Great stay.

I've stayed at many Hamptons that have power - AC and USB - on the nightstand and other general updates. This hotel didn't. Cleanliness and staff are fine just needs to be brought up to new HI standards

Overall, our stay in this motel was very positive. The front desk staff members were friendly and helpful. The staff members who restocked the breakfast area worked hard to keep the food available (even though it was a very busy weekend for the hotel). The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. Our only criticism was that our room wasn't cleaned and made up one day until we mentioned this oversight to the management after 3:30 pm. They were quick to remedy this situation after it was brought to their attention.

Hotel is well-maintained and clean. The only change would be to have larger beds in the rooms with two beds. The beds were doubles and Queen-sized would have been better.

The man at the desk was very kind and helpful, lobby was very nice and kept. Our room was adequate, bathroom clean as a whistle and the king bed was like sleeping on a cloud! However, we had a couch fold out for the kids, awful! It was just awful! That being said, the pool was great and the breakfast service was awesome! We would stay again, but choose a different 2nd bed option.

the channel card was found between the blanket and the sheet-need I say more?

I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was extremely friendly and the room was clean.

Mattress was very soft not firm . In door Pool unheated and hot tub was not hot . Refrigs in room would be nice!

I chose this hotel mostly based on cost + customer rating. My stay definately earned their rating of excellent.

The staff of this hotel goes out of its way to accommodate its guests. I went to the desk to ask for change for the Coke machine and received it pleasantly. The clerk then asked what I was looking for and when I said water, went to the office and returned with several bottles. He did not ask for anything in return, just wished me a good night. I highly recommend this hotel for its people alone.

We enjoyed our stay. Booking was a breeze and our stay was quick but will be returning in September for a wedding and hope to visit again.

Pleasant people. Malfunctioning a.c in my room. Hellishly hot.

We had started with 2 doubles thinking they were actually queens but they are not...VERY small for a family of 5! So the hotel clerk was great and changed us to a king right across from our orig room. The king room was wonderful and the bed was super comfortable although the lay away bed for our kids was kind of springy and not comfortable at all. The pool was great..the right temp for our 9 mo old/4 1/2 yr old and 8 yr old! They loved it. Overall a great experience on our family vacation to the zoo which was extremely close. Only recommendation would be to update rooms w/ 2 queen beds and new couches w/ comfy hide-a-beds in the kings! Customer serice was excellent!

Good location and price. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly from check-in to check-out. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Free breakfast a plus. Will definitely stay here again.

Coffee horrible Very expensive in comparison Have used this hotel several times for out of town quest and just wish it wasn't so expensive

Very nice stay. Only 2 problems, one minor, one not so much. The small matter was help with the luggage--an employee offered but it didn't happen. The larger issue was the sofa bed. We did want to use it because I have a raging cold, so my husband needed the pull-out. It was really miserable. Two queens would have been a much better choice, but I did like the fact that the room was large enough to hold a king bed and a sofa. No microwave (though micro popcorn is in the vending machine) or minifridge, but I didn't request them. Overall, everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and the complimentary breakfast is very good. I think you'll be happy if you choose this hotel.

The staff at this hotel is extremely friendly and accommodating. We had a large family gathered there and all were made to feel welcome.

My recent second stay confirmed what I experienced during my first stay. Great value in a hotel that has extremely comfortable rooms in a good location. I still wish that they would have healthier options in their breakfast buffet. Nonetheless, we have already booked this hotel for our next trip into St. Louis.

During our two day stay we found it easy to navigate between the hotel and other locations. The breakfast had a nice selection and was arranged so that travelers were not crowded during the selection process. Everything was nice, from staff to pool and spa.

Great comfortable beds,friendly staff, nice fitness room.. could have a few more lower fat options for breakfast.

The hotel was nice, but around 2am we were woken up by people screaming & fighting 2 doors down from us. Cops came out & arrested some people. When we got up around 8am and walked past the room where this happened, there was still blood all over the door.

We have stayed in this area many times over the last nine months or so - and I finally have found a great hotel in the Kirkwood/ Sunset area. This place was SO CLEAN and the front desk people were SO FRIENDLY, I will never stay anywhere else! The pool area was nice, the hottub was hot, the room was clean and bright, the breakfast was delicious - and flavored teas available in the lobby 24/7. This hotel was the best.
