I liked my room, but was disappointed that most of the cable channels weren't available on the TV.

Back building is severly dated, and very dark and depressing. Parking is terrible with most spots behind the hotel in an alley. If your rooom is in the front building, you face a 100+ meter and up stairs walk to get to front building from back parking.

Our stay was very good but there were very few channels on the tv to watch. My grandson was very disappointed in this and so were his mother and myself. First hotel I have been to where the channels on the tv were limited. Other than that it was an excellent place to stay.

Nothing really fancy here, but super clean and all the basic amenities you'd need. The real plus is the location as it is an easy walk to pretty much all the major downtown Victoria tourist attractions. Parking is also fairly inexpensive, so you don't have to worry about your car. Not a bad little restaurant in house as well.

nice clean hotel within walking distance of many restaurants. Impressed with buffet breakfast included for free and real glasses in the room, not plastic. swimming pool may have left a little to be desired.

Good experience all the way thru. Convenient, reasonable price, friendly staff, good location, backside is quiet. I recommend and will stay there again.

Fabulous full breakfast with the room rate was a real plus

Great location in centre of town. Staff were very polite and easy to deal with. Rooms were clean and quiet, and comfortable. Excellent breakfast every morning.

Nice clean hotel. We stayed one night on the way to Mt. Washington. The breakfast is a plus and you can make your own waffles.

Rooms were absolutely lovely, spacious, fridge and microwave (but no crocery at all)...we were upgraded to a riverside view and had lovely comfortable beds with really nice linen. The riverside block is a link bridge away from the rest of the hotel. Swimming pool was out of action when we were there. Corridors are pretty dreadful! it could put you off before you even see the rooms! Badly need updating but the room itself made up for it.

This Best Western Hotel is one of the best I've stayed in for the price. The new wing is beautifully decorated, has a deck on each room, and modern bathrooms with great tile and glass shower stalls. The included breakfast was much superior. Rather than the usual muffins and make-your-own waffle, they had staff making omelets and offering table service. Everythng was fresh. It's located across from a shopping centre, andhas an attached cold wine and beer store and restaurant. Everything was clean, staff pleasant and location convenient.

Everything was very good but because of a nearby bridge that rattled a lot with each car, it was quite noisy requiring earplugs. Had good breakfast included.

We were pleasantly surprised with this BW Plus hotel, as we were upgraded (without asking) to the new wing, and the room was modern, very clean, with super comfortable beds, and quiet. We chose to eat in that evening, and although the restaurant was very quiet (only two tables), we had excellent service and an outstanding meal! We were told the new chef has just introduced this menu, and it was very impressive, right down to the handmade chocolate truffles for dessert. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we will certainly choose to stay here the next time we are in Courtenay.

Staff were very helpful to ensure we got a quiet room. The room was clean but bedding and TV need updating. Nice to be able to sit outside, even if we overlooked parking lot. Outside chairs very uncomfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good but had a long wait to get into dining room. Needed more staff to clean tables.

The hotel met all if not more of our expectations. We stayed in the tower across from the main hotel, the beds were so comfy and breakfast buffet was included. Perfect way to start our honeymoon.

Great hotel but had to wait in line 20 mins for breakfast.

We were slightly disappointed that we were on the bottom floor when there seemed like there were nicer rooms that we could have had. The desk clerks actually were not very helpful. e.g. where to park etc.

Fantastisk dejligt hotel med en utrolig venlig og hjælpsom medarbejderstab.

Zentrale Lage eines guten Hotels. Leider sehr laut durch LKW-Verkehr über die in der Nähe liegende Comox-Brücke. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Bisher war ich der Meinung, dass man bei Best Western einen gewissen Standard bekommt, was Zimmergröße anbelangt, aber diese Zimmer sind recht klein. Bei umfangreichem Gepäck auf einer Rundreise wird man logistisch schon gefordert.
