Novotel Koeln City - קלן

The hotel was very nice but room was very small ! Our room over looked the Rhine and was right by a busy road so very loud! Other wise good !

NIce!!! Very Clean and best of all , the breakfast was excellent.

This was our first time staying in a Novotel Hotel. We went to Koln to experience the 2013 Rosenmontag Event. The hotel is located in a great location (easy walk to the main center of Koln) and offers free parking which is a huge plus. The hotel's breakfast buffet was very good with a huge selection of items. The room we stayed in had a decent bed and sofabed pullout that our daughter slept on. The accommodations were a bit tight, but they worked for our one night stay. As a precaution, be prepared for very very tight shower accommodations with a high step up into the shower. We are young enough to step up into the shower, but older individuals may have difficulty.

Clean affordable accommodation. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. No frills accommodation. Recommended

We booked three rooms at the hotel. My partner and I along with our 6 month old had a lovely room on the non-smoking floor. No complaints about our room. Good size and comfortable. However, we had not thought to request non-smoking rooms for the rest of the family. So the other two rooms were very smoky which my non-smoking family werent too happy about. This didnt effect the comfort of the rooms. But just something to think about if you are booking a room as a non smoker. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for location and for comfort (lovely and clean). We stayed for three nights to visit the Christmas markets. It was a 5 minute walk to the fantastic river market at the Chocolate Museum where we went for dinner each evening. And about 20 minute walk along the river to the Cathedral Market.

Very nice hotel with large rooms. Good and comfortable beds, and windows can be opened. It's not located in the centre of town but it's within a walking distance to the Dom. Very friendly and effecient staff.

Hotel was ok - clean and in good condition, but not really the best location. Staff were friendly and helpful.

My husband and I along with a couple other friends stayed at this hotel during our German christmas holiday. We wanted to experience the German Christmas Markets and we were definitely impressed by how close to all three markets the Novotel was. We were able to walk to all locations, it is a quick 10mins walk to the main area in Cologne. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. We had dinner at the restaruant and it was certainly a very delicious meal. I loved that there were shoe shines on each floor!!

I chose this hotel as it is close to the christmas markets at the chocolate museum, old town and cathedral and stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was well maintained with friendly, efficient staff. The room was a decent size with a modern ensuite bathroom. Sound insulation was excellent even though the room was on the first floor overlooking the main road. There was a good selection at breakfast; hot with eggs, bacon, sausages, potatoes, etc and cold with a varied selection of breads, cold meats, cheeses,etc together with cereals, fruit juices etc. Selection of teas or coffee is also served. The hotel restaurant served excellent food although the choice / variety of food offered was limited. The hotel is very conveniently situated, near to the river and about 10 minutes walk to the old town and 20 minutes walk to the cathedral & railway station. I would recommend this hotel to other travellers and will stay here again should I return to Cologne.

Great breakfast. Very family friendly. No restaurants nearby.

The hotel Novotel Cologne is located close to the chocolate musum and walking distance to the old church but also offers a quiet location wihtout the hustle and bustle of the city.Very well maintained with its own parking (charged at 12 euros per night).The breakfast (included in room tariff) spread offered was good in their spacious restaurant.Highly recommended for families and business tours.

This hotel is situation about 15mns walk from the old town square. It is not close to tram etc. so need to use Taxi for Messe etc. We walked into the town each evening because we wanted to so it was fine, but not if you didnt want to! The Hotel is modern, but basic as you would expect from this chain and overall in good condition, Breakfast ok, and good value. Bar good, and tender was friendly and helpful. Its an ok place!

Aller super compair to price, we were very happy with the staff and the hotel, comfy bedrum+ good restorants in the hoods, walking dist to shopping street.

Mycket fina rum med god standard. Rent och fräscht. Snålt att inte WIFI ingår.

We hebben in het Novotel geslapen omdat onze zoon die in Keulen woont een feestje gaf. Hij woont in de buurt, dus Novotel was handig en niet te duur. Het bleek ook nog een goed en mooi hotel te zijn. Prima, dus. We hadden een kamer met uitzicht op de jachthaven bij de Rijn. Ook een leuke plek om Keulen te verkennen.

Hotel und Lage waren i.o., Saunabereich war für die Anzahl der Gäste zu klein - teilweise mußten wir in der Ausruhzone stehen weil es gerade mal 3 Liegen im Innenbereich gab !!! Leider gab es in ihren 4 Sterne Hotel kein Schwimmbad - aber wie wäre es mit einen Wirlpool für 4-5 Pers. den kann man eigentlich nachträglich in jeden Saunabereich nachrüsten !! Sonst alles super !!

Accueil souriant et professionnel. Disponibilité des agents accueil et restaurant (Diner et petit déjeuner pris à l'hôtel). Bonne proximité bus et tramway par rapport au Parc des expositions. Il manque cependant quelques postes de consultation Internet à l'accueil.

Alles OK. Im Bad aber gab es einige "unschöne" Dinge. Badewanne/Dusche nicht OK. Alt, abgenutzt - sieht nicht sauber aus. Baumängel im Bad / Badewanne Zimmer 321.

Freundlicher Service und sehr kinderfreundlich. Hotellage auch gut, da zu Fuß in die Innenstadt an der Rheinpromenade nur ca. 20 min, noch schneller geht's mit dem Bus.

A good Internet connection is a minimum requirement in a modern business hotel. Novotel Koeln city is using a third party provider M3 Connect GmbH to connect via Ethernet or Wifi. Connection is hard to establish, unstable, slow and you have to login every time you start your device. It is irritating and time consuming. Keeping in mind that it is a service you pay x eur/day for.

Et meget bra hotell med rene og fine rom, Bra frokost var det også.

Hotel met te weinig parkeerplaatsen als het volledig vol geboekt is. Ook tijdens het diner is de service slecht. Toen wij er 's avond waren was het niet druk in het restaurant maar duurde het allemaal erg lang voordat de bestelling werd opgenomen en ook om uit geserveerd te worden. Doordat het hotel was volgeboekt wat het ''s morgens erg druk bij het ontbijt. Hierdoor waren er veel te weinig tafels voor alle mensen en stonden er rijen mensen te wachten. Ontbijt was wel ontzettend goed. Genoeg keus voor iedereen, ondanks de drukte was er val alles meer dan genoeg.

The fitness center has 2 broken machines (rowing and cross trainer) The weight is among the worst world wide ever. Wireless is to slow for skype and over prices Beds are hard with synthetic blankets. Blanket had blodstrains on it on arrival. Rooms are completely non-intersting and badly lit + with defect temperature regulation. Reaturant service ( in the evening) is very improfessionel and slow. All in all a hotel without any soul or true desire to make the stay pleasent for its customers.

Zentral gelegen, guter, gepflegter Zustand. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Auch mit Kindern zu empfehlen.

Vi ankom sent og spiste i restauranten. Venlig og høflig betjening. Værelse i fin stand. Var der kun for at sove. Kunne godt finde på at benytte hotellet igen.

Ruhige Zimmer mit Aussicht auf den Garten, direkt beim Rheinhafen. Nähe Autobahn, leicht zu finden. Schöner Fussweg zur Altstadt oder naher Bus direkt zum Dom. Kinderfeundlich (Kinder frühstücken gratis mit, Spielmöglichkeiten). Tiefgarage unter dem Hotel. Gratis Internet. Super vielfältig angelegtes Frühstücksbuffet. Freundliche Bedienung. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Hôtel très calme, agréable. Personnel souriant. Le spa est le plus de l'hôtel. Par contre il faut impérativement parler allemand ou anglais ... D'une manière générale, le français n'est pas parlé en Allemagne. Hôtel à conseiller car nous avons passé un bon moment. Idéal car le Rhin est à deux pas.

Não achei legal por não ter wifi e garagem ser muito caro,pouca atenção ao turista.
