Best Western Franklin Inn - פרנקלין

It was clean and comfortable. The only thing is that we had a queen bed, but it felt smaller. Also the bathroom light flicked, kind of annoying while you take a shower. One other thing was that the tables in the dining room should be cleaned once other guests leave a little more often. Both mornings had same sitation.

Mediocre at best. 3 senior citizens, all ladies, put on the second floor, help left us stranded in a rainstorm in getting our luggage in. First put us in a smoking room when I had asked for a non-smoking room, AC unit very loud when it came on. We just weren't very impressed. Sorry.

My stay was good at this hotel except, i did not get a wake up call when i asked for one, there was hardly any food left, and they did not have a phone book in the room when i ask for one. Other than those, it was great.. Thank u...

We arrived early and I wasn't impressed with the attitude of the girl at check in. We just left and came back later that afternoon to check in. Other then one rude employee everything else was great!

Excellent room for the price. It undoubtedly is the cleanest room we've ever booked. Everything was in order. Excellent, friendly service. If possible we will book that same room next month.

We were there for one night ,not a very good one. No smoking room smelled of smoke,Ice machine not working,air conditioning unit very noisy.

While the room (queen) was a little small it was clean and attractive. The staff was very friendly and the hot breakfast more than adequate. For the price you can't beat it. Other relatives in town for a family event stayed at a pricier hotel nearby. They paid almost double, had no breakfast and wished they had stayed where we did.

Best western was a good place to stay. With the exceptions that housekeeping was knocking on the doors to clean the room at 830 both mornings and when they cleaned the room they only left one towel. I had 2 people in my party. After calling the front desk to request more they made me come to the front registration desk and pick them up myself. Poor Customer service will keep me from booking again at this location.

More parking needs to be available. The large work trucks that pull in take up multiple spaces and parking fills up quickly. It was a great location for us, stayed fairly quiet except for the fire station close by. Easy in and out off the interstate. Great breakfast buffet.

The breakfast was the worst part of the stay; there wasn't much selection and the going-through-the-cafeteria-line setup was also kind of awkward. Otherwise, it wasn't too loud or annoying. Clean. I'd stay here again because the price overrides everything else.

Room was very clean. Wi-Fi was terrible in our room. Didn't try the breakfast as Waffle House is next door and Einstein Bros Bagels is across the street. I stopped in the office the 2nd night to ask for more towels as we skipped room service and an extra blanket. They gave me towels but were out of blankets. I was told that housekeeping would bring me a blanket but they did not. Overall, a good deal.

Renovations to room were ok, but they still had an very old model microwave and fridge. I give them an A for effort but they could've done better. And the room is small, but it met my needs for an overnight stay.

Either this room was not really non-smoking, or smoke was wafting in from a nearby smoking room. Either way, it smelled bad. My son walked on the carpet in his footie pajamas for just a few minutes before bedtime, and the soles of his feet were black. The breakfast portions are controlled, and no fruit is offered. The staff was friendly. I took my son to the playground, only to find that some of the equipment was not properly bolted and/or broken. The toilet was not clean and the tub was stained. It's not the worst place I've stayed, because at least the beds were comfortable, but I most likely wouldn't stay here again, given the choice.

The beds were very comfortable! Good selection for breakfast.

Many of the things in the room were broken or did not work properly (i.e. toilet, shower, fan in bathroom, HVAC). Room was clean but overwhelming smell of smoke and glade plug ins.

Its not a hateful hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms are old and the paint on the walls are thick, if you know what I mean. The day that I arrived there was no hot water, so that was fun. But over all it served its purpose. I slept then dipped the next day.

Room was humid and had weried odor there was a semi truck parked outside my room that ran all night it was really loud and got pretty much no sleep all night. Also none of the vending machines worked. Both of the receptionist though we're real cute and nice.

It was a good choice for value such as convenient , clean & amenities.

Good thing that we were only there to sleep midway thru our trip. We rented 2rooms for our trip to gulf shores. My brother and sister in laws room was in the "new" addition and smelled very bad of smoke, was not clean and had bare wires to all of the receptacles. The smoke detector was even hanging by wires. It was not even close to Nashville nor did it have a lounge as the internet says. I rented 2 rooms at the same time and they were quite a ways from each other. I would've thought that they would have been next to each other. Wont stay again!

For the price I paid, this hotel was very serviceable. The breakfast was great, the room was clean, and everything worked. Somebody thought it was a good idea to engage their horn throughout the night every so often to lock their car, and with the cars being parked right outside the rooms that was a minor inconvenience. But overall I was satisfied and if I were looking for a quick, cheap stay I would stay here again.

This definitely turned out to be a place I would definitely stay again! The help was very kind and helpful! The breakfast was good! The main building was very clean and so was our room! Easy access to Franklin! Real southern hospitality!

We were very pleased with the property- the newly remodelled lobby and breakfast area was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Rooms were comfortable. Was a bit disappointed that the safe in the room was not working. Would stay here again. It was the perfect location for us to base from for the various day trips planned- Natchez Trace, Lynchburg, surrounding civil war battle grounds, shopping, and restaraunts.

My husband & I were in the Nashville area for one of our children's high school sporting event. We found this hotel on hotels.com. The staff @ the front desk were very friendly & accommodating. They were helpful in our check-in/check-out process. Our room was clean. We enjoyed the cable tv, the micro-fridge, and room size. Even though the hotel is older and could use some updating it was very clean & comfortable. The free breakfast was very good and offered a good variety of breakfast choices such as pancakes, eggs, bisquits, cereal, oatmeal, juices, coffee, tea, etc. We would stay here again!

Fine for a one night stay close to I-65 but noisy as other travelers have reported.

Very easy to find location right off interstate. Impressed by the breakfast items offered. Only one complaint that we had out of the 3 rooms for the one night was a huge bug of some sort in one of the rooms but we also realized that we were on the ground floor with outside entrances.

I stayed here two nights and I live here in the franklin area. The place is clean and service is fine. It's 20 minutes from down town if your not from here and want to know. I would stay here again.

Hotel is old style with outside corridors...clean and neat just older...upkeep is solid but it is what it is...very simple nights sleep...on way to Florida with 3 teenage boys and it was just fine...somewhat noisy but nothing terrible....was looking for cheaper alternative but be in Franklin area it this was fine

We spent two comfortable and quiet nights. I felt comfortable walking around outside, even after dark. There was an exercise room and an outdoor gated playground. Breakfast was great. Employees actually served us biscuits, gravy, eggs, and sausage. The bed was very comfortable, but I thought it was odd that there wasn't a bedspread. Extra blankets were available upon request. Front desk employees were very friendly and helpful.

This motel was a very pleasant experience.The room was nice and clean and convenient to golf course and restaurants. Staff was pleasant. Only complaint was wind was whistling under door(very windy night) ,could use weather strip at bottom of door, but told front desk girl about it so it should be taken care of. We will definitely stay there again on our way from Florida to Wi.

We got a great price on the hotel and it is right off the interstate. A hot breakfast that was good. Nice staff. The room was small, the toilet was very sluggish, and the bathroom door would not latch closed. All in all it was good for the price we paid.

The only negative was that the front desk clerk when checking in was not friendly. But overall our stay was great.

My husband & I absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Best Western in Franklin. Friendly staff, very friendly & attentive housekeeping. Great breakfast. Very clean room, comfortable bed, and great wi-fi connection! Convenient location, close to many restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back and we will recommend this hotel to anyone.
