Staff was friendly but maintaince staff was slacking, no toilet paper in room, no Kleenex...loud people outside hotel drinking and smashing bottles. Prepaid through hotels.com and hotel made mistake and charged me for the room twice. Overall experience was ehh.

Nice hotel pool and hot tub adequate room clean. Would stay again

When I checked in the desk clerk had her boyfriend hanging around. The room I booked had a king bed and sofa bed. There were no sheets, blankets or pillows for sofa bed. The telephone did not work . had to go to the front desk to ask for the linens. received sheets and one blanket and was told they had no extra pillows. the hot tub was broken. The "included" breakfast was luke warm coffee, a broken pancake maker, rubbery - omlets? unable to enter pool room - lock was broken. the pool was tiny and shallow. On the way out I asked at the desk to have an extra pillow, blanket and set of towels sent to our room. When returning, the desk clerk and her boyfriend greeted us. I arrived in our room to find that no pillow, blanket or towels had been left. I Went back to front desk (because the phone was still broken) and was given towels and blanket then told that they did not have any extra pillows in the hotel. Also was told that the hot tub is always broken. Breakfast the next morning was terrible!!! I went out. Of everything I have to say that I did like the size of our room and that the room was very clean and they did manage to fix the lock on the pool room door by my last day. I will however not be staying here again nor will I recommend anyone to ever stay at this Holiday Inn location. I was extremely disappointed and will be returning to the Hampton Inn in Raybham, MA., where I have always received excellent service!!!!

Not bad, not great. Great buffett in the am. The pool and jacuzzi were closed for "Maintanence"??? The phones in the room did not work. No extra linens for the Fold out sofa.

My impression of Holiday inn has changed over the past year or so. This hotel was new, the room we had was spacious, and in good order. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Holiday Inn is generally a budget hotel, and that is why we chose this hotel. For a hotel in this price range I expect it to be clean, up to date, and friendly. This Holiday Inn was that and more.

The hotel was nice and the staff were extremely accommodating. The initial problem was that we were in a non-smoking room, but on a floor that had some smoking rooms, so it was very smoky in the room. However, they were willing to move us to a different floor, which worked out fine.

Was in town for the buffalo bills vs pats game. Great location

The hotel is very nice the room is large and clean. The breakfast is missing some fruits.

Stayed in a "non-smoking" room, but the way that the hotel separates the smoking from the non-smoking makes it a joke. Half of the hall is smoking and the other is not. The entire floor reeks of smoke and smells like you are sleeping in an ashtray. Our room was just above the entrance where everyone stands to smoke and the fumes come right into your air conditioning intake. The rooms are clean, but the smell negates that. If you do not smoke, do not stay in this smokers paradise.

Beautiful hotel! Spotless room, wonderful friendly staff, and a great continental breakfast. Plus, only about 40 minutes away from the beaches of western Cape Cod. Would definitely recommend staying here.

good motel at right location for my family and i, breakfast was good room was comfortable enough but could of been a little more clean

it was fine for the first night the pool was cold and the juzzie only worked one day the rest of 8 just coldpool for me and family. when asked about jacuzzie the person at desk said some one cut the liner didnt make much sense

We had 3 rooms for 2 nights. Rooms were not clean, beds left unmade, never towels at pool. We had to have our sheets changed at check-in. All of these things would have been overlooked by us with an apology for the poor service and then rectification. However, with each complaint we received excuses and rudeness. We were in this area for a family reunion. Next year we will stay elsewhere.

We stayed here for one night to sleep off a Jimmy Buffett concert. The room was large and very clean. The hotel has all of the amenities you would ever want, although at times the wifi was slow. The desk clerk was asleep when we checked in around midnight, but he was nice enough once he woke up. Overall it was a good hotel, although a bit pricey. I would stay here again.

the room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Best coffee!!! I would stay there again and tell others about the hotel.

Hotel in Middleboro/Raynham Perfect!

irecently stayed with this chain of hotels in amherst and had a great stay on arriving in middleboro the hotel was nice breakfast was sufficent how ever i ended checking out early due to fighting and bad behaviour in the hallway directly across from my room my five year old grandson was terrified and could not sleep after calling the front desk and putting in a complaint i heard nothing back from them which i think the least they could have done was check on us i was completly dissatisfied with the staff

The breakfast was out of this world.

This hotel was definately a value. The breakfast had a variety of choices, the rooms were clean and the staff helpful. We would definately stay here again.

We stayed here over a holiday weekend and it was a perfect place to visit both Plymouth and Newport. The hotel was comfortable but a little tired looking in parts. It was generally clean. Breakfast was ok. I have had better at other Holiday Inn Express hotels. The pool walls could us a Mr. Clean sponge cleaning but my kids loved it. The front desk people were very helpful. I would stay there again.

Overall, this is an average Hampton Inn, but two things do stand out. The shuttle service is excellent, both in picking up at the airport and taking guests to other locations such as restaurants and car rental offices. The second is that the hotel has a small bar/lounge that serves hot food until 11 p.m. This is important because it is in an industrial area with no restaurants within walking distance. When coming in on a late flight, it's good to know you can get something to eat. And--the food is pretty good: pizza, salads, chicken fingers, etc.

This hotel was very conveniently located and staff were very pleasant. Apparently they just bought new pillows, but they were unbelievably lumpy...even the children protested....as well as too thick to be comfortable. Our room was billed as a suite, but it was a king bed with a pull out sofa right next to it....so no privacy that you might expect from a "suite". The pullout sofa bed was definitely subpar per the 12 year olds sleeping on it....one of them slept unusually poorly.

This hotel room was spacious enough for us and our three grandchildren. The breakfast, the internet, and the pool were important for us. The later check-out time allowed us to take a slower morning. We would recommend this hotel for visits to PLIMOTH PLANTATION and the MAYFLOWER.

was a nice clean hotel close to family, prices were high for a plain regular room. Other than the price it was a decent place to stay.

Where do I start? Firstly I will say that the front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. After reading good reviews about this hotel, I was looking forward to staying there. It was all the little things that were a little disappointing. On day one when we went for breakfast, all the hot items were gone and it took 25 minutes to refill them. The other days, it was that they ran out of cinnamon rolls, cream cheese, muffins, and the pancake machine worked 1 day out of the 6 we were there. The hottest day of the year, the pool broke. Every night I had to go the front desk, and request extra towels, there were 5 of us, and everyday they gave us only 3. Along with that I had to request extra TP twice because they seemed to only give us one full roll at a time, they didnt replace the kleenex, and I had to ask for pillows and blankets for the pullout. The next day they took the blanket away, and I had to get it again. When it came time to doing laundry, the front desk ran out of quarters. Other than that, the location was great, near all the main expressways, near alot of the local restaurants which were excellent, the hotel was clean, so maybe they were just having a bad week.

Rubbish overflowing in entrance barrel. Rubbish bag at elevator when we checked in-still there when we checked out. Dirty rugs in hallway. Spilled candy near machines. Overpriced. Would not stay in this hotel again.

I've been to a number of Holiday Inns across the US and this has to be one of the best I've been to. Just stopping for a night on a road trip, we were very pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff, perfectly appointed room and hot breakfast. And a pancake machine! We highly recommend this hotel!

rooms were nice. hotel is clean, looks like pictures on the web. excellent location for shopping and restaurants - you will need to know that because this hotel does not have a kitchen or bar. thank goodness Dunkin dounuts is next door, if you are a coffee drinker you will have to leave your room to get a 2nd cup of coffee. No room service! for the price of the stay I would recommend a place that has a restaurant.

While the room was very nice, and the beds and other furniture were extremely comfortable, we had the misfortune of having a room directly over the lobby and heard and felt the double doors opening and closing repeatedly. My daughter actually thought it was thunder. I would stay at this hotel again, but will make sure I am not in the Room 212-218 range.

Easy to get to from the highway. Within 20 minutes from Plymouth, if you need to be there but don't want the hustle and bustle of being within the tourist area. The hotel staff was very friendly. The included breakfast was adequate for being part of the price. The only thing was breakfast ended at 10 am. Being on the weekend, 11 am would have been better. I would have given the overall rating of 4.5, instead of 4. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very "roomy" if you need to stay at the hotel for more than a few days.

The hotel was in a very open area, which was very accessible. The building was much more than expected and was very new. The location was not far from the Rhode Island area or the town of Plymouth which is very beautiful and is a must see.

This hotel is right off 495 and close to Plymouth and jumping points to the Cape. Lots and lots of good restaurants just down the street. Free HOT breakfast, bacon, eggs, etc. They have an indoor pool and hot-tub - both a bit small, so not ideal for family play. The suite was very large, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, etc. Could add a second tv for the living room space. Beds were comfy, room temp fine, we had to ask for more towels but not a problem. Free wifi throughout the hotel though I didn't test it out. Vending machines on the first floor actually sell frozen pizzas to cook in your room! I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Just a short 20 minute drive from Plymouth, and Cape Cod, and 30 minutes from Boston - a nice hotel with a pool and spa, and free breakfast - just right...

Clean hotel, friendly staff and nice large rooms. Was visiting family in the area, the hotel is at the crossroads making it easy to get around. Would definitely return when back in the area.

the staff was very friendly and accommodating. located right off of 495 i found the location to be very accessible and the hotel was very clean. i will stay there again if i have appointments in the area.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and it was well kept and maintained. My only complaint would be that if you have a room on the east side, you will be woken up by the sun whether you want to be or not, as the heavy drapes on the windows are basically decorative, and cannot be closed to cover the window, only the translucent, light-weight curtains can be, which let the sun through. It's not a big thing though really, and just something to be aware of. All in all, I'd definitely stay here again were I in the area.
