Great hotel, great staff fantastic location. £57 for breakfast though or £18 for a cup of tea and a G & T is pure rip off Britain. Pint of Bitter and an orange juice for £14 !!!! Our room had very noisey air con and banging doors all through the night.

Wonderful small Hotel in a perfect position

Holes in duvet, cold breakfast which should have hot, burnt dessert. The worst was the 'door' men who preferred chatting among themselves to opening the door. The '5 stars' must have been above the clouds; they certainly weren't here; disappointed because it had been recomm'd by a friend.

my favorite hotel in London...service, location and warmth!!

we had a brilliant time at this hotel. the staff are definately the making of this hotel. the service from all departments was friendly and top class. the hotel itself was absolute luxury.

Standing yards from Green Park, Spencer House and St. James,this secret 5 star hotel is second to none. With friendly service, outstanding facilities and a wide variety of rooms, from stately suites to beautifully decorated individual rooms, it stands alone in excellence. One of the nicest bars in the city, The American Bar, the restaurant hosts one of the finest wine collections and cellars in the UK. A must stay.

excellent service and very good restaurant with very expensive breakfast but excellent dinners. Staff very helpful. Room was nicely furnished but a bit small, regarding the price, a very good deal indeed.

There is a quiet confidence to The Stafford and it has a beautiful, traditional approach to your stay. It is by no means a cheap place to stay, but if you want your trip to London to be special and you appreciate the fastidiousness so often missing from the big chain high end hotels, then The Stafford is the place to go. The restaurant is, as you would expect in an establishment of this calibre, far from inexpensive, but the menu and wine list are both fabulous and I could have chosen many beautiful courses to eat. The chef obviously knows his craft well and my starter was quite simply exquisite - to the point that I expected my entree to be a disappointment by comparison. It wasn't. Beautiful food all around with a dazzling choice of wine to suit all budgets. (I recommend the Croix du Case Pomerol!) The American Bar, whilst a little outmoded in its decor, is a fun, relaxed place to conclude your evening with a digestif (again, from a wide choice!) It's jacket required all of the way and friendly staff on hand again. The room quality is great (Deluxe Queen), again fairly traditional in style - beds are huge and supremely comfortable and the bathroom more than adequate. The area of town is ideal too - if you are a fashionable gent, nearby Jermyn Street is great for traditional mens clothing! Piccadilly is a stones throw away and you are not too far away from theatreland etc. etc. Central enough, yet a quiet enclave in many respects. Basically, if you are in London and want a consistent quality experience with just enough quirkiness to make it interesting, then stay here. We will be going back again, that's for sure. We could have stayed 5 star cheaper, but I doubt it would have been this good. The Stafford is a "proper" London hotel and it made for a hugely enjoyable weekend.

部屋も広く、なんと言っても立地が最高。靴好きの中年男性にはたまらないジャーミンストリートのすぐ近くなのでしょっちゅう行っちゃいますよ。

Fantastiskt bra hotell. Enormt gode senger. Hyggelig personale og bra service. Eneste negative er at det ikke var varmekabler på badet. I baren på hotellet kan det dukke opp kjendiser.

Värmesystemet underdimensionerat. Badrummet jättekallt. Frukosten löjligt dyr.

Kjempehyggelig hotell, med topp beliggenhet i forhold til alt! Shopping, musicals og severdigheter ligger i gangavstand. Hotellservicen var helt på topp, og rommet koselig. Stille og rolig strøk, på tross av at det ligger midt i smørøyet :)

supert hotell med god service og hyggelig betjening, noe trangt bad på Queensize rom i 6. etasje,hyggelig American bar men med stive priser, alt i alt: et hyggelig besøk,

Klein, aber fein,wunderbar altenglisch ausgestattete Zimmer. Man ist sofort zu Fuß am Picadilly, beim Buckingham Palace, am Trafalgar Square., in der Bond Street.Freundlicher Service,diskrete Atmosphäre.WLAN funktioniert sofort ohne Extrakosten, sehr angenehm.

Eneste svage punkt er, at nogle værelser er MEGET små, værelse 602 der sælges som et "classisk dobbeltværelse" er reelt et enkeltværelse med et miniature badeværelse - så prisen på dette værelse er ude af proportion.

Ett fem-stjärnigt hotell som ligger mycket bra o nära centrala delar av London. Motsvarar i Sverige ett fyr-stjärnigt. Personalen var mycket serviceminded och artiga, rummet bekvämt men en aning litet, men sammantaget trivdes vi mycket bra på detta trevliga hotell.

Für ein 5-Sterne Hotel recht klein,sowohl die Lobby als auch die Zimmer. Das von uns gebuchte Nichtraucherzimmer roch eindeutig nach Zigarettenrauch,nach Reklamation wurde uns sofort ein neues größeres Zimmer gegeben. Frühstück im Zimmer kam immer pünktlich und hatte eine große Auswahlmöglichkeit. Da daß Hotel an einer kleinen Hinterhofstraße liegt war es erstaunlich ruhig dort.

My wife and I had the pleasurable experience of staying at 'The Stafford Hotel' in London for 5 nights and were very happy with its central situation right in the West End of this great City, The ambience and quality which this hotel offers is quite outstanding even by 5 Star standards. The bedrooms are spacious, the beds very comfortable with an en suite marble bathroom with bath and separate shower. The public rooms are very comfortable, the furnishings sumptuous and 'tres anglais', the staff always very helpful who helped to make our stay here such a pleasurable experience. Old world charm and traditional English quality service of a very high quality is on offer here at this hotel

Situation IDEALE au coeur du coeur de Londres, à proximité directe des parcs, Piccadilly, covent garden, oxfort, regent etc... et surtout un calme ABSOLU dans l'effervescence de ce quartier ! chambres un peu petite mais très bon service et excellent restaurant qui nous réconcilie définitivement avec la gastronomie anglaise, très bon sommelier également, qui a fait ses classes au château Margaux ! Bref à recommander absolument ! un très bon souvenir...

L'hotel è molto bello in perfetto stile british. La nostra camera era un po' piccola e aveva un queen size bed, ma molto gradevole. I prodotti del bagno FLORIS sono stati apprezzati. La posizione dell'hotel è fantastica, vicina alle vie dello shopping.
