Best Western Plus ClockTower Inn - בילינגס

The location was PERFECT. The start line to the race was "right there". Ideal stay for the Montana Women's Run. The shower in our room had 2 shower heads, this was amazing for a post race shower.

This Best Western was not good. It was very hard to find. The front desk staff was not very accommodating. I asked for a room close to the laundry and was put about as far away from it as possible.

Parking is a little challenging, but breakfast at Stella's makes up for it! Rooms were clean and hotel staff was welcoming.

Everything went fine until some drunk women began arguing with management in the middle of the night right outside our room. When I told the desk clerk the next morning that I was very displeased with the incident she seemed less that concerned and walked to the back room with a "sorry" as she walked away.

Overall hotel was clean, & nice. Pet friendly was a plus! Biggest downside was the VERY small room.

I loved how they provided a welcome letter and water bowl for our dog and even some treats! They also donate part of our pet fee to a local organization for homeless animals. I thought it was great. Our room was great. The TV was really slow when changing channels.

The Front Desk went above and beyond our expectations. They had a shuttle take us to our event and bring us back to the hotel. They even made reservations for us at the restaurant we were eating at that evening. It was the best service I have ever had! Room was very clean. I plan to stay there every time I am in Billings.

I had a wonderful time there, the staff was awesome they made me feel right at home......keep up the good work.

I loved my room! I stayed at Best Western to visit Rocky Mountain College. The staff was super friendly, gave me great suggestions on where to eat., they even upgraded me to a Business King! LOVED the shower! Everything looked new or at least updated and was very clean. They also have free shuttle service (I just tipped the drivers) because the local taxi companies are very unreliable. They were very accommodating! They offered complimentary boutique toilettries. There are several restaurants within walking distance (just "downtown" prices). The hotels itself was a real gem! I would stay there again!

Good pace to stay in Anchorage!

Room not very sound proof.

Staff was nice and helpful. Room was fine for the price. Easy location to get to, fairly close to airport. The best part was the next door cafe, Stellas. Best breakfast I have ever had. Several good restaurants/brewery in walking distance that give discounts to motel guests. The negatives were: noisy heating/air conditioner, parking crowded.

Nice hotel overall. Very clean and comfortable. Distance from parking to room was TOO far when I arrived at midnight with a toddler. Despite asking for a room with easy access, it took me nearly 15 mins to take the pack and play and luggage from the truck to the room ( up a flight of stairs, across a parking lot and up an elevator ). But the room was very clean and the staff was very nice..........

The staff was really nice. All of the entrances are outdoors and the parking was really tight. The walls were thin, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything worked well, even the iron! The location was great too, walking distance to down town. I would stay here again.

Room was nice, clean, well appointed. Had mini fridge, but no microwave or way to heat up food. Neighborhood wasn't the best (homeless mission across the street, bus station next door). Entrance to rooms outside, no elevator. Not great for families with kids, especially little ones. Nice for single or couple travelers.

The hotel is very well located in Billings downtown. Walking distance to shops and eateries. Our room was very comfortable and clean but I did find a spider in my bed on the second night. We generally don't like to have an outside door on our room, but the area seemed very safe and we weren't worried about it at all. The hotel could have done a better job of letting us know amenities. My husband wanted to work out but we didn't think that they had the facility. We finally found it after our second day there. I never saw the pool, but I'm told there is one. (Of course, it is October, so we didn't expect to use that anyway). The internet is free but we had periods when it didn't work. All in all, I would recommend this hotel just because of the cleanliness and comfortable beds. The hotel also gives you a 10% discount at a lot of local eateries, which is nice. Unfortunately, the coffee shop next door was always so busy that we could never get in. Too bad because the pastries looked very yummy.

Overall, this place was great. They were jam packed for the few days I stayed so perhaps any issues I had were more a result of that situation than the staff. Anyway, if you book through this site, call to verify you are in a pet friendly room. There are lots of nice places to walk around nearby - lots of restaurants, green spaces, breweries, etc. The room was very clean. Our biggest issue was the room temp. It felt fine the first night (a bit warm, no big deal) but the second night we were tossing and turning - way too warm. We tried to turn down the temp more. Nothing happened. We turned it so the fan would be constantly circulating air. Nothing happened. When we check out we let the front desk know that we thought the thermostat was broken and they said that it's motion controlled... I have no idea what that means for the evening - that it doesn't come on unless we're moving? We tried to explain that we cranked up the fan and turned up the cool air and the woman at the front desk kept getting very focused on the up/down language and kept saying "if you're too warm, you need to turn things down." Clearly that wasn't the point. Anyway, if you find the temp in your room hard to control, call the front desk right away.

The only thing that was annoying was the new auto sensor faucet. I couldn't brush my teeth or get water for the coffee pot without waving my hands under it and getting wet. You had to stand there with your hands waving under it for several minutes just to get warm water. Not a good plan. Otherwise things were fine, just not what I expected from the pic on the internet.

Hotel offers no breakfast. The restaurant attached to the hotel closes at 5 PM. Really? While the hotel offers a map of places to eat within walking ditance of the hotel...many of them also close before six. Unless you want to spend $30-50 at a steakhouse. The heater in my room never shut off. I had to unplug it from the wall. When I asked about discounts that are not offered on the booking website I was told there were some but since I booked online I couldn't receive any of them. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were very helpful.

Comfortable, clean friendly hotel. Impressed with service. Ideal stopover for us, flying into Billings before hiring car and moving on. Will stay there in future.

Overall it was a good stay! The beds were really comfortable. The only negatives were that the room was really small, could hear the people outside talking and the parking was very tight! Would probably stay there again.

Very convenient when you have pets and yet classy in style and amenities. Very clean and great restaurant next door.

Clean and comfortable right in central downtown Billings..... We were doubtful when e saw our breakfast voucher..... but Stella bakery next door did a great breakfast

We enjoyed walking around town to find a brewpub for dinner - we had several options! The room was very dark - even with all lights on. The refridgerator unit did not work at all - though the front desk people told us that it would not feel cold if nothing was in it. We put drinks in overnight and they were nearly room temp the next morning. It did have a pleasant dog area with green artificial turf and several well used picnic tables.

everything wa great as usual EXCEPT one evening we returned and NOTHING had been done, towels on the floor, coffee cups, bed not made, called front desk to let mary jane ( believe)know as i was sure you would want to know. that was unusual and dissappointing

We were generally pleased with the hotel & its service. This was a very busy few days as the hotel appeared to be full. The staff was friendly and very helpful. There was an abundance of beautiful flower plantings, a nice touch. Our only criticism is that the common property needed attention. The area on the deck outside the pool area & the areas around the elevators needed to be swept and vacuumed.

Had a great stay at the Clock Tower. It began on a positive with my contact with Casey, the desk clerk. He was courteous, efficient, and well organized. In short order he had me checked in and had given me directions regarding parking. He also informed me of the discounts available at many of the downtown restaurants. I took advantage of the discount at Jake's and enjoyed a delicious steak dinner. I returned to my room and had a pleasant nights sleep on an exceedingly comfortable mattress.

I must say that I was presently surprised at the room we had. I have not stayed at a Best Western in many years. I chose the hotel as it was close to the airport so we were not looking for much, just a place to sleep before we woke up early to fly back to Los Angeles. The room was very nice! Well appointed with a comfortable bed and pillows. A very large flat screen tv as well. The front desk staff, a male, was very good and helped us pick out a restaurant to walk to (Walkers) For a moderately priced hotel, we were very happy .. We would stay there again if traveling out of Billings..

Hotel was clean, comfortable and in a good location. However, they are remodeling and began construction on the wall outside our room at 6am! I reported to the front desk who advise construction ordinance is 8am, but nothing was done

One thing that I did not like was the Air Conditioning unit could not keep up. I understand it was hot outside but most places have newer A/C's. Another thing I realized was the water. When taking a shower the water would be hot one second and then cold the next. The water frequently did this.

Overall cleanliness ok, carpet had spots, small toilet/shower area, toilet would run every 20 minutes or so, nice location but will try a different hotel the next time I'm in town
