Best Western Hotel Elixir Grasse - גראס

Staff were first rate, very helpful and always had a smile on their face. Rooms were clean and comfortable. All in all we had an enjoyable stay and would recommend the Mercure. It is a 3 star hotel with a lovely pool and is good value for money.

My small map of what I thought was a small easy town, were very inadequate for finding this hotel. Directions should be made more clear, or at least look it up. When we finally arrived weary and frustrated, the hotel staff was wonderful about making us feel welcome and refreshed. The pool was wonderful, and the terrace restaurant very agreable. The best was that the manager helped us to find other great accomodations in another town afterwards that turned out to be SUPER!

The room was extremely small, and there was not a place to hold both of our luggage. The AC in the room was not working. A technician came to fix it. After notifying the hotel that the AC was not fixed, we were advised to have it run for few hours in order the cool the room. After few hours, we notified the receptionist that the AC was still not working and we had to open the windows because the heat was unbearable at the room. Instead of showing any understanding, she was argumentative, and blamed us that the reason that the AC was not working is because we had the window opened. She did not even offered to move us to another room. In addition to all this, the pool of the hotel was not usable because of "technical problems".

Très bonne impression. Un accueil très agréable,une propreté à rien dire.Très bonne literie (chambre légèrement petite mais suffisante, salle de bain extra, petit déjeuner complet, vraiment rien a dire sauf : Le manque d’un parking fermé et la facon de pouvoir accéder au parking.Très très bon hotel

Hadde ei fin uke på Mercure. Det meste svarte til forventningene. Fine rom, god service, deilig frokost, helt grei mat også i restauranten. Airconditionen gav ikke kald nok luft om natten. Da ble det for varmt. Hadde vært fint om hotellet lå nærmere sentrum. Det tok 40 minutter å gå. Slitsomt i varmen. Bussen stoppet rett utenfor hotellet, men den sluttet å gå allerede i åttetida.
