Everything was above par for this stay

Very close to Mystic attractions and casinos. Hotel was very clean and updated. Restaurant on sight was just ok. I would stay again and/or recommend to other budget travelers.

This hotel was great. It was only 15 from Mohegan. Dwight at the front desk was extremely helpful and so nice. I would definitely come back here next time I go to Mohegan.

Nice hotel. We got a room with a whirlpool tub in which the bathroom was huge. The tub could use some updating but was functional. There was an elevator which was a plus because my husband has a handicap. Room with king bed was huge also. Convienient shuttle to Mohegan Sun on Fri and Sat nights. Free hot breakfast buffet. Bar in lobby with restaurant in parking lot. (Breakfast is in the bar area in am in lobby)Staff was very friendly. Would stay again.

They accomadated us to picking us up at the ferry to taking us to mohegan sun. I would definetly stay here again.

It was a nice hotel. The only thing I have to say is that, the beds were very hard to sleep on and we did not have housekeeping. for some reason they never came to our room to make our bed and give us clean towels. I had to go to the front desk and ask for them. We requested non smoking room and we were put on a floor with smoking rooms so regardless, the room still smelt like smoke and the hallways just as bad. Overall, I give the place two stars. I would return there if I had to but I would recommend other places better!

We did an overnight stop while touring New England with friends to visit Mystic. This Best Western was probably the biggest BW we have ever stayed at. We found out that it was there mainly to cater for the casino holidaymakers, probably hence its position on an industrial estate and the reasonable price. Although the rooms were clean and beds comfortable, there was considerable noise well into the early hours from people in the corridors. Thankfully we were only there for a night, so it served our purpose.

Having stayed at several other Best Westerns, I expected the same level of cleanliness, service, etc as at others, and was disappointed. We had booked a smoking room, check in time 3:00. The room was not ready when we arrived, so we had a beverage in the lounge, which was nice. The room was okay at first glance, and we settled in to plan our evening, planning to watch TV and relax a bit. The remote for the TV was nowhere to be found, and there were no ashtrays in the room. I called the front desk, and they said they would send someone up with them, so I took a shower while my friend waited. The phone rang when I got out - it was the front desk saying there was water going through the ceiling to the room below - I was in the shower for 5 minutes, and did not spill any water, so I assume the pipes were malfunctioning - I asked the caller where the ashtray and remote were, and he asked if I had called to report they weren't there - someone did bring them up after the second request...The toilet was unsteady (water problems from there?) - there was also some sticky substance on the wall in the room that should have been cleaned off before we got there. The shuttle to and from the casino was convenient, and the breakfast buffet was okay, but I won't be staying there again.

This is the most dirty hotel there was roaches in the room nothing worked the buffet was horrible the room although non-smoking smelt like cigarettes DO NOT STAY HERE the indoor supposedly heated pool was so freezing cold the hot tub doesnt even work .DO NOT STAY HERE NOT WORTH A PENNY!!

we got two free breakfast passes, BUT we were waiting for over 40 min to be seated !!!! Finally we NEVER got seated,and the restaurant employees, did not care at all !!! The " Free " breakfast deal, is a complete JOKE, unless they are NOT busy

It is always clean and quiet with internet access.

We were located by a interstate but the room was quiet. The room and bathroom were both clean. The complimentary breakfast was a buffet with hot, good food. I was happy with everything. What mattered the most was the clean bed and a nice breakfast.

Only stayed one night. Front desk personnel were polite and efficient. Was able to check in early. Free breakfast was varied and plentiful and staff was helpful and friendly. Overall, hotel was convenient to my needs and priced reasonably.

This is a great hotel for the price. The breakfast buffet was really good - and free! The room was clean and staff was friendly. It was close to Mohegan Sun but also close to Mystic, very conveniente. The only down side was that they offered free shuttle to Mohegan Sun but they never mentioned it was only on Fridays and Saturdays. We had to drive on Sunday. But overal we had a great experience and would definitely stay there again!

We were very satisfied with our stay. Everything went well and we woud definetely stay there again the next time we are in town. The manager was very attentive and breakfast was included. I would recommend this hotel to others who were looking to stay close to Mohegan Sun Casinos. It even included a shuttle to the casino. Keep up the great work.

The hotel was just o.k, nothing special. The room was fine and quiet at night. The breakast (free) wasn't very good. You would do better to have breakfast elsewhere. We had trouble with the shuttle to Mohegan Sun. We got the shuttle fine on the way over to Mohegan but were 2 minutes late for our return shuttle and it had already left but we suspect it may not even have showed up. We waited for the next shuttle one hour later and that also didn't arrive even after we called and they said that the shuttle was booked. We had waited outside for it so we didn't miss it. You would be better off driving over to Mohegan Sun yourself as the parking was free which we didn't know as this would have saved us a $30 cab ride.

i've stayed at this hotel about 4 times now and i have no complaints. staff are friendly, rooms are clean, shuttle service to the casino is dependable, continental breakfast is excellent, and the hot tub is great!
