The hotel was convenient to the Marathon and in a nice area. There was a disturbance at the hotel caused by some poor behavior of two guests. The hotel employees handled it well and solved the problem in the interest of the well behaved guest.

booked at last min. did know there was a ball game in Ind. Got a room ( king bed with sofabed ) did like the sofabed but it work out allright. Love the hotel , clean , nice service , lots of towels in the swimming area , good food. we had 2 Adult 4 kids . there are stores and food shop all around and close to the Museum, Zoo . LOVE IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!

New hotel, lots of restaurants nearby, excellent exercise facilities.

Great location, comfortable bed, safe area convenient to interstate. Quick walk across the parking lot to several restaurants and coffee shops. Highly recommend the Italian restaurant in the center.

This hotel is very difficult to get to from the main road.

3rd stay at this Hampton in recent years. Staff always very helpful, friendly, and courteous. Close to plenty of shopping/restaurants (recommend Stacked Pickle) and a short drive into downtown Indy. Nice indoor pool area. Lobby currently undergoing some renovations but was not the least bit disruptive or inconvenient. Probably my favorite Hampton location because of the people and surrounding area.

Easy and qucik check-in. Our room could have been cleaned better. Hair left on the hair dryer. Crumbs on floor near bed. Breakfast was adequate and nothing to brag about.

We enjoyed the breakfast and our one day in the pool. although some construction was occurring, it posed no problems. If you're going to Carmel, this is a great spot. B & A

Did not have a van to get you from the airport. Will look for a hotel that has one next time

I loved everything about this hotel except the breakfast service. The hot items, eggs, meat, gravy were not very good.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton very much.

Best hotel we have stayed, clean, well kept and maintained, no scum on the pool sides like most hotels, nice breakfast and eating area, comfy bed and clean smelling, this Hampton hotel was even a step up from other high rated hotels we have stayed at.

Outstanding service food and location near everything

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Good breakfast. Stayed one night with my two daughters after visiting the Indy Children's Museum (highly recommend for children). Carmel is north of Indy, but just a short drive to get there. The hotel is in a nice area. We enjoyed our stay.

I was pleased with the quality of the room, breakfast, etc. I was unhappy because the hair dryer in my room did not work. I went to the desk to get another and the ONE spare they had was given to someone else. 45 minutes later the desk clerk took me to a dirty room so that I could use their dryer. I did appreciate that but thought that another spare hair dryer should have been available. I was told I would be credited for my room expense. I did appreciate that. I am not yet sure if that actually happened.

The manager was absolutely outstanding with her customer service......she was very professional and went above and beyond with her excellent customer service......

The continnetal breakfast was very very average for such a fine hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn..the room was spacious and comfortable as well as very clean. Good Breakfast buffet too...would definitely go back.

Beautiful area..a bit out of the way, but has what you need to be comfortable while staying in the area.

We liked it and it also was good at replacing the breakfast foods since while we were there eating there were some families with a herd of kids too. :)

Very nice. The hotel needs to petition the city to get a driveway to the hotel from the roundabout. It is difficult to access the parking lot from the south.

2nd time staying here and a wonderful stay same as the first. Entire staff was helpful, courteous, and friendly. Clean, comfortable room. Hotel location in a nice area. Convenient to shopping & dining as well as a short drive into Indy. I generally try to stay at Hampton's whenever we travel and this one is my favorite. Highly recommend this location.

Hotel was good overall. The only thing I ask them to do is routinely check the whirlpool/hot tub daily there were skin particles floating in the water talk about gross.. The free breakfast is very light for the kids or the real skinny people..... We went to buy our hot breakfast! the room was great my daughter enjoyed the pool.... The only problem was the hot tub big bummer for me.... The hotel was a little tricky to find but the location was great once we found it!! Around Good food and Staff was good!

This was a first time stay at a Hampton motel for us and we were very happy there! Everything was very clean and smelled new. We were too busy to enjoy the indoor pool or hot tub but the hot tub looked very inviting. The motel was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. When we are looking for a motel to book, we look for location and amenities. Complementary breakfasts are very important to us so we are detailing the breakfast we had for anyone who reads this review. The free breakfast was excellent with many choices. The hot breakfasts consisted of scrambled eggs or egg and cheese omelet, french toast sticks or seasoned potatoes, canadian bacon or sausage gravy and biscuits and of course waffles. Other items were pastries, bagels, toast, hot and cold cereals fresh and canned fruit, yogurt, 4 kinds of juice, coffee and hot chocolate. We ate enough breakfast both days that we did not have to eat lunch which saves money so we could have a very nice dinner. This price for this type of motel was very good for everything we received. The only other things we would liked to have had is a microwave and refrigerator. We thought it came with the room we chose, but evidently not. We will definitely be back for another wonderful stay!
