Somewhat noisy room (ironically, not from the nearby airport), but great staff.

Stay in this hotel for a night. Left car in the hotel, shuttled to airport, shuttled back next day past the middle night. Bus is already waiting outside terminal when I stepped out of the door. It is 1:30 am! Very good response and prompt service, plus additional one day free parking. When called and went back for lost item, manager nicely showed me the whole retaining box and even took me to the room for double check. Excellent service. Will recommend to anybody for its good service, location and service.

From the disheveled woman inexplicably rooting through the bushes outside the hotel, to the sketchy characters rolling up to the place at night and hanging out in their cars in the parking lot, to the motorcycle gang who rolled in one night, I can't say this place made me feel either comfortable or safe. And the decor was straight out of a hospital circa 1985. It's only up side was super easy access to SEPTA trains. I wouldn't stay here again.

Nothing special here, but if you want to be a mile from the airport and get a decent night's sleep this place is fine and inexpensive.

I booked this hotel with not much expectation apart from wanting a low cost room with a clean bed. I was in town to do sightseeing and knew I would not be in the room except to sleep. After the experience I had I won't be considering this hotel again for future stays. Staff at check in were lazy, i.e. standing around not working. The battery on the smoke detector needed replacing and started beeping at 4am the first night. We were told there was nothing that could be done till the maintinence staff came un 6 hours later. No one here really seemed to be concerned with providing even basic good customer service. I'd never had an experience of this level at a hotel before, EVER.

The only good thing about the hotel was the receptionist at the front desk. She was very helpful with the directions. Other than that,... I'd rather sleep in my car. The hotel is so outdated and gross. The "free shuttle" never picked us up from the airport, and then took over 30 mins to take us to the airport. Terrible

Corners in the room - esp. bathroom - were dirty (cob-webby) Continental breakfast was lacking and eating/serving area not very tidy.

The breakfast was less than mediocre: generic bagels and Danishes, juice, cereal, and warm milk. We skipped the milk.

clean and simple- a few things imperfect like crack in the mirror and slow running drain. Comfortable otherwise but relatively thin walls and could hear doors and such at night

Everything was as expected for $100 pretty close to the airport. The only negative was the one of the front staff. When my wife asked for extra towels he was eating bbq chips. The problem was he didn't wash his hands, and grabbed the towels to hand to my wife.

No tea and coffee facilities in the room, available in breakfaxt area. Basic but comfortablle.

Smelled like smoke in the room not clean at all

But the room were small and it smelled like somke in a non smoking room.... other then that it was just fine...

Air Conditioner Broken , Noisy Folks in rooms surrounding me, Thin Walls, TV from the middle ages. etc.

I would not choose to stay there again, it took nearly an hour for a shuttle, until we wound up paying for a cab. There was no manager on site. Awful Awful experience.

All I needed was a good night's rest close to the airport and not pay $100 bucks. Halllways smelled smoky but room was fine, beds were great, HBO was free. carpets could have been cleaner. I would stay there again.

The hotel was pretty much what I expected, although I thought that the room would have been slightly larger. But, all I really needed was just a place to sleep and shower anyway. Barely any food options in the area. I did like the close proximity of a SEPTA station nearby that could take me downtown.

good location - good value

Stayed here for an overnight after a concert at the Wells Fargo Center. It was fine for that. Room was quiet for an airport hotel. Room was clean. TV needs to be updated and breakfast was very minimal. Wawa up the road was a better breakfast option. Okay stay for the price.

My wife and I had a great stay. We had an overnight stay only, but it was just what we needed. Clean, cheap and clean. Did I mention that our room was clean? Dont let the drive from the Highway 1 to the hotel fool you. If you keep heading north you run into civilization soon enough. With the presence of a large corporate park I would have expected more restaurants in the immediate area, but the front desk did have PLENTY of delivery options on hand. We ate at the super-swanky gas station right down the road. It was set up like a poor-man's Panera/Starbucks/& well... gas station (every gas station should be like this one). it hit the spot.

While the lobby was a bit shabby, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Since all I am interested in is being at close to the airport for a 6AM flight, price and convenience was a key factor. They do have a nice park and fly option so you can leave the car there less expensively then other off-site parking. And the shuttle to the airport runs frequently. The staff was nice. LIke I said, not fancy but serves the purpose. Having Ruby Tuesday's next door is a nice touch for a drink and late night snack or dinner. Was fine. I will use it every time I fly from Philly

hello... although my husband and I were happy with the location of the hotel, we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. the floors seemed sorry and our bed linens were very stained. it didn't seem like anyone took the time needed to get it ready for guests. on a positive note, the continental breakfast was very accommodating and the shuttle service was right on time as expected. Thank you.

If all you do is sleep in this hotel then this is a good fit for you. Otherwise I would reconsider, the hotel is mostly clean but the fixtures and interior are very out dated and not well taken care of. Tiny closet and not much else is in the room as far as amenities. Also there was not much in walking distance from the hotel. I also stayed a Wyndham in New York and that was a really great hotel, so obviously this hotel does not reflect the chain.

Proper maintenance of the facility and better service could certainly make this place better!

Sink was clogged with debris left in the sink. Food left in the refrigerator. Carpet not vacummed. Shampoo bottle was already half used. I travel for a living. Approx 250 hotel nights per year. This was one of the worst by far.

The room was clearly not cleaned properly. There was obvious dust on the TV(I could write on it), telephone, wall pictures, and top of overbred light. A soda can ring was on the desk top under the ice bucket. A piece of trash was found under the bed. The tub and bathroom looked clean, but on top of shower there was green grime. Coffee and tea is always available. The breakfast is a pretty good version of continental. The breakfast area is nice and clean.

If you stay more than one night the rooms are too small. The ad stated you may get small fridge and microwave, not were in the too. The hotel was a great price but you sacrifice comfort.

This hotel is so old room is dirty light most of them don't work TV is so old I think it is from 1995 and most people walking in the lobby smoking weed This is not a professional hotel to stay (((

Have stayed at this motel several times in the past. It is now starting to look more shopworn. Heat lamp switch was broken which caused the heat lamp to stay on in bathroom. One of the bath towels had a dark black streak on it. Apparently it was used to clean something that was greasy which did not come out in the laundry.

Hotel was satisfactory overall, nothing special. Room was cozy and basic. Free breakfast in the morning and close to Ruby Tuesday and Wah Wah for food. Location to Eastwick train staion was great. Train took me right into Philadelphia City Center, $10 round trip, no problems.

great utility for a short trip to Florida rfom the airport - I did the Park & Fly and it worked out great there were no delays at all with the Microtel shuttle picking me up at the airport I will definitely do this again if I fly out of Philadelphia airport

As low-end hotels go, this is a tolerable place to stay - close to airport and with a shuttle. It also is in walking distance to the rail line to downtown Philly.

Worst hotel I ever stayed at should shut down a never open again.....

I didn't enjoy the stay at all. Heard the noise from outside, and hallways... someone knocking and talking in the hallway at midnight. Receptionist was not welcoming. I didn't sleep at all. Kinda scarey place.

good location and great price.
