The hotel was great, rooms very clean, staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast bar was convenient and very good everything was fresh. The hotel made our stay very enjoyable.

The hotel was ok. Not many places to eat by the hotel. Had to travel. Close to the mall if that is what you like.

The hotel room was large and clean. Everything worked. Folks were helpful. Good value.

I can't say enough about this hotel. We were there for a cheer competition from Friday night till Sat. On Sat. morning the 10 year old we were with fainted in the hallway. The manager was just wonderful with all that was going on. She went out of her way to give me all the information and directions to the hospital as well as offering the shuttle to drive us somewhere while the ambulance took my friend and her daughter. She also gave us a late check out because of the situation.

Everything fine except in-room air conditioner was noisy. Location is excellent. Room, bed, etc fine.

Stayed one night to attend Hostra event with my daughter. We are from Delaware so location and proximity was the most important thing for me. The hotel is very close to the expressway and Hofstra. The overall stay was okay. We really appreciated the local restaurant delivery to the hotel room. That was very helpful to tried travelers like us. The hotel could use some updating but it was pretty comfortable. I would have wanted something better if I was staying longer , but it did the trip for a 1- night stay.

Hotel staff was friendly. Provided an upgraded to king room. Room was clean and comfortable. Close to various restaraunts and other businessess. Breakfast choices were a bit weak but, it's free so no complaints there! Would stay at this hotel again and would recommend to anyone.

Our H.S. Senior wanted to visit Hofstra and being almost 3 hours away did not want to get up at 4 a.m. on a Sunday morning to make the trip. The hotel was very convenient as it is only about 1.5 miles from the campus. Very clean and every was very friendly and professional.

This location was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly.

Room was clean, gym was not too bad, everything met my expectations.

We highly enjoyed our stay here. For the price of the room and location was very clean staff was helpful and we felt very safe.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Free breakfast was surprising good. Coffee was excellent as well.

It was a bit odd. I booked a non-smoking room. When I checked in, the clerk's first words were "Do you want a smoking room, by any chance?" I said "No. Definitely not. I hate smoking and definitely need a non-smoking room." When we got to the room, it reeked of stale cigarette smoke. Clearly a smoking room. Other than that, almost everything was okay. Average breakfast, average room. The air conditioner was as loud as a turbo-charged Maserati, as was the bathroom fan. I will say that the price was reasonable, and the hotel is centrally located to Nassau attractions.

This hotel is near everything. Easy, quick and convient check in. Everything was clean, and they even had extra pillows and wash cloths in the room. However there was no shower cap, hardly a deal breaker but I needed one. Great stay and comfy bed!

While I want to be able to be positive about my stay, since the hotel appears very nice and well kept and the staff seemed nice, it's just really hard to stay positive when you wake up in the morning covered in bug bites. It was pretty horrifying. At first I thought it was just me that was bitten (I am the tasty one after all), but throughout the day my husband started finding bumps as well. Thankfully my 1 year-old appears to have been spared. Since it was already morning by the time we discovered the bugs and we were about to check out anyway, we just quickly packed up and got out of there. I informed the front desk as I was checking out, and while they were apologetic, they didn't offer a refund or anything. They simply apologized "for the inconvenience." Feeling absolutely horrified and disgusted by the experience I didn't want to linger and make a scene, so we just left. I'm still feeling very grossed out about the whole experience, and now I can't bring my suitcases in the house for fear of stowaway bugs. Yuck.

This is a great place to stay, nice and comfortable and not as banged out as the hotels near the Airport.

This was an inexpensive, but convenient hotel for a wedding I attended at Eisenhower Park. Only negative is was that we were expecting a King bed with a queen or king size pullout couch. Instead, there was an uncomfortable recliner. We were able to have a cot brought up, but still not ideal for 2 additional people to share. We made it work.

The hotel was nice and situated in a convenient location but early in the morning the fire alarm went off. It went off for a while and nobody knew what was going on, so everyone went into the hallway. I rushed to grab and pack my bags to run out. i eventually contacted the front desk and they didnt know if we should evacuate or stay in the room but once i seen everyone go back in their rooms, i unpacked my bags. i complained at the front desk but they brushed it off.

Having reserved a double room with two beds a very long time in advance for the State Championship Swim Meet, I was very surprised to arrive there at 3:30 on Friday afternoon and told that there were only king-bedded rooms left. When I insisted on the two beds that I had reserved and paid for, they found one on the first floor that wasn't even made up yet. Plus the number of swim parents and kids seemed to overwhelm them: breakfast was disappointing. Even the oatmeal packet was stale. Only the location near the Nassau County Aquatic Center is good,

Todo estuvo muy bien y de acuedo a lo ofrecido. El desayuno incluido por el hotel es bastante completo. 100% Recomendable.
