Would Never Say Agine At This Hotel Agine. front Desk Very Rude .

The hotel staff could not have been more helpful. When the internet went down - the manager offered me his own computer. The bathrooms could use re-grouting or updating, but it's a good hotel - and due to the location, I would stay there again.

The staff at this hotel is what made the difference for us! It seems like customer service is a lost art, but not here. Every person was pleasant and attentive. Any request has handled quickly, efficiently and without fuss. My child was even told by a staff member that they were so happy she was enjoying the indoor pool and they were glad we were staying there. When you take the time to make my child feel welcome and appreciated, you win my business.

Great place to stay. Will return!

Everyone was very friendly-hotel very clean an the location was fabulous!

you never know what you are getting when you book a hotel online, but we will totally be back!

Very nice staff. Bathrooms could use some updating. Noise level was pretty high. I think the hotel had lots of teens that weekend and this caused lots of door slamming in the middle of the night. Other than that it was great and would return.

the older gentleman at the front desk when we checked in (2/16/13) and the cleaning lady (2/17/13) (she had a ponytail and glasses) were super friendly and kind. the other workers we came in contact with were not friendly at all. the cleanliness of the hotel was great but when I took a shower, I barely had hot water and there was no water pressure. other than those issues, my group enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

The only complaint we have is that after a long day of activities my in-laws were unable to get into their hotel room. They eventually figured out that they had been unknowingly moved to another room without an explanation that made sense. All of their belongings had been moved by staff without their presence or permission. We found this to be unprofessional and unsettling.

Very clean very friendly and great breakfast.

Friendly, helpful staff. Room was like new - very clean and comfortable. Location was easy to find and conveniently close to everything. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel for a quick and inexpensive getaway! Good breakfast. Great location. Really enjoyed the indoor pool! Clean and newly updated!

This hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The pool doesn't close until 11 and the towels are in the pool area instead of having to ask for extra towels. We would definitely stay here again.

The room and beds were comfortable. The a/c was cold, the pool was a good temperature. and the breakfast was better than most free hotel breakfasts. Real eggs, sausage that tasted like real sausage and biscuits better than I can make at home!

The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. It was close to attractions and convenience because you were on the main strip.

Was a very nice stay, no complaints. will stay at this location again.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable with a good breakfast. My problem was trying (as soon as I checked in) to cancel the second night. I will not go into the details but if you have not booked directly with Comfort Inn, make sure you will not need to cancel.

The experince was pleasant overall but workout room was subpar. The elliptical had a broken left leg. Customer services were excellent.

Great service, breakfast, close to everything..will stay here again

We had a great experince at this hotel. All the staff was very nice. We were even given complimentary tickets to the horse races and the Sunbelt tournament that was going on while we were in town. The Contenital breakfast was very good and they had plenty of everything you'd want to eat. Would definitley recommend this hotel.

it is an ok hotel but for the price it is overrated.

The hotel staff was friendly and quick. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The hotel is located in the middle of everything. I would definatly stay here again.

At check-in everything looked great, until we got to the room. For the cost of the room we were expecting there to be a mini-fridge and microwave, but neither were present. What was present for the entire stay was a very unpleasant moldy smell. After saying something to housekeeping, the made kindly cleaned the air conditioning filters, unfortunately this didn't help. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, pillows, etc. The only other thing I would like to add is that on the day of check out, a different house keeping lady was on duty and she practically kicked us out of the room! Check out time is 11am, she came by the room 4 times between 10-10:30! At 10:30 when she was back for the 4th time, we reminded her that check out was at 11, she said that she would give us a few more minutes! The rest of the stay, breakfast, pool and parking were great, but there are a few things that could use some work.
