Nice room and location for the price.

The hotel had great convenience in terms of parking, however, when it comes to the cleanliness of the rooms it leaves much to be desire because both myself and my wife had to change rooms too times due to the fact that the first room wasn't service and the second room which was an upgrade courtesy of the hotel had a bad odor coming from a clogged up bath tub and lastly our final upgrade to the hotel's suite had broken hair all over the room including on the beds

For the price, this was a great hotel and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Water pressure in the shower was amazing and tons of hot water.

Most of the Red Roof Inns I've stayed in have outside corridors and a sort of glorified Motor Lodge feel. This was much more like a hotel, with inside hallways and elevators and a real lobby. But the floors in the room weren't that clean, and the TV channels were extremely limited. It was fine for one night, but this wasn't their best location.

My only complaint is that wifi did not work on third floor. The week before I had stayed in room on fourth floor and the wifi worked well.

This property was recently renovated and is now smoke-free. This is a real asset and the new bedding was nice, too.

Could have used a hotter shower. Otherwise the room was fine. No breakfast in the area and the coffee comes with white powdered stuff.

Everything was great !

Quality clean room and facilities for a budget price.

Staff was wonderful but the lobby and elevator were dirty, the coffee was empty at 8:30am and still empty when we left at 10:30 and the worst thing is that there was no hot water. Theshower temperature was a tad bit colder than luke warm. Other guests had the same complaint throughout the morning.

The heater unit in my room could not be turned off. When I turned the temperature all the way down, the fan still cycled up during the night and woke me up. Maintenance looked at it and really didn't understand what the 'stop' position on the dial was meant to do. I did ask the front desk for a new room for my 2nd night, but then had to move all my stuff. I still wonder if room 216 has a bad control knob on its heater. Just don't accept that room unless you can feel the knob move thru each position.

The only disappointment was that the pool wasn't opened yet but it was also due to weather. It would be great to enclosed for winter/spring use.

We needed a place just to sleep, then continue to our destination. For the price we were very happy. It was clean and the staff was pleasant.

Best value out there

this is a very clean comfortable hotel the only thing that I wish it had was more selections for tv but other than that it was great and I have been back since this trip.

Had a great time, nice room and comfortable beds:)

Most of the public areas of the hotel were dirty and in some form of disrepair. The room was satisfactory, wish there had been a mini-fridge (but apparently that's only in specific types of rooms). It's an ok choice if your options are limited, and you're only staying a short time.

So much better than alot of more expensive hotels.

we had a very nice room very clean and very nice personal we are always very pleased when we stay here we have stayed few times and would again and the rates are very responible thank you very much

This hotel was clean and very affordable for a night or two

Great hotel at an exceptional price. Close to the wrentham outlet.

Hotel staff was very nice and friendly, the hotel at night was very noisy due to some guests. Overall stay was perfect for the price.

We recently stayed here because we were displaced by the recent snow event and we were one of thousands left without heat or electricity. Fortunate for us we found shelter at this hotel. Our overall feelings for this place rests solely on the staff and how helpful they were given the enormity of the situation with mass bookings, checking and checkouts. They wre courteous and extremely helpful. The king suite was perfect for our family and was very roomy. Having a mini fridge and microwave was an added perk given our circumstances. Overall a nice place with very professional staff from top to bottom.

Will consider for our next stay.

air of neglect about hotel and poor ventilation.....disappointed

Hotel was so much more than expected at this price range-very clean, friendly staff-rooms were beautiful!

When we frst walked in there were to men at the check-in area and both men were helping out the ONE customer in front of me. I was waiting in line for about 5 minutes which feels like an eternity. The checking-in process went quick though. When we got to our room t was clean looking, beds made, the whole 9 yards, but when I went to use the bathroom I noticed a yellow mark on the toilet which looked almost like a urine stain that had not been wiped away. We went to the Patriots game that night and did not get back until about 1 AM and there was so much light coming in through the cracks ot eh door it lit up a lot of our room, not to mention people were either out in the hallway or in their rooms across the hall and we could here their conversations. We were the last room at the end of the hall and we could not hear the only room next to us, just across the hall. We heard men talking ALL NIGHT LONG. The pillows were awful too because they were so thick you could barely rest your head confortably on them and my boyfriend and I had an awful night sleep. The location of the hotel was great because it was right off the highway and only about 8 minutes away from Gillette Stadium.

The hotel was exactly what I expected. We were busy with family obligations, and just needed a clean place with comfortable beds to sleep in. We did not require a lot of extras, and did not pay for extras we were not able to use. Thank you.

The room smelled awful and was filthy. The shower curtain, walls and towels were all stained. The hotel ran out of soap and when I arrived to check in, the man at the front desk was unwelcoming and took a phone reservation while I stood there, which took about 10 minutes. I will never stay at a Red Roof again. I was very surprised by the poor quality considering the location in MA.
