מלון מצוין. ארוחת בוקר לא מהעולם הזה. הצוות בארוחת הבוקר יעשה הכול בשבילכם. מיקום המלון היה קצת מרוחק מהמרכז כ 5-10 דקות. בריכת שחייה חינם לאורחים אבל חדר האדים והסאונה היו בתשלום מה שחשתי שצריך להיות חינם לאורחים. בסך הכול מלון מצוין ובוודאות אשוב.

פקיד הקבלה הודיע לנו כמה מונית אמורה לעלות... זה עזר לנו מכיוון שגבו מאתנו כפליים.

Although out of the city centre the hotel was close to a major rail and underground station. I stayed in executive room which was as expected. The executive lounge had good nibbles and drinks available all day, plus a wider selection of food at night for a good snack or even a minor meal! Good spa and pool with wide range of facilities.

This hotel was great from the time we checked in until we checked out. the neighborhood was great with so many restaurants to choose from and very close for the city Hop on Hop off double decker bus. We didn't order any room service because we felt the prices were a little high, but I'm sure for this hotel it was standard. The staff was very friendly and helpful and one of our rooms was upgraded for free so they could put a cot in it for my grandson. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

All hotel staff were very friendly and professional. It was so surprising that all staff spoke English without hesitation. The metro is nearby and convenient for downtown shopping. Tour companies picked us up at the lobby. Hotel restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced for the quality of food and service. The only areas of (slight) dissatisfaction are that the room temperature cannot be individually controlled and the beds were firmer than I prefer.

Would highly recommend staying at the Corinthia if you are going to Lisbon for a sight-seeing trip. It has great facilities and you should seriously consider upgrading to an Executive Class room as you then get access to the Executive Club Lounge on the 24th floor. Very nice to be able to go grab a complimentary coffee or a glass of wine and a nibble before you go out for dinner... You can also have your breakfast there in relative peace and quiet away from the main restaurant on the ground floor. It's 2mins walk from the metro so very easy to get into town. We had a great time.

This is an exceptional hotel. It is luxurious with all the personal attention that that type of rating implies. The location, near the zoo, is terrific to get anywhere in the city. The rooms are opulent. Will definitely return.

You have to try the spa its an incredible assortment of hot tubs, sauna, steam,water jets ,pools and all manner of showers . An hour in the spa is totally invigorating and relaxing . The room and service were great ,the staff was very professional without losing that personal touch . I have to say the room service chow was very good in the humble opinion of a couple of NY foodies. Sweet stay .

Generally excellent - high standard hotel, excellent breakfast with very wide selection of food. Bedrooms a good size, comfortable, decent range of accessories in the bathroom. The only slight downside is that its a 15 minute Metro ride from the centre of Lisbon, however this does make it easily accessible to the airport

We had a lovely time, the hotel was spotless, the bed was huge! Breakfast was super with a very wide choice. The hotel is near Lisbon Zoo which we loved, the dolphins are unreal. The metro is around the corner so you can travel anywhere you fancy and its very cheap, we got a €5 ticket which lasts 24 hours and we hopped on and off all day.

Hotel rooms and services are great including on-site restaurants/bars. It is also very close to both train and subway stations with convenient access to the city center

Booked to stay here for three nights in an executive suite. This was fantastic and well worth the extra we paid as we had access to the executive sky bar which included wine, beer & soft drinks & Also finger food all day. Hotel is a one minute walk from the tube then 10 mins into the centre of Lisbon, perfect!! Would highly recommend this hotel!

This is a very special hotel. Excellent service, breakfast, pool, and service. After a busy day sightseeing it is wonderful to chill out on the sun terrace or in the outdoor bar. It is on the edge of the city but a 5 Euro taxi ride will take you to all the major sites. Taxis are very cheap and the drivers very helpful. Would return again tomorrow!!!

When I booked, I had read several reviews claiming this hotel was perfect. However, when I arrived...while appearance-wise it was quite perfect...the service certainly was not. Then entire stay any notes were made out to my husband...who was not vacationing with me, and was not on the reservation at all. My friend smelled smoke one night and the front desk told her there was no problem, and did not look into it or reassure us at any point that there was nothing wrong. My phone's message light was blinking so I called downstairs to the front desk and was told there was no message and it was a mistake. I hung up, but the phone kept blinking. I called down again and was put on hold, then asked to go down to the front desk. When I got down there I was told that there was a mistake again and it would go away. When I got back up to my room, someone else called and asked if I had a question...after explaining it to them, I was given a code to get my voicemail. The elevators were insanely slow. The waitresses in the lounge and restaurant were ridiculously slow, it took an hour and a half to get a Cobb salad!! But, it was also served with what my friend and I ordered as a "starter" and my friend's salad was completely forgotten. By the way, don't purchase soft drinks...almost 5 dollars for a small cup!!!

Loved Scotland but this hotel is no better than average. Breakfast was subpar at best. Front desk staff had its ups and downs -- no major complaints but not memorable either. Room was tiny for three people and not particularly clean. No wash towels in the bathroom. Only free Wifi is in the hotel lobby. You get six hours for free, but the clock begins as soon as you start surfing the web. In other words, if you log on at 8 a.m., you're time runs out at 2 p.m. whether you're on the Internet or not. After that, you got to pay. About an hour walk, maybe more, to to the city center. Not a horrible experience, but I probably would stay somewhere else on my next trip to Edinburgh.

Best breakfast at a European hotel I've ever had. Hotel staff was first rate whether I needed assistance at 4 in the afternoon or 4 in the morning. Hotel is not in the city center but subway stop is right across the street. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very slow service in the dining room for dinner waited over an hour

I stayed on the 21st floor which had a gorgeous view over the city. The only problem was the lifts, at breakfast time there was a long long wait, when it eventually arrived it would stop at almost every floor on the way down and there would be no-one waiting! Weird system. Breakfast was very good. Dinner was over priced, therefore the night we ate there it was almost empty, while a restaurant across the road was packed. The spa was lovely, warm and welcoming, with great staff. The location was great, hop on hop off city tour buses stopped outside the hotel, they are are great way to see the city. Taxis are very reasonable also.

We booked this hotel based on price for what was described as 5 star.Also,several reviews mentioned a special event or birthday & the staff pulled out the stops to make it special. As it was my partners 40th this was a decider. The room was fine, as were the staff but no better than we expected for the 5 stars that the Corinthian claims. The lifts were so slow we ended up following several other guests & using the service/staff lifts which were small & smelled but you didnt have to wait ages for them! Internet was 15 euros a day, English speaking tv was 30 euros a day (or 15 per film!!) pool was free but too cold to use. You could use the steam room & jacuzzi. For another 20 euros! It went on. We had the 17 euro on my partners birthday and waited 15 minutes whilst the one person cooking eggs tried to cope with a HUGE queue! When we returned at 3pm our room hadnt been cleaned To cap it all, i had emailed the hotel prior to the visit and asked what they could do to make the birthday special & they said they would provide a birthday cake. There was no mention of price nor a request for me to confirm so i assumed that it would arrive. Not so. There seemed little point chasing it as it would not have been a surprise & i was loosing faith in the place by this point. Overall i felt that the Corinthian is way overpriced, has too many extras, and is certainly not 5 star. Next time i,d stay somewhere central & buy my own cake!

High quality rooms, service, and facilities. The gym had new equipment and lots more light and space than most hotel gyms. Only downside - - perpetual long wait for elevators. Take the stairs!

That is a huge hotel. 24 floors. Very tasty breakfast with an excellent selection of food. Very clean rooms. Very complicated and time consuming TV navigation with too many paid services and channels. Internet access is very expensive. Good access to public transport (Metro and buses). No shuttle bus to the airport, however fantastic public transport, which is going to take you directly there. Friendly staff, who granted access to the Sky lounge in spite of no reservation. Staff speaking multiple languages.

Positive: We stayed in a deluxe suit and the room was amazing. Lots of space and very comfortable. We also had access to the Executive sky lounge, which has amazing views over the city and serves snacks and drinks throughout the day. It was a perfect place to relax. The spa treatments are expensive, but worth it. I had the best massage of my life! Negative: The service at reception was horrific!! Very nice staff but we spent atleast 3 hours of our total 22 hour stay just to get answers from reception and to check out. Seriously understaffed. The hotel was quite busy and there are only a few elevators. Sometimes we had to wait 15-30 minutes to get a elevator. There was also empty coffee and sugar sachets in our room and the minibar was not fully-stocked according to the list provided by the hotel and we were very worried that we would be charged for those things, which luckily we weren't. Also we had problems when paying our account and I had to insert my credit card pin 3 times. The bank the froze the amount of our bill x3 which then blocked my credit card. Luckily I was not alone and it was the last night of our holiday so I did not need much more cash. Overall the hotel is nice if you plan to book in and then only relax in your room and the sky lounge, but as soon as you go to the lobby its a nightmare.

Hotel is just a ordinary five star business hotel, not in an antique building like the Corinthia London Hotel. So not very unique and impressive. Hotel location was not central. One had to take bus or metro going downtown (about 15 minutes travelling). Yet the metro and bus stops near hotel made it convenient to go downtown. Aerobus stop nearby the hotel make it a plus but the aerobus get off stop at hotel when arriving is different from the stop going back to airport. Make sure you do not wait at the wrong place. Check wih the bus driver.

We got a great room only deal so staying here was not only pleasant but very reasonable too. The staff were friendly and really made an effort and the bar food was very good. We had a lovely city view from the 19th floor. the hotel is beside a metro station which was very handy and a short walk to Cortes Ingles Department store. There are a few restaurants and cafes nearby. Overall an ideal hotel for a short stay.

I would have really appreciated it if the internet service was free for even first 15 minutes.

Very nice hotel. Located about 10 minutes via metro to Lisbon city centre. Metro stop is 2 minute walk from hotel. Hotel in safe area. Just down the road are some nice restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the japanese buffet- excellent choice of sushi! Nice pastry shop just before you reach the metro as well, so we just had that for breakfast everyday. Hotel very nice. Communal areas very clean and nice. Rooms- good size. Safe in wardrobe. Slippers and gowns provided. Very good size and clean bathroom. Room service yummy! Did not try restaurant. Good sized and clean pool- water temp slightly cool though! Very relaxing. Overall good stay. Preferred being a bit out of the city centre- quieter location, cheaper restaurants.

Corinthia Hotels is close to a subwaystation on the blue line. Seven stops to the south and you´re in the city centre, three stops to the north and you´re at footbal stadium Luz (Benfica) as well the Colombo shopping mall. We got a great deal for Corinthia and the hotel was really, really good: excellent breakfast buffet (they even make you waffles), art exhibition inside and a decent pool. Best of all were the friendliness of the staff. I have never ever experienced such a thing. They treated us like we belonged to their family! The only form of criticism that I/we can put forward is the fact that there is no free WiFi. You have to pay for this. Still an excellent hotel and in a very beautiful and - given that it is a capital - "sleepy" sundaylazy kind of town.

very clean, comfortable room with convenient location closed to the metro station and the Zoo

Just returned home after 2 nights at the Corinthian in Lisbon following a cruise. We were able to move into our room in the morning and found it very comfortable and clean as well as large and modern. All the staff were very helpful with good English skills. We used the room service menu one evening and the food was exceptional for room service! Several restaurants were available a few doors down the street and the public transport system is very close. I would happily stay there again.

Good breakfast, very close to the Metro and just a few stops to the centre. Location near the zoo. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

bit of a taxi ride to historic sites and old town but worth it as parking was very reasonable. taxi rides were very reasonable and a great way to avoid the hot weather (from our point of view).

This is a great base for seeing Lisbon. Lovely room with everything we needed. We used the gym and pool as well and there's even a sundeck on the second floor so we managed some sunbathing too! We didn't use the hotel to eat or drink though so can't comment on that.

Great hotel. If you pay the exec room for a little more, you get excellent breakfast and free WiFI on the 24 Floor.

We had a lovely stay at the Corinthia Hotel. We up-graded to an Executive room which had fantastic views over the city to the Bridge and Viaduct. We were able to access the Executive Lounge on the 24th floor which was excellent. Staff were friendly, spoke very good english and were very helpful. Within a few stops on the Metro to the City Centre and all amenities. Excellent choice for Breakfast. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel. Facilities were very nice overall. The only wierd thing was that the hairdryer was "hard-wired" into the desk in the room and you couldn't get close to a mirror to dry your hair

This is one of the best hotels for the money anywhere in Europe. The location is a bit distant from downtown, but this is not a problem, since the hotel is across the street from the main line subway station. I will go back to this hotel when I return to Lisbon, assuming the great price I got in March is still available. A questionable assumption, to be sure, since the rates I have seen for future dates are roughly double what I paid in mid-March 2011. I must have gotten lucky! Please note: internet access in the room is only for a hefty surcharge!

Well located in Lisbon's financial center, steps away from subway services and bus station, this hotel offers wonderful spa services. For my first stay there, I was fortunate enough to receive an upgrade and several perks came with it. Really a great experience. Beautiful views of the city, including the acqueduct.
