The best aspect of this hotel is the proximity to the green metro station Zelivskeho. A number of trams and buses are available directly outside the hotel front door. The room was spacious and well designed. The breakfast, included in the price, was excellent. I did not have a room with free internet. The cost for 24 hours was 10 euro. The downstairs bar seemed popular. This hotel seemed to cater to groups. I paid $73 per night for my room. One minor negative was the carpeting. It was a bit worn, but this is a minor point.

Good in terms of room comfort. I did miss a bath tub there.

I got to the location and all they could give me was Smoking rooms. After fussing a little they coughed up a non-Smoking room. The staff could use some training in customer service. It was at 11:30 at night and just one customer in front of me and 3 workers behind the counter. It still took them 10 mins. to acknowledge that I was standing there with my wife and bags. No hello, no hi, not even - give is a few minutes Sir. They are not rude, just not courteous. Worst mattress to sleep on. Reminded me of cheap dorm mattresses. For American's touring Prague, I would have gone for a place closer to the city. We missed canceling this hotel by a few hours, else I could have gone downtown. Will I stay here again - may be, if I really have to. It seemed like a hotel for local folks. On the plus side, the commute isn't horrible. The metro stop is a 30s walk, just behind the hotel. I was expecting a 4-star level Hilton and its not that. Its a nicer Motel 6 kinda place.

I was here for business stay for 3 nights. Clean comfortable room. Very good breakfast. Will stay here again.

This hotel is a bit out of the City, but a very easy commute by the Metro which is just outside the door! Quiet and well run - we met our group here after three days on our own. Many travel groups stay here. Nice breakfast buffet and you can dine at the hotel. Walking or Metro distance to the Flora hugh shopping Mall. Six stops to Old Town. ENJOY!

Clean and nice. Very comfortable, lots of plilows, European style bedding. Even tough Hotel.com said breakfast was not included, they included it. The concierge was particularly helpful with little problems I had. She was quite fluent in English and German, and seemed to be there long hours. The dinner restaurant was actually quite nice and reasonably priced though apparently not terribly popular. I liked the salad bar and appetizers that came with the dinner. The bar was open till 1 AM with good food available. I had to leave at 4 AM the morning I left, and the cab was watiing. There weren't a whole lot of English channels on the TV, but maybe that was Prague. The one thing that surprised me was how high the tub was off the floor. It was a long step down. The location was right at a metro, two stops from downtown concert theatres. There wasn't much close to the hotel, but the subway was just pennies to anywhere.

Prettig hotel, pal aan metro en tram (geen overlast). Hotelkamer inderdaad warm maar aan receptie kun je vragen of house keeping raam helemaal open houdt. Tip; wisselkoers banken/pinautomaten in de stad aanzienlijk beter dan op vliegveld. Scheelde bij ons 5%. Bus 119 rijdt naar metro (groene lijn A) Geen buskaartjes in bus dus zorg voor 50 kronen muntgeld per persoon. (Automaat bij halte).

Hyggeligt hotel i et godt område. Ligger klods op af metroen så det er nemt og hurtigt at komme ind til byen. Lækker stor morgenmadsbuffe og et stort rent værelse. Venligt og hjælsomt personale.

The surcharge for executive rooms isn't worth the money. Internet connection frequently didn't work, and the signal strength in the room was very bad. The breakfast was mediocre. On the positive side, the subway stop is very close to the hotel, and it doesn't take too much time to reach the city center by subway.

Ubicato un po' lontano dal centro vicino ad un cimitero (raggiungibile pero' facilmente con la metropolitana accanto all'hotel). Stanze un po' vintage ma silenziose. Bagni in ordine, anche se i dosatori per lo shampoo al posto delle boccettine non si addicono ad un 4 stelle. Pessima la connessione internet wifi (a pagamento), funzionante a singhiozzo durante tutta la permanenza. Pessima anche la scarna colazione senza servizio e con poca scelta.

Well, everything was quite alright. The only thing I could complain about is that the air-conditioning was not working properly. I mean, it was hot indeed inside of the hotel and I just wanted to lower the temperature in my room but I was simply unable to do this. Anyway, I can recommend this hotel to you! 4,5/5

Badeværelse lugtede jordslået, aircon virkede ikke og mini bar virkede ikke. Da vi påpegede det var svaret at det kunne de ikke gøre noget ved.

Hotelzimmer ist sauber und gut gelegen. Die Metrostation ist vor der Haustür und ca. 10 min. Fahrt von den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Leider ist WLAN nur gegen Gebühr zu bekommen.

trsè bonne impression, peronnel très gentil, très bon restaurant, nous avons aprécié que le personnel du restaurant parle en français. chose rare à prague !!!

Hotellet ligger en bit från centrum men alldeles intill både metro, spårvagns- och busshållplatser. Fantastisk service och trevlig personal. Nackdel: i anslutning till reception och matsal fanns en bar där rökning var tillåtet. Man var tvungen att passera förbi/genom baren för att komma till både reception och matsal. Verkar inte vara anpassat till EU-direktiv om rökning på allmänna platser.

Un grand hôtel très confortable, proposant de pantagruéliques petits déjeuners, situé à moins de 10 minutes du centre de Prague. Entrée du métro et arrêts de bus à moins de 50 mètres. Chambres spacieuses, propres et très bien isolées. Literie de qualité. Espace spa très fonctionnel bien qu'un peu petit. Un très bon choix, que nous referons à notre prochaine visite à Prague.

Vi synes hotellet var lækkert :) Morgenmaden var super, der var intet at klage over. Vi ville dog gerne op på hotellets tag, men dette kunne ikke lade sig gøre, for vores værelse var ikke fint nok, hvilket er noget underligt noget, for vi ville jo gerne betale for at komme derop. Parkeringen kostede en formue, så vi valgte at pakerer lige ovre på den anden side af gaden hvor det nærmest ikke kostede noget og der var ingen problemer. Men ellers et super hotel og metroen lige bagved, så det kunne ikke være lettere.

Mycket fräscht och bekvämt. Nära buss, spårvagn, metro. Mycket enkelt att ta sig till centrum, ca 5 km. Rekommenderas till alla som vill bo bra men billigt och inget krav på läge mitt i centrum. Bra för barn, vi har två små barn och allt fungerade bra. Frukosten är dyr, men buffe med allt. Vi åt inne i city. Kan vara svårt att hitta till om man inte har GPS.

Per me e per la mia famiglia si è rivelata un'ottima scelta. E' un 4 stelle vero, che rispetta pienamente gli standards di qualità della categoria, dettati dal marchio della catena alla quale questo Hotel è affiliato. La suite familiare costa relativamente poco: è praticamente impossibile trovare a Praga una stanza per 4 persone altrettanto bella, pulita, silenziosa e spaziosa per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato. Ovviamente c'è una spiegazione: l'Hotel, grande ed elegante, è in una zona tranquilla ma decisamente non bella della città, tra l'altro di fronte al cimitero locale. Tuttavia è collegato benissimo, perché a 50 metri si trovano le fermate della metropolitana, del tram e degli autobus, un grande vantaggio per chi non considera vitale alloggiare nelle zone centrali. Altro problema: non vi sono parcheggi pubblici a breve distanza dall'Hotel. Va però detto che in qualsiasi zona della città non è raccomandabile lasciare l'auto incustodita, perché si verificano moltissimi furti. Pertanto si è obbligati ad utilizzare il parcheggio sotterraneo dell'Hotel, che si paga a parte ed è eccessivamente caro (ma in linea con la politica di tutti gli Hotels di Praga). La formula da me scelta non includeva la prima colazione. Se avessimo scelto di pagarla a parte, in 4 persone avremmo speso ogni mattina quasi l'equivalente del costo giornaliero della stanza. Non saprei invece quanto costa il pernottamento con colazione inclusa. Infine il centro benessere, con palestra e sauna: non li ho visti, quindi non posso giudicarli, ma anche in questo caso devo segnalare che va pagato a parte. Insomma, in sintesi: ottimi l'Hotel, le stanze e i collegamenti; ottimi i prezzi ma attenti alle spese extra, che comunque possono essere evitate.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer U-Bahn/Bus Station.ca vier U-Bahn Stationen bis nach Mustek ( Zentrum ).Wir haben das Hotel zu einem Aktionspreis gebucht und fanden es ganz Ok, die Zimmer sind sauber, einzig die Möbel sind ein "wenig" in die Jahre gekommen. Auf der einen Seite des Hotels hört man die Busse An und Abfahren. In der Nähe gibt es übrigens einen bewachten Parkplatz der billiger ist als im Hotel. Wir waren auf der Durchreise und für eine Nacht war das Hotel in Ordnung.Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich jedoch ein anderes Hotel buchen. Michael, Schweiz
