Wellenberg Swiss Q Zurich Hotel - ציריך

מלון טוב, חדרים מהודרים, קטנים אבל מודרניים ונקיים, נוף של גגות ציריך, נקי מאוד, מודרני, האינטרנט והמחשב הנייד היו תוספת נחמדה, צוות ידידותי, ארוחת הבוקר בסיסית אבל מספקת, טרסה נחמדה לימים חמים, מיקום מצוין במרכז אזור הקניות, בתי הקפה והמסעדות, לא זול, אבל שום דבר בציריך לא זול, לא הייתי מודע למיסים שיש לשלם לאדם לכל יום שהות במלון, שילמנו בסוף השהות לא היה מוגזם, מסעדת ביסטרו טובה צמודה למלון, היה רק תה בחדר ולא קפה. למישהו מהמשפחה שלי היה כיסא גלגלים, המעלית הייתה קטנה אבל מספיקה, הצוות סיפק חדרים צמודים אחד לשני.

למלון לא היה שירות 4 כוכבים בשולחן הקבלה. אין שום מקביל לשוער, הצוות לא יכול היה לתת הוראות הגעה לשדה התעופה, הצוות לא יכל לתת הוראות מדוייקות להגיע לחניון, החניה לא כלולה במחיר, ומאוד מאוד יקרה. אני לא ממליץ לאף אחד לנסוע במכונית מכיוון שהמלון באיזור הולכי-רגל, ומאוד קשה למצוא אותו. האינטרנט לא כלול במחיר. יש מס עירייה מעל ומעבר למיסים שנכללים כמזמינים את החדר, אבל אנחנו חשבנו שההזמנה שלנו כללה את כל מיסי המלון. הצוות גם לא יכול היה להציע הצעות איפה כדאי לאכול. נקודות חיוביות הן שהמיקום מאוד מרכזי ונהדר לתיירות, ארוחת הבוקר של המלון הייתה טובה, והמלון נראה מתוחזק היטב.

ממש אהבתי לשהות במלון Wellenberg באוקטובר 2011. זו הייתה נסיעה שאטל של בערך 20 דקות משדה התעופה, שממוקם בנוחיות בעיירת ציריך הישנה. הצוות היה נהדר, ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה, והחדרים היו נחמדים. נהניתי מאוד מהשהייה שלי במלון!

זה אמור להיות מלון 4 כוכבים ואולי הדבר היחיד ברמת 4 כוכבים במלון הזה הוא העיצוב בלובי ובמסדרונות. לחדר שלנו היה ריח נוראי, השטיח היה שחוק, הכיסאות בחדר היו קרועים ומלוכלכים. הרגשתי שהפרסום שלהם רימה אותי ואני כל כך מאוכזב שבחרתי במלון הזה ובזבזתי את הכסף שלי.

מלון מצוין לשהות בו, מלון קטן אבל מאוד נקי וממוקם במרכז של כל מה שתרצו לראות או לעשות בציריך. צוות המלון היה מאוד נחמד ומועיל. סך הכל ציריך היא עיר מאוד יקרה אבל הייתי ממליץ על המלון הזה לכל מבקרי ציריך ואם אחזור לציריך בהחלט אשהה במלון הזה שוב ללא היסוס.

מלון Wellenberg בציריך הוא נחמד למדי, קרוב למסעדות, לנהר, בית קפה Starbucks, כל מה שתרצו. חדר גדול, עם אביזרים נחמדים, מה עוד בן-אדם יכול לרצות? אבל בסביבות 7 בערב הקימו אוהל בחצר המלון והכניסו לאוהל דיסקוטק עם מוזיקה מאוד רועשת, שאי אפשר לסנן את הבס על ידי סגירת החלונות, אפילו בגובה 4 קומות. הלכתי ללובי ואפילו לא הצלחנו לדבר עד שהצלחנו לסגור את הדלת.

I booked a superior room, and I asked the reception to confirm that the roomk was a'nice room'. In fact the room was miserable, in the eves with a very small window that was overlooked by a roof terrace of the block directly opposite. Breakfast was just passable. I won't be staying there again!

Great service. Close to the Train station. Good Bk included.

The hotel was acceptable in terms of comfort, price, and convenience. The stay was memorable for the delightful receptionist, Karin, who had a lovely smile and gave my daughter plenty of free chocolate Easter eggs!

This is one of the best hotels I've been in Europe. I am mid-twenties American in the military and I absolutely loved this hotel. Great way to spend two nights with your loved one. My girlfriend was also impressed with the style and decor and friendliness of the concierge. Very helpful. Breakfast was decent and the locality to a variety of bars and restauraunts was a plus. The price was just right for the room size and the ammenities available. The only downside is that there is no immediate designated parking. You can stop in front of hotel to check-in/check-out, but long term is a 5 minute walk away over the river at uriahanas park house which was 44 Euro a day.....don't park in any other because they charge 2 euro per 15 minutes after 3 hours.

We were in Zurich for our first visit and looking for a nice place at a reasonable rate. The Wellenberg was perfect. It is a one minute stroll to the river, and in the middle of prime shopping and restaurant options. As for the hotel itself, the staff at the front desk was friendly and responsive, the room was warm and welcoming after a chilly walking tour, and the breakfast started our day off right. I would recommend it to anyone and return happily.

First time we have used Hotels.com and will again. On arrival we had been upgraded to a larger room, in the garret on the 5th floor (elevator so no baggage worries) overlooking the local square. Christmas tree in the square, snowed overnight so we woke to a picture book scene. Staff were obliging, hotel clean, breakfast good and the hotel located right in the old town. A surfeit of restaurants and walking distance to everywhere. Magic!

Paid for the mini suite. The room was huge. So was the tv. The location was a 10. The king bed great. Great customer service at the front desk. Ordered more towels and they arrivied in minutes Not one complaint. I probably won't go back to Zurich because now I have seen it. But if I did this is the place I would stay

The hotel overlooks a bar and restaurant. Late night noise and revelry will go on beyond 2 Am on weekdays and weekends. Not a good choice if you want to sleep with your windows open in a European hotel with no AC. If you do stay here, make sure that yuo do not get a room facing the square outside.

Very nice

The location of the hotel is outstanding and, in my opinion, cannot be beat. The amenities in the room in which we stayed were nothing particularly spectacular, but the size was surprisingly large for any intercity hotel (European or otherwise), and there was a good sized bathtub that was completely unexpected. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are small but very comfortable. I had a room that was opposite the square so it was very peaceful. The breakfast room with terrace is a great way to start the day.

Amazing space, very tastefully decorated rooms and the location was stellar!!! Highly recommend this hotel!

The cleanliness and quality of service was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a breakfast room, a bar and a restaurant which were also good. The most notable aspect of this hotel is it's superb location right in the middle of the old town with all it's character and many restaurants, bars and shops only steps away. The Bahnhoffstrasse is only a short walk across one of the bridges. My only complaint is that there was no air conditioning and it was very hot when we were there which made sleeping extremely difficult.

Our hotel exceeded our expectations, from the staff preparing an extra bed ( that was comfortable too) , perfect breakfast, clean room and a warm atmosphere from staff/facilities. Great value and a must next trip to Zurich. Loved the walking area around hotel in Old Zurich too.

Great hotel, very bad Internet set up, it was to send us codes on our phone, they never came through on the SMS. Also was heavily filtered so that none of my emails would open.

Everythings are well, it is interesting that the bath does not set in the bathroom. We enjoyed the stay here. We will come back again.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. The staff were incredibly helpful.

Great location. Junior Suites look out to the placa and are very noisy 24/7. We hardly slept. The bathroom is not really functioning for 2 people (way too small for a Junior Suite) and the closets are not functioning well as well. The fridge for the Mini bar was also not working. Generally overprized for what you get. The one redeeming feature is the breakfest buffet. I am reluctant to recommend the hotel. We have booked somewhere else on our return in early August.

-Convenient location to Old Zurich-restaurants, museums, historiacl buildings and small unique shops. Rooms are a bit small and somewhat crowded but they do provide fans for warm summer evenings. Breakfast is enjoyable with the basic European fare.

A great hotel, perfect for staying in Zurich, close to Train station, numerous places to pick up a free bicycle to roam around the lake and enjoy a swim in the summer. Staff where excellent and the atmosphere about the Hotel was great. Internet was a little slow and you had to pay for it in the room (this is quite old fashioned in most hotels i stay in it's free nowadays). The breakfast was good although not much in the way of hot food. But all in all it was a great hotel with awesome staff and i would definitley be back.

The hotel is located in the heart of the restaurant district - very noisy late into the wee hours of the morning. Other than that it was conveniently locate dto the Lake, train station. The breakfast was good

Stay was very comfortable, and the staffs were super nice. i left a necklace there and came back to US w/o knowing it. I called them up and they were able to find it and ship it to US for me.

I liked the Wellenberg and would be happy to recommend it. The rooms weren't quite as spectacular as the pictures, but they were clean and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located and with friendly and efficient service. The breakfasts are delicious and there is a lovely terrace where you can sit outside. I would be happy to recommend.

Stayed here for 2 nights in May. A perfectly decent hotel in the old part of town. Only drawback was that the noise from the street kept me awake.

This was a short stay of one night since our trip was delayed a day and we had planned two nights in Zurich. The hotel is in a very convenient loctation of a plaza area in the Old Town section of Zurich. There are a plethora of cafes and restaurants surrounding the area. We had 4 of us comfortably in one room and did not feel croweded. It is very quiet and dark in the room at night. There is a nice European breakfast that is provided with the room. The staff was very courteous and nice. I would stay here again if in Zurich. Try the Swiss restaurante across the street -- top notch.

Very good hotel. Staff, service were brilliant. Do not have a single issue that comes to mind. Close to the rail station and public transport, restaurants and supermarket. 24 hour travel card in Zurich is well worth it. You can see most of Zurich and would recommend getting it to make use of getting to and from the airport as well. Zurich is an expensive city, therefore a travelcard like this comes in handy. Would recommend going to Lucerne as it is a place with views, shopping and can take walks about town etc.

//the toilet space is extremely small. Almost no room for convenient shaving, washing and care of your daily appearance. Othervise - excelent location, very nice breakfast and very polite staff.
