nice hotel back then. Now, it's shocking how awful it is. Rooms smell like cigarette smoke, the beds are very uncomfortable, the carpets look like they need a good cleaning, and the bed sheets looked unwashed. I'm extremely disappointed and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Not sure what caused this downgrade in quality, but I do hope that they'll work on improving because the hotel is in a very convenient location.
