Only problem is the car parking. Only 10 spots for the hotel guests; There are alternative possibilities somewhere nearby. Rooms are wonderful and bright and funky.

Had a great stay!!!...Great location to MCG and close to free public tram service around city... Great view from room looking out over beautiful gardens...Would have been good if hotel had swimming pool area for kids...

Whilst the hotel room was fresh, the bathroom is a bit disappointing in that the shower section is very narrow and water spills outside of the shower door. There is also no hooks for hanging clothes.

Good value for money hotel, close to everything. As stated by others, bathrooms tiny and difficult to negotiate having a shower without getting everything else wet, but all in all a good experience. Had breakfast at buffet one morning and while food tasted great, it was almost stone cold.

Staff were amazingly helpful, great location, only negative slow to service rooms.

Cleanest place we've ever stayed. Had a queen twin room for 4 adults beds very comfy, found only 1 spare pillow & 1 blanket. Only 2 coffee cups & very limited supplies, which were not topped up next day. One flannel & hand towel between four people isn't good, when flying with weight limits one doesn't need to worry about packing these items, one expects them to be provided ! All up with asking for extras I think reception was contacted 5 times. I think when you are paying $100 per person per night they might consider the provisions per head. Bathroom very small & thought the glass frosted door was invasive. However.... This place was so clean and the staff were extremely friendly & helpful with taxis etc.

Excellent shower, bathroom renovation. Room size, European feel, just a bit 'close', but no other complaint possible .... very nice with a king size bed and view of the gardens and beyond into the Eastern suburbs and towards the bay.

Our family had a wonderful time at Mercure. We love the services and everything. Staffs are fantastic. We definitely recommend to our friends.

The hotel has recently been renovated and is really nice. The staff are fantastic, helpful and friendly. The hotel is located really close to a tram stop which makes it easy to get around too.

This hotel is in a good, quiet location with easy access to trams and trains. It is also just a short walk into the CBD. The rooms are basic but large and mine was very clean. Front desk staff were helpful and pleasant. The hotel has a very nice gym and a pool. The only negative would be that there was no washing up sink for the dishes - you have to wash those in the bathroom. I was lucky to get a great deal on this hotel which is usually well priced for what you get.

Our room was great for the night that we stayed. Was very close to the event we had to attend. Check in / check out was really quick. Overall very happy

Really good service at both check in and check out. Room size was small, especially the bathroom, but the location well and truly made up for it. We were only there for a night and weren't looking to spend much time in the room anyway. Room had a great view looking out over Treasury Gardens and accross to the MCG. Overall, very happy - good location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff and quiet hotel. Would stay again without hesitation.

Convenient to trams and MCG for football. Very helpful staff and comfortable bed.

Overall stay was good. Condition of Hotel was ok. Reception area looked pretty basic. Room was very clean and tidy, but a little small, especially the bathroom. Needed more reception staff as waiting time at reception was a little long. Lift wasn't working on the first day that I was there which meant a long time waiting for the lift and crowded when it arrived. But overall stay was pretty good.

Decent hotel although charging 15 AUD for 12H wifi and 28 AUD pp for buffet breakfast will put your budget on a test. On the edge of the CBD so it´s within walking distance to most central locations. Bathroom is so small that it´s a one person at a time only but the large bed and spacious room makes up for it. We got a room with "city view", I would recommend trying to get a room with park view as the hotel is just across the street from a lovely park.

Excellent stay. I would stay at this hotel again if I could park at the hotel car park instead of Wilsons parking.

This hotel is clearly getting worse and worse; I found it quite good 4 years ago; quality of service, rooms, breakfast are now way lower than what can be found around for similar rates.

フリンダース駅すぐで立地条件がとてもよく、またいろいろなトラムに乗ることができました。また、年末年始に泊まるのに最適です。Treasury Gardensの真ん前なので、花火やカウントダウンのイベントを遅くまで楽しむことができました。しかし、部屋のシーツやバウタオルが昨日使ったものと同じでがっかりでした。それからWifiへの接続方法がいまいち分かりにくかったです。

服務態度很好 雖然有些溝通上的障礙 但是對方會派出google 挺可愛的 小了點 不過床很舒適
