Mercure Mont Saint Michel - מון-סן-מישל

ONCE we got into we got into enclosed area that contains the hotel and Mount, it was very pleasant, especially the Restaurant. The area where the hotels and the Mount are as well as the designated car parks outside have coded barriers, the code is given to you by the Hotel, only if you book direct! If you do it through a website like "Hotels.com" not only do you not get the code, you also don't get any information as how to get in as it is very hard to find the Help button and a fairly good standard of French is required, or ring the hotel previously who will give you the code and charge a small fee to do so. Do Not be put off by this, as it was well worth the hassle!!

The hotel is located close to Mt Saint Michael. You will need to call the hotel to gain access to the town as there is a boom gate which requires a code to get in. The hotel is rather basic. The restaurant wasn't open and the staff were unable to give me some ice. We had to go to another hotel further into the village for dinner. Expensive for the quality.

very difficult hotel to drive to. Very french, meaning we were made to park 1/2 mile from the hotel, took a shuttle in the rain and found out there is plenty of parking at the hotel.

Hotel was extremely clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was a basic room with free wifi and parking and within walking distance to Mont Saint Michel. We had dinner at the hotel and the meals were excellent. A good hotel for an overnight stay.

Absolutely - do not rely on information given by staff - specifically asked about breakfast being included at check-in and again before going to breakfast and was advised twice it was included in our original price - - it was not and we were charged. It was not the cost of the breakfast but the fact we would have chosen to go elsewhere and it was presented as already having been included - it was deliberate on the part of the staff.

The Hotel was fine but way way over priced. I was told when I booked that they would try to get us a room with a view of the Mont. There isn't a room in the place that faces towards it. Don't be fooled.

The Mercure was not as nice some of the other Mercure hotels in France. It looks liked they took over a previous hotel and tried to spruce it up a bit. The look from the outside is not too pleasing but the lobby and the rooms are nice. The rooms are spacious for Europe standards and the bathroom was big, nice and clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. We ate dinner at the restaurant connected to the hotel, and it was delicious. We had looked at the menu and thought the prices were normal for France, but the food was well worth every penny. It was a very pleasant surprise! We did not walk to Mont Saint Michel, as we were there during low tourist season, so we just drove and had no problem. If you wanted to walk at night, the hotel provided reflective vests. Also, there are a few other restaurants and a grocery store across the street from the hotel. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and would definitely stay there again.

The Mercure is one of a number of fairly similar hotels clustered on the mainland next to the causeway to Le Mont Saint Michel. Everything seemed to be up to the usual Mercure standards, with friendly, helpful service and clean, comfortable and quiet (a/c and good soundproofing) rooms. Good choice at breakfast including hot food. The hotel reception sells discounted entry tickets to the Abbey, and the hotel made a good base for visiting first thing before rush. Good value at the advance purchase rate as well.

The room was fine, great location for Mt St Michel and the food at the resturant was excellent, only bad point was the bed, it had a good 'dent' in it on the middle bottom half so it made for a sore back the next day.

Excellent location with a grocery store nearby. Pleasant receptionist and staff. Could hardly be closer to mount St Michell.

If you don't fancy lugging your luggage to any Mont ST Michel hotels, which is filled with steps and uneven roads, this hotel is the next best thing for traveller with a car. The hotel is clean and spacious. The drive is about 5 mins away to Mont ST Michel. You can walk if you want but we were too lazy.

The hotel(motel) is within a walk to Mont St Michel, Rooms large,clean. expensive breakfast, but that is normal for France. Room for three not crowded.

This is a basic hotel suitable for access to the area and tour of Mont Saint Michel which is a 2 kilometre walk away. It is nothing special and a bit dull.. There are plenty of similar class hotels much cheaper in the area. On a more positive note the hotel is adjacent to a very good restaurant.. But if I were to return I would stay in same standard lower cost hotel. A word of caution though about Mont Saint Michell.. Do not eat in the Terasse Mdme Poulard.. the food is appalling and almost as bad as the service topped off by outrageous prices (24 Euro for a very bad frothy tasteless omelette.. Eat the local quiche in your hand for four.. The island is a wonderful visit but don't get ripped off.

This hotel has probably been our best place to stay yet, the staff were excellent in dealing with all our needs and the room was one of the largest we have ever stayed at (separate toilet and spare single bed NICE). The location was only half an hour walk to the Mont along the causeway, and we ventured out at the evening to get some nice night shots of the sight. Overall the hotel was nicely decorated and laid out, with a more then adequate breakfast (not included in the price of the hotel). My only gripe would be there was only one power socket to use in the room itself, which was shared with the free tea & coffee facilities. If we ever come back to Mont Saint MIchel again we will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was standard tourist fare, but comfortable, roomy, and with all the amenities. When the heat didn't seem to work, we were quickly provided with a space heater and had no further trouble. It was convenient to what we wanted to do and the stay was very pleasant.

THE HOTEL HAVE PAINTED THE BATHROOM, BUT THE FACILITIES ARE OLD..NOT BAD NOT GOOD...THE ROOM IS VERY GOOD CONDITION.. I RECOMEND THE STAY IN THIS HOTEL TO VISIT THE MONT SAINT MICHEL...

L'accès à l’hôtel en voiture, est facturé 1,5€ par passage, bientot 12€ (en projet). La barrière de péage (géré par VéOLIA) est placée juste avant l’hôtel. Dommage. L’hôtel est beau, très propre. Le petit déjeuner est cher, 13€, il est à volonté et de bonne qualité, mais ça reste une somme élevée pour un petit déjeuner.Je recommande cet hôtel.

Très bon hôtel, bien décoré, bien meublé. On regrette seulement le manque de vue sur le Mont.

酒店位置不錯, 裝潢雖然不是很新, 但房間舒適, 浴室乾淨, 櫃檯服務人員很熱心, 酒店外面有超市, 也有接駁巴士到聖米歇爾山, 以及到Rennes的巴士, 地理位置相當方便, 十分推薦!

De passage dans cet hôtel pour une nuit afin de visiter le mont, nous nous somme présenter à 13h pour prendre notre chambre (12h30 indiqué dans le mail de réservation). Impossible car la chambre n'était pas prête .ll faudra revenir 3h plus tard ! Personne ne nous a accompagner à notre chambre, le wifi est limité à 4h d'utilisation après vous être inscrit sur un site, sinon il faut payer. L'accès au parking nécessite un code que vous obtiendrais en appelant l'hôtel, car ces derniers sont trop occupés pour vous l'envoyer. Il faut également savoir que le parking n'est pas gratuit. Mais vous l'apprenez qu'au moment du départ. Voilà un hôtel dont les service et le cadre sont très loin du 4 étoile, je ne le recommande à personne.

Agréable séjour, rien a reprocher . Au top!!

객실은 비교적 깨끗했지만 객실내 안전금고가 없어 프런트에 맡겨야합니다. 몽생미셀 수도원 외부에서 수도원까지 운행하는 지역에 호텔중 가장 멀리 있고 호텔 어느 객실에서도 수도원이 보일것 같지는 않습니다. 식당도 마찬가지여서 수도원 야경이 보이는 식당에서 저녁먹기 위해 타 호텔을 이용했습니다. 하루 묶어가기엔 나쁘지 않은 호텔입니다

No hotel em si , fomos muito bem recebidos! O hotel passa por algumas reformas e o cheiro de cola ou tinta estava muito forte nos corredores e chegava a entrar no quarto. O restaurante do hotel além de caro não tinha variedade. Perguntei se havia alguma opção vegetariana ou pasta e a resposta foi não. Nem pensou para sugerir alguma opção diferente de carne ou salada fria. Era noite, estava frio e um jantar com prato frio não caía bem. Nota 0 para o restaurante.

Très bon séjour! Personnel agréable, chambre confortable. Navette pour le Mont très proche de l'hôtel et sans trop d'attente. Le restaurant est très agréable avec un petit déjeuner au top.

サービスなどは普通でしたが、モンサンミッシェルへも歩いて行けます。（バスもでていますが）　レンタカーでホテルに行きましたが、手前にゲートがあり入ることができず先に歩いてホテルまで行きゲートのパスワードのようなものをもらいホテルまでレンタカーで入りました。ゲートから徒歩でも３分程です。

Hôtel avec un très bon accueil, bien équipé et lumineux. Le restaurant associé est excellent avec notamment d'excellents petits-déjeuners. Seul défaut, il est situé dans une zone d'hôtels et restaurants fermés par barrières par la municipalité pour éviter un grand flux de voiture dans une impasse (????) Ceci impose le paiement de 1.5€ à chaque passage. Si la somme n'est pas importante, le principe me parait inadmissible : C'était notre dernier voyage au Mont.

Idéalement situé pour le départ des navettes vers le Mont Saint-Michel. Bien penser à appeler la réception pour avoir le code de la barrière avant d'arriver afin de se garer pour 1,50€, sinon le parking communal est hors de prix. Hôtel confortable, dommage qu'il n'y ai pas d’ascenseur. Petit-déjeuner très bien mais aussi très cher.

Chambre très mal insonorisée et lit peu confortable pour un "grand gabarit" (1,90m 105kg). Accueil sympathique et chaleureux. Accès au parking payant malgré l'offre indiquée sur la réservation. Propreté impeccable. Restaurant hors de prix. Proximité commerces, restaurants, et Mont Saint Michel appréciable.

モンサンミッシェルからは歩くとかなり距離があるがバスが運行しているので距離はさほど気にならなかった。無料でwifiが使えると書いてあったのに、結局遅すぎて滞在中一回もネットは開けず。追加料金を出せば高速wifiになると言っていたがそれなら最初から無料wifiがあると書かないでほしい。また、前日に翌朝バスでサンマロまで行くと船の時間に間に合わないため、タクシーをホテルに呼んでほしいと頼んだら、どのタクシーも忙しいから不可能だと言われた。そんなはずはないと何度も頼んだが結局相手にしてもらえず。困り果てて近くのホテルで同じように頼んだら、すぐにタクシー会社へ連絡してくれて、もちろんタクシーも翌日しっかり来てくれた。親切さがない。困っている客に対して無理という返事だけで終わらせる接客態度が信じられなかった。接客態度さえ悪くなければ、部屋は綺麗でよかった。

good location to Mont St. Michel, friendly staff, particularly in Restaurant area. Need for access code to hotel area would need to be displayed on reservation system, though.

Emplacement de l'hotel strategique par rapport au Mont St Michel, mais éloigné du centre ville ou toutes les activites sont a faire. Néanmoins, les restos voisins de l'hotel sont très sympathique. Très bonne impression generale.

口コミで書かれていた通り日本人好みのホテルだと思いました。目の前にバス停があり移動が大変楽でした。モンサンミッシェルには徒歩20分で行けました。写真で紹介されている通りの部屋なのでがっかりすることはないと思います。

島に宿泊しませんでしたが、ホテルはバス停のすぐ前にあり、非常に便利でした。島までのシャトルバスの乗り場までは徒歩で２～3分です。また、併設のレストランは食事の内容もよく、ウェイターが日本語が堪能で言葉にも不自由しませんでした。
