Hilton Stockton - סטוקטון

Woke up to find that my shower didn't work. Had to bathe in the sink. When I shared the info with the front desk upon checkout, the agent stared at me with indifference and asked if I had any addiitonal charges. When I shared that I didn't, he said, then you are all done here, thank you for your stay and walked away. No apology for the broken shower or the fact that I just shared with him that I had to bathe in the sink. Things break and I get that. The indifference is what I have a problem with. I didn't ask for a credit or to speak to management. Just wanted to let them know that they had a broken shower that needed to be addressed. My bet is that the shower is still broken. Not what I expected from a Hilton property.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean, quite and made it easy to surrounded by resturant as well as having one in the hotel I would like to stay again someday thank you

North Stockton has no decent hotels, other than the Hilton. For me, when I visit family- it is the only choice. Lobby area is great, carpets on all floors were filthy or need to be replaced. First room had smoke odor- even though it claims to be a smoke free property. They moved me to a room without the odor.

After 8 hours driving from Oregon to Stockton, Ca . We enjoy our room at Hilton Hotel, I feel like at home... Thank you again for everything :) ... Next time I will book again at Hilton... All the best : Erika

Everything was clean, and we felt safe staying there. The only thing that was a little concerning was that the bathroom was very small, and had no vent, so got very steamy and warm after shower.

We stay here on our way home from an extended road trip. Love the fact it has an on-site restaurant with good food.

Really happy with our choice.

Was a decent stay, the hotel was clean overall. However there was a party (wedding?) that went on to all hours of the night and just pounding music into the room from the walls. The other thing was that they use some type of restrictor on the hot water side of the shower - giving you a luke warm dribble at best. Overkill for sure. Rest was ok, not a great neighborhood but has nothing to do with Hilton on that front.

Had a peaceful stay at the Hilton. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. The only problem was the noises. You can hear everyone's door slamming shut as they enter or leave their rooms. And it's not the guests that are doing it, the door slams itself shut. It's either the walls are to thin or its just unusually loud. I've never stayed at a hotel that had that issue so it was a little weird for me. Other than that everything was fantastic.

Walking into the beautifully decorated, open-spaced hotel was a comfort in itself. The room was very spacious, the linens clean and soft, the bed was a perfect firmness for me, everything worked, it was sheer comfort after 8 hours on the road. I would absolutely stay here again and look forward to it. The price was fantastic.

The location of the hotel is in one of the "safer" spots in Stockton and is close to a lot of places on March Lane. The hotel staff was very friendly, there's a nice bar and excellent coffee choices in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable, the only complaint was the pot smock that was blowing into our room from a neighboring room. Beyond that the room was quiet and had we had a nice view of the fountain in the back.

Great room for the price! I will definitely use them again if ever in town and need a room for the night. Thank you Hilton!

My stay at this hotel was great. The bed was very comfortable, and the service was outstanding. I had to call the front desk for a service to the TV, and the service person was there within 10 minutes! All the staff was very kind and helpful. The restaurant food was a little overpriced though for it's quality. Just eat somewhere else. Overall, though, a great experience.

Room was great, except that the iron was unusable due to melted plastic on the base. It took two calls and 40 minutes before I met housekeeping in the hallway as I was on the way down for a replacement.

Great staff....beautiful building. Hotel was safe and comfortable.

Very nice, clean and quite. Staff very friendly and helpful.Would highly recommend. Stayed on the excutive floor very comfortable bed.

Nice hotel, no free breakfast. Eating places within walking distance or short drive.

The tile floors in front of the elevators always appeared dirty and needed moping as well as the inside floors of the elevator. Is there a cleaning crew during the night? The hallway carpets were equally in need of a vacuum. My breakfast off the menu came to me cold, with limply bacon and cold toast with no butter. All in all these are minor issues. The room was great, but the entry doors slammed shut which were very loud. There was a security guard on duty during the night to oversee the parking lot. The hotel is in good condition and I would stay there again.

The stay was wonderful from friendly check-in, to clean, comfortable room, to Starbucks in the lobby! We grabbed food from the lounge and took it out to the pool. Amazing Pesto chicken sandwich and I am told the cobb salad was also amazing. Beds were VERY comfortable and felt luxurious!

All was great except the WiFi internet was really slow which made it hard to get some work done.

I would stay here again!

As soon as I got into my room which took some doing with the broken lock, a gentleman came up and said it would take him to hours to fix it and he needed to remove the lock and put it in the computer. I was on my way out and said after 7:30 a.m. Meanwhile, each time I tried to get in it took me at least 5 minutes and 30-50 swipes to get in. One time, I even moistened the strip and wiped it off, hoping that would help. I also did hard giggling of handle. Otherwise, room was nice, but very expensive for what I actually paid for, and I was told I had a refrigerator, by Hotels.com and there wasn't, so I didn't inquire the staff of the hotel,

very comfortable. pleased.

Loved the Hilton. Great location, very safe and everything was updated. I will stay there whenever my business takes me to Stockton again.

wonderful in every way... allowed for early check in, accomodated us in arranging for several members to be situitated close by. Gave us some delightful perks for having booked our stay for our graduating university student's special occasion. It was truly exceptional.

The hotel was really nice and comfortable! Everything was pretty great! I just think the rooms should be a little less pricey.

Our group conducted a first time retreat and found the following very impressive: The "Delta" conference room was appropriate and ideal for our number of persons meeting. Thats because the sales staff was able to assess our meeting needs right on point. 2nd, food menu for breakfast, lunch and break were delivered on time, staff were very helpful to all our needs, and the food was a delight! Of cause, the bar and atrium were added attractions for our members attending this meeting. We recommend this hotel site for retreat and meeting as its also close to restaurants like Outback , McDonald's, etc.
