When I first arrived I realized quickly that the room I was in had toe nails all over the floor. It was disgusting. I called the front desk and they said they would move me to a clear room right away. They were very apologetic. I went to the front desk and it took about 15-20 minutes for them to help me because there was only one girl there dealing with other guests and situations. Besides that everything was what I expected for an affordable hotel.

The room had no bedside lights which made it difficult at night to walk around and no clock. perhaps this room was being prepared for remodel. Don't believe I will stay on there on my return trip .

The hotel is in a good location for our needs and the right price.

This hotel was by far one on my better stays. The room was confortable and clean and the service was wonderful .

Loved the hotel hated the pillows hard thin, two didn't make one normal pillow.

It is a very good price and very nice.

The location is convenient for our teams and the price is right. The hotel is not fancy but the rooms are clean and it works for our needs.

LOVED IT! I will look for Microtel on my future trips if this hotel is any indication of the standards that they keep.It was super plush and comfortable in the room. It was handily off the freeway and in the immediate Airport area..

Excellent value and easy access to SLC

The price of the room was much lower than surrounding hotels. Plus 2weeks of airport parking for $20 almost paid for the room. Service was great. Very clean rooms. Great value.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was for a great price.

Unfortunately, our iphone map function couldn't locate the address for the motel, but we finally figured it out even tho the standard map given out by the rental car agency did noy go west of the airport (where the motel is located). Once we found it, it was a superb location and well taken care of--the manager on duty, Carlos, was very attentive to our needs and helpful--we would definitely stay there again!

Good for a night. Small rooms. Free breakfast, but had better at similar airport lodgings.

Spent 1 night on the way to ski. Perfect for an affordable clean place to spend the night, staff friendly and helpful. Will use again for next visit

It was fine except the toilets are inadequate. Backed up 3 times in 3 different rooms.

The hotel was very conveniently located near the airport. For an additional $15 we left our car at the hotel and used their shuttle service to and from the airport. On the return trip our plan was delayed and our arrival time was past their shuttle service cut-off. I called the hotel and they told us to take a taxi at the hotel's expense. Also we had a dead battery on our car when we got ready to leave the next morning. The staff lent us jumper cables to jump the battery instead of having an expensive tow or repair bill. I would highly recommend Microtel of Salt Lake City.

I was in a single bedroom, so beautiful! Really comfortable and the price for the room was great! I will definately be staying there agin if I ever go down to Salt Lake City again.

It was a good, clean hotel. The front desk staff were friendly.

We only stayed one night. It was satisfactory.

Our rooms were clean and comfortable. We could hear the planes from the airport, but it wasn't too bad. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

No coffee maker, no hair blower,dryer, hbo guide 1 month old, no tv channel guide or hotel general information packet, breakfast opens@6:30 am,not much good for people leaving early, convenient off ramp going west off 80 to hotel,on ramp miles away thru industrial complex to get back on interstate 80. Night clerk gave bad instructions on how to get back on west bound 80. Night clerk did what she could to round up above items before we turned in for the night. Will not stop here again, nor will we use this hotel chain again!

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning and end of our vacation. The room at the end of our trip was on the first floor and was much beter than our second floor room in the beginning of our trip. The second floor room was old, the phone did not work, and the room needed to be updated.

It was $10 more to stay at a better plece just as close.

The price of the hotel was good. But I was not happy about the condition of the hotel. It reminded me of a bad motel 6. Next time I will stay somewhere else.

Great experience except for one potential problem not directly related to the hotel. When I called hotels.com, they said the shuttle ran 24 hours. When I got to the hotel, I saw that the shuttle only ran until midnight. That did not affect me as my flight landed at 10:00 PM, but could cause problems for others.

The hotel lobby had a number of stains on the carpet, the room itself didn't seem clean as there were stains on the furniture and holes in the lino in the bathroom, the hotel was out of the way and not near any restaurants.

Staff was somewhat lazy. Could not get printer to print flight pass and desk help did not even attempt to get up and look into the matter. Felt like I was in a dormiitory instead of a hotel room.

Adequate for an overnight stay. Noting special. Poor t.v. Clean room but dirty carpets in the halls. Average breakfast.

Room had a slight smell like old stale clothes! There was a fly in the room that was annoying as well. Otherwise bathroom and bed linens were clean. Walls were thin and could hear even normal conversation. Wont stay here again!

Nice rooms, no noise. Our toilet clogged and I called the front office. They said they didn't have anyone to fix it until next morning! I convinced them to just loan me a plunger. Good breakfast
