The breakfast was great. Staff was friendly.

Staff was friendly and helpful but the rooms need updating. Very outdated and rooms pretty grungy. The room was clean but I could see wipe marks across the t.v., vacuum tracks on the thin carpet (I think they just steam cleaned it) and the sink drained very slowly. The beds were clean and comfy though.

Great Breakfast!

Very nice place. Would have given it a 5, but the hot tub heater was out. We picked this specific place because we needed it for our son's back. Breakfast was great - cinnamon rolls are delicious. Would stay there again.

Excellent quality of service

Room was fine. We were really happy that our small dog could stay with us. This was the reason we picked this hotel. It was a non-smoking room that smelled like stale smoke. The biggest issue that we had was there was only cool to luke warm water. This was a big deal breaker for us.

Only negative was wi-fi speed; too slow and good thing I had a card to use instead.

We have stayed in many hotels and never have we encountered such a fabulous staff! They went above and beyond in every way.

We went to a Bengal's game, and stayed here before outlet shopping the next day. Perfect in between spot. The hotel was very clean and quiet. And, the cinnamon rolls at breakfast were awesome.

Very nice staff. Surrounding area has good food, shopping and many things to do. Pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. We will stay here again when in this area and use Hilton gardens in the future.

Our *1st* room wasn't clean AT ALL! It had pet hair all over the bed and when sheets were pulled back it had smeared mascara, lots of " hair "and stains...YUCK!..really?! The front desk quickly moved us to another room to which beds were clean but bathroom was not done. It had back splash from a #2 in the toilet and shower was not clean..still had used rags with hair on them.. there were dirty linens also. The rooms were musky and really needed tended to. Pool was nice but had too much clorine. Location was GREAT! Surronding area was awesome.. Jungle Jims down the street and many restraunt choices. Hotel service was expediant and very accomendating. Would not stay again though.

OK hotel, the room was fairly clean but the location was not the best. Had to drive a lot to find dinner and any type of shopping. Would most likley stay somewhere else. Service was OK, only one person working the desk and I had to wait for my room, towels and the breakfast bar was so-so. I have stayed at a number of Holiday Inn Expresess and this location was not bad but not up to the other locations I have stayed in the past.

It was awesome. The only negative was the breakfast lady. We got there at 9:00 a.m. and it was open until 9:30 a.m. She wanted to get cleaned up and it felt like she was really rushing us. If we had come any later the stuff would have been all put away before time. That was the only negative.

The staff was just great! Very helpful, we arrived very late and in need of food. They unlocked their stash for breakfast and made sure we had bagels and beverages! The hotel on the other hand is beat up and old. The carpet in our room needed to be replaced. The staff was nice I felt bad that they had to work in such a dump.

Staff was excellent, great customer service. Recommend this hotel for the friendliness of staff. The breakfast was great, the attendant during breakfast keep all the food stocked and was very friendly.

Location was good. WEAK HOTEL.

Every stay has been marked by exceptionaly friendly service.

Great staff, very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Large, comfortable room, though we had trouble regulating the temperture. Easily accessible to I-275 but far enough away to be quiet. Would stay here again.

Since I reserved this room through hotels.com I requested a smoke free room. When we arrived I was told that we had a smoking room. I was not happy due to the fact that we has our baby with us and we do not smoke. Our clothes and luggage smelt like smoke after checking out. Not a pleasant experience:

Great place, good location, I will keep a lookout for Holiday Expresses in the future.

Staff was very warm and welcoming. The breakfast had enough choices to start your day off right. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a good stay and will recommend it to others.

Very friendly helpful staff, only stayed here for one night, but we had no problems and would gladly go back .

The beds were very comfortable, the rooms very nice. I especially liked that the pool was open 24/7. You don't see that very often. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel was excellent! The hotel staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. This trip was to go to Kings Island and the hotels were so expensive close to the park. I found this one and it stated on mapquest that it was only 35 minutes away from the park but it took less time than that around 15-20 minutes. For the price and the distance it was well worth it. The hotel itself was very nice. They had a 24 hour pool and workout facility which you don't see very often. The lobby area was very clean and had comfortable seating. The breakfast was OK but I never expect much from a hotel for free breakfast anyway and they did have hot items which was nice. This was an excellent hotel for the price, if you are in that area this would be a hotel to check out.

We had a wonderful stay! Great customer service, affordable price, clean and an unbelieveable free "continental" breakfast...eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits w/gravy...you name it. Didn't have a chance to use the pool or hot tub, but looked very inviting. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful staff, fabulous pillow top mattresses on queen size beds, flat screen TV with clear picture, nice refrigerator and microwave, beautiful bathroom, nice indoor pool with hot tub, delicious breakfast with biscuits and gravy, sausage, bacon, and so much more.
