This ranks as one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The beds were horrible I had a urine stain on my box spring. There was long hairs in the shower. The walls were paper thin so you could hear everything. It was by the interstate so we heard traffic all night long.

This was one of the most disgusting hotels I've ever stayed in. The outside is very rough -- in need of some paint. The rooms are odd. If you are on the first floor you have a door to the outside and then a door from the corridor. The first room they gave me the door to the outside wouldn't lock after you left the room. They gave me another room, but it smelled really bad. It was late and I had been driving all day, so I went to the dollar store and purchased some disinfectant and room freshener. It helped a little. The hotel needs to do a complete update of their facilities. The only positive thing about this hotel was the water pressure. I would never stay there again!!!!

Very unhappy!!!! Customer service was horrible and unfriendly, the pool was full of nasty hair and the employees told us it wasnt there problem, the pillows on our beds were filthy, as well as having standing water in the bath tub...we also noticed drug deals, & prostitution going on in this hotel for 2 days...never ever recommend this to anybody!

In need of upgrades. Beds were comfortable, appreciated the fridge, but front desk man seemed irritated when I ask questions at check in. I had requested a first floor room here at HOTELS.com and when I checked in we had 2nd floor. I asked if they were full on 1st and he said no, there was room. When I mentioned that I had requested 1st for my 85yr Mom, he said "Well we never really read those requests". he did get us on 1st floor. Our outside lock didn't work with key card, but the inside/hall did. Breakfast area unkept. No one attending, tables with crumbs, and selection not much. We will cross this one off our list for future stays.

For a reasonably price hotel, it had a fridge and microwave. Great pluses in my opinion. Room was clean and comfortable.

We were a little leery when we pulled into the parking lot. The hotel could use a coat of paint on the outside. The inside was a different matter. The hotel was clean, everything worked, the staff was very courteous and helpful. The beds were comfortable with lots of pillows and the "continental breakfast" was very good.

It was ok except for the man who seemed to be drunk and was yelling in the hallway around 11;30 and again at 3:00 am.

The staff was superb; very friendly and helpful. The building is older, but kept clean. The pool was too cool to swim in. The best part was the staff, the price and the comfortable bed. The hotel is next to one of the best restaurants, so that's convenient. Yes, we would stay there again. The price was right.

We were welcomed by the check-in staff with big smiles and a genuine warmth that made us feel like honored guests! They even called us right after we got to our room to see if there was anything more that we needed. The room we were assigned was clean and had a great bed and new bedding. We were on the main floor and had a door to the outside as well as to the inside. This made unloading and loading luggage very easy. Breakfast was good - boiled eggs, waffles, cereals, apples, toast, juice, coffee, and pastries.

Cons: Bedding worn, bathroom fixtures and wallpaper dirty, outdated decor and TV, doors loose and dont lock properly, and breakfast very limited and easily could be improved. Pros: refridgerator and microwave in every room, outside and inside access to first level rooms, and inexpensive.

we booked a king bed on-line, when we got there we got 2 queen bed at the one in Sioux falls, SD. they couldn't fix the problembut it just seemed that they didn't really want to be bother by it. the room had dust cobwebs on the ceiling. no one vacuum behind the furniture. it seemed like they didn't move things to vacuum. the bathroom shower curtain had snot on it and the toilet wasn't sealed to the floor. the only good thing about the place was that it would let you have pets. it felt like they don't take pride into their place and it showed.

Help was very nice, beds were hard, needs a little work done in rooms, but nice enough for the price.

It was very convenient... off the highway. Outstanding service from the 2 girls at the desk..I think one was training another. The free breakfast was very adequate, free internet and parking. Suggested by the staff ..."Roll'n Pin" next door had the Best Fried chicken....and buffet .I would recommend for an overnite stay. The price was right.

We had a great night. Hotel looked and smelled very clean. Staff was very friendly.

The room was OK, not as clean as I had hoped, there was mold on the walls and corners of the bathroom, and some red, mucky looking stuff on the wall by the door. The staff were wonderful, and very friendly!

We thought the room was very nice and was quite a good size. Good experience, with fast and courteous service at the front desk. Would recommend the place to others.

This Hotel is okay if all you need is a place to sleep. Everything is very basic. TV's are from the 1980's with very basic cable. Showers are average at best. Breakfast is your basic rolls and coffee. A 'small' pool is all they have to offer, NO hot tub. The people that work there are very friendly and helpful.

It's an old hotel not really updated. Some rooms are better than others. People are not as helpful as I found others in the town. Only thing is that it is cheap. Their exercise room is a treadmill in a room.

we have stayed here sev eral times and have enjoyed all stays.

We love the cleanliness of the room and bed sheet & bed cover.When I booked the room thru Hotels.com, I saw it is rated of 1 star, I was a little worry about the cleanliness, but when I got to the room I was happy to see the white clean sheet and pretty bed cover.This hotel should be rated of 21/2 stars. My husband was happy with my choice to stay here. We will be back to stay if we have a chance to travel this way next time.

Nicely maintained and informative front desk staff. One restaurant within walking distance, otherwise a car or taxi is needed to get anywhere. No shuttle service, but airport is a 15 minute drive. Breakfast okay with waffles, but fewer choices than comparable motels.

Overall the hotel was okay for the price and just for an overnight stop. Staff were polite and helpful. Our room was clean, but outdated. You could see where they took the cheap way out to fix things and not replace them the proper way. Internet service was good, and quite fast compared to other hotels we've stayed at.

This hotel was great value. The inside of the hotel is very clean , updated and comfortable. Pool was. Not very inviting. To be honost when we drove up the outside scared me , I was afraid that we had made a bad choice. But just as the reviews on line had said it was deceiving the inside is very nice and made the choice great value for $ paid. The clerk at the front desk was as uninviting as the exterier of the hotel. He gave no welcome, no eye contact and no smile. The clerks tensd to hide in the office leaving a empty front desk and requiring you to ring the bell to even get dining room assistance. Management needs to fix this. Honestly, you are going to love staying here. Low price for the room, free breakfast, parking and internet included. Super clean room, super nice and friendly hotel staff ready to help with everything. The laundry is located next to the front desk.(3 quarters for the washer and 3 for dryer). This hotel is a hidden gem in this beautiful town. Do not wait. Book! Book! Book!

This hotel was clean, breakfast was good. It was a little confusing to get in & out of but a value for the money. Morning staff was very friendly.

External appearance was deceiving - rough looking area. However, the room was clean, swimming pool nice, complementary breakfast was good. Both individuals working front desk that I interfaced with were excellent in satifying me as a customer.

The pool was "lacking". Not very entertaining when only 3.5' deep. A lot of things could use updating. Other than that, good value for the money.

Very pleasant person at front desk. Spacious clean room. Lovely little indoor pool. On the outskirt of town but on a main road with easy access. Can't beat it for the price.

It was great... easy to find and a good experience

We got there late like 1am and I really liked how the entrance of the room was inside and an entrance from outside, so our car could be parked right by the door!

Pulled up and thought we'd made a mistake. The outside does not look that good. We went in and found it VERY nice, new carpet, clean, large room, fridge and microwave. The kids liked the pool, I liked the price. The staff was very friendly. Excellent selection for the continental breakfast and the eating area was clean and well kept. It's convenient to the interstate without being so close that the trucks kept us awake.

Hotel was a bit rough on the outside, but room was very nice, clean, and big. Maybe a little updating would be nice? Pool was only 3.5 ft deep, but still nice. Continental breakfast was good. Waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereal, donuts and toast were offered along with juice, milk (they ran out) and coffee. If you get a king bed like we did, you may find yourself rolled to the middle during the night. They are a bit old and weak. I would definitely stay here again.
