The room I had was in a corner with views of 2 sides of the hotel (walls only) and when I cracked the window for some fresh air I found it to noisy. I'd stay again, but not in the room I had.

I would have given this all ratings of 5, but a few minor issues marred my two bookend visits to the hotel (I stayed for two days, left, and returned for another two). Upon arrival the first time, I was given the key to a room that was propped open with the deadbolt latch. Having traveled all day, it was an annoyance and (unfortunately) the first impression I received. Made me skittish about safety and security at the hotel. On the second visit, I booked two single night bookings through a third-party website. On the morning of the second day, I went to the front desk and reminded them of this, and was assured that everything was "set to go." As I anticipated (I spent 12 years in international hotel management), when I got to my room at 10pm, after 13 hours of work and driving, I discovered my key was no longer functional. They had to check out the first reservation and check in the second, rendering the key useless. It's the little attention to detail like this - even with my prompting the Desk staff - that makes a difference. Otherwise, I would recommend the hotel without hesitation. Great location, very clean, good facilities, nice basic bath amenities. I didn't spend much time out of the room using the public space or F&B outlets, so can't comment there... Good value.

Hard to sleep due to noise in the hallway and adjacent room from 2-4:00 am.

I stayed the night there at the hotel wouldn't recommend the restaurant, dish ware had been dirty, sandwich tasted a bit off. Hotel front desk clerk didn't mention the deposit on the room. There was a blonde hair in the bathroom, Im not a blonde haired person. But overall it was comfortable and bed was clean. That mattered more.

everything worked out great. checked into hotel in the early evening, everybody was very helpful. Room was ready to go. Had some questions with the general area the front desk was able to help with a few helpful maps. Room was payed for though Hotels.com and there was no fuss in the morning at check out. Very smooth visit. I recommend a visit here anytime. Thanks to everybody.

Housekeeping knocked on the door at 9:15 AM asking if we wanted the room made up. This seems absurdly early. We said yes but not until after 11. Never came back.

The staff was very attentive and professional. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. I would definitively stay at this hotel again. Could also use a better TV service provider.

Best property I have ever stayed at in Flagstaff for sure! Easter Brunch was a little odd in a banquet room, but the rest was great.

Room was nice. But the AC didn't work had to open a window. All and all a good place to stay I like the sleep number beds

the location was great and the staff was very attentive. Check in was a breeze and the staff was awesome. Room service requests for towels and blankets was speedy prompt

Pristine and very comfortable rooms. The service was friendly and efficient.The hotel offers two restaurants : one classical american and one Japanese style. We tried both but for our European tastes - quality was a bit disappointing. The Sakura was atmospheric tough and we dined in good company.

I have stayed at the Radisson a number of times when I come to Flagstaff. It consistently delivers great service and is conveniently located.

The hotel was easy to get to and close to all the sites in Flagstaff. It was clean, convenient and comfy for a family of 4. After a long day of skiing at Snowbowl, the whirlpool was great to relax in. We stayed in a room with regular beds so we didn't tryout the Sleep Number beds. TV was updated with lots of channels and WiFi was super to stay connected to the office.

The condition of the hotel is excellent. However, was wake up by the hotel staff early in the morning, around 8:30 AM knocking on door, the staff said she just wants to check if we still inside?!!!. Eventhough check out time is noon, and there a phone?!!!.

I am not a professional reviewer. I am just a regular guy that was looking for a nice place to stay with the family (dog included) prior to our trip to the Grand Canyon. Service was excellent and they did not make me feel unwelcome for having a pet. Love the hotel, and I will use it again.

Last minute reservation that can often end up as a dump for too much was was very nice hotel for a great price.

Great for business stay . Not for families.

Comfortable, clean, convenient. However, when I had a complaint about the clogged bathtub drain, this hotel did not follow through with the promise of "if you are not satisfied with a part of your experience here, you won't pay for it." Guess it goes to show you just can't expect excellence in customer service any more.

Friendly hotel staff. Good restaurant. Did not care for the Sleep Number bed. Glad I tried it; won't ever buy one.

We were on our last leg of our trip, I went on hotels.com( as usual) and could not believe the quality description and other patrons reviews of this Radisson. I immediatly booked the hotel same day as our stay. From the lobby to checking in and finally our room it made our last two days of vacation enjoyable. The beds were actually sleep number beds( something I always wanted to try) the bathroom large tub shower with removal able and held shower head. Room service, several restaurants in hotel to choose from. Julia the bartender very knowledgable about the liquors, menu items they offer in the lounge and all the other restaurants in hotel. Will return joan and gene galveston tx.

personal was great ,very helpfull.rooms were better than avarage,as was the sevice.if your looking for a quite rest full place after a long day of viewing homes this is the place,

Wonderful hotel, close to many restaurants. We were able to do day trips to Meteor Crater, Petrified Forest, Sedona, and the Grand Canyon from this location. Everyone in the area was super friendly. My only complaint, if it can be called that, is a there were not that many outlets in the room. We had quite a few devices that needed charged and not that much space to do so. Bring a power strip!

We love this hotel for its location and amenities. I do miss not having a 4 or 8 cup coffee maker that hotels don't use any more and there is no coffee in the lobby area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the young lady that is the bartender in the lounge, she is very jovial and quick with service.

This hotel was in a great location for access to Riordan and Lowell. Also, there were plenty of fast and easy food options and stores all within a mile of the hotel. All aspects related to comfort, convenience and quality of he room were fantastic. The only downside to the hotel was the disappointing options for food inside the hotel. The prices were too high and service was bad.

Everyone was very nice from the front desk people to the house keeping staff. Each day when house keeping came they were amazing!! They not only cleaned but were kind enough to hang a jacket that was laying on the bed they made and neatly place shoes together. They put toiletries on a towel that were on the bathroom counter.

My husband and I stayed here for our visit to Northern AZ, including Sedona, Grand Canyon, skiing at Snowbowl, and visiting the nearby national monuments. It was a great location central to all of those places. I was impressed at how nice the hotel and the service was for the price. Little things like free water bottles in the room make a big difference, and the bed/comforter were some of the best I've ever slept in. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the room service. I was hoping to just get something basic like cheese pizza the first night we got there, but it's an Asian restaurant in the hotel, so the room service options are limited & seemed random to me. I ordered a chicken & rice dish and it was appallingly bad. I took one bite of the rice and one of the chicken and put it out in the hall since it was so bad. Worse than a bad TV dinner. So I recommend the hotel, just skip the room service.

Nothing special, but good for price.

Overall, the hotel is nice, but starting to age. I don't think I'll sleep in a sleep number bed again and probably would have enjoyed the stay more in a regular room.

This is a pleasant and clean hotel. It is a bit removed from downtown, but the location means that it is free of train and freeway traffic noise. We did not utilize any services/amenities, nor did we visit the restaurant. Front desk staff was friendly and capable.

Hotel was nice, people were nice, location was perfect & the breakfast was really tasty. The sleep number beds were not working and was pretty dreadful. I would stick to old fashioned mattresses if the sleep number beds breakdown.

My stay was very comfortable and perfect for my quick trip to Flagstaff. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Sushi bar is AMAZING! Comfortable lobby with fireplace. Liked the WiFi too.

Great staff, great restaurant, quiet and understated place.
