Very nice rooms maids made up rooms fast and did a great job.All front desk were great and printed up maps for us to use.I would love to use beat wetern and this hotel again.

This hotel was clean and very convenient. The bed was the most comfortable bed that I have slept in, in a hotel in a very long time.

It was a rainy and gray day the week after Christmas. The registration desk was busy, but the woman was unhurried, polite and efficient. We had a dog traveling with us and she made us feel welcome, giving us every detail without need for clarifacation. No problems at all with the room. This was a gold star for Best Western. We enjoyed the comfy king bed, the T V and WiFi were easy to access. Unlike some hotels the room temperature was easy to adjust for a cool enough sleeping enviornment . Nice breakfast, Too bad it is a distance to Resturant choices. We were not in the Dennys mood, and a little tired to bother casting about for the ethnic cusine we were seeking withe the dog in the car and in the lousy weather at night.. We will remember you next time. It deserves more than 2 stars.

We have stayed here many times here. The rooms and service have always been great. The fact that they have rooms that accomodate pets is great. We will continue to book rooms here in the future.

Stayed there for two nights, room was clean, great pool area, could use more towels in the room. perfect room for the price

Clean, comfortable hotel with wi-fi right next to a Black Bear Diner - couldn't get any better!

The accommodations were comfortable. The pool was a nice and warm 84 degrees. All staff were friendly and helpful. My dog was welcome and had plenty of room were her. The breakfast has a variety of cereal, juice, muffins, toast, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, and fruit. We would stay again.

The accommodation was fine however the refrigerator in my room was very noisy when it cycled on each hour. It definitely interrupted my night of sleep or lack of it. I considered unplugging it but had items in the refrigerator that I needed that day.

Clean comfortable room, good bed, excellent service. Nice jacuzzi, and the pool looks good. Funky restaurant with bear theme on property that I give a so-so rating only, but many decent restaurants within a 5 minute driving range.
