The showers have mold and mildew , the walls have stains , the furniture is old and the bed sheets are dirty . The only thing is location . Has a perfect location .

We were happy with our stay. The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. It's very convenient to Aguadilla airport. We only stayed one night when we first arrived in Puerto Rico since our flight arrived very late at night and we didnt want to drive too far. There isn't much in walking distance from the hotel. The staff were very friendly. We would stay here again.

The room was dirty. The floors were full hair, the walls had random stains everywhere and spitter webs. We got room service the next day at 6pm. We had just got back from the beach. We had to wait 45 min, wet , out side for the maintenance man to finish cleaning our room. The worst part was the front desk. There was no one ever there. When we checked out we waited 10 minutes and no one came. We left the keys to the room with a more. The whole time the lady was outside smoking with two other employees. No wonder no one answers the phone at the front desk. We will never stay again.

The place is nice for the price grounds are well kept. Pools are nice location is close to crash boat beach. Spent most of time on the road but still nice place to stay.

I would definitely not recommend this as a good place to stay! We had two rooms since we were traveling with our kids and both rooms had ironing boards with disgusting stained covers on them sitting right by the door when you walk in. Window shades would not go up unless you stood on the bed and rolled them back up. There was no clock in the room and an old TV. Grout in the bathroom floor tile was a disgusting shade of black - mold or just dirt? Not sure. There was an empty metal tissue holder on the wall with rust around the edges. In general I can say that it appeared to have been cleaned well, but just needs some serious updating and attention to the floor tile. There was a large family function going on at the hotel with VERY loud music, which is OK in the early hours, but continued until 1:30 AM. Then people (from the party I assume) were outside the door shouting, talking, etc. after the party. It was not a restful night! We did not pay a lot for these rooms, but were very disappointed since the reviews we read were not too bad.

VERY GOOD. THE EMPLOYEES ARE EXCELLENT.

Got there early let us check in before 3pm very nice people in front desk .room was decent size big bathroom very nice pool close to all stores and beaches. we stayed for 6 nights and we have no problem going back . they need to get better pillow and upgrade hot water. Recommend 100 porcent.

The only problem we had when we went is that the address on google maps was wrong and we had a pretty difficult time finding it. The staff was very helpful in that respect though.

This hotel was exactly what we paid for. It is not expensive and it was fine. There are several smaller hotels with the same name in the area so be aware as I called the wrong one looking for directions (googled the hotel name). The staff was friendly enough and the area was clean. The rooms were clean. Ours had a lot of mold on the bathroom ceiling which I am typically allergic to so I was a bit worried at first but it never bothered me. You do need a car to stay in this area. There is a restaurant at the hotel but we prefer to venture out and eat locally - which is also much cheaper than hotel food. There were two pools that looked clean We went to the local beaches and ate wonderful food. The hotel to us is really a place to crash and it suited us fine. There were some roosters or chickens or other birds walking around the lawn which was nice. There is a salon there as my boyfriend needed a haircut. But the stylist was not there when we went. There were two women doing nails though. We have stayed at a few hotels in the area and this one was just as good as any others.

This hotel was nice and great to take your family..

My husband and I stayed here for five days. It was quiet, safe, clean and comfortable. Front desk service was very nice. Pools were beautiful. Food in the area is good -Desecheo and Sazones but did not get to try the hotel food. Crashboat beach is gorgeous and 2 minutes away. Highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful room the first night. The restaurant was totally awesome. Second night, we had to ask for a remote control (there was none in the room) and the air conditioner was a little off. The hotel was a little noisy. Would like to see Puerto Rico offer "creamer" for coffee instead of milk. Not everyone can digest milk.

A very short stay. Very family friendly, also good for singles. Very nice atmosphere. Two swimming pools, clean, tennis court, though I saw nobody swimming or playing tennis. Manicured lawns, one of the most picturesque hotels I have encountered. Room was clean, linen and towels were clean and were appropriately white. You will need your cell phone as there was no phon in the room. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend.

Very good and peaceful spaces

It was adequate for a one night stay.

Nice hotel in ok area. It might not be a beachfront property, but the hotel was really nice. It is tucked away from busy street, so you don't hear much traffic. Was perfect after a day of driving from Guanica. Met our needs. Traveled with two children.

The grounds are very quaint and the rooms are pretty comfortable considering the price range. The staff at the front is slow, but nice, however, housekeeping is terrible. We left for the day before housekeeping arrived and when we came back much, much later in the evening, the room looked the same. The guy at the front desk was sincerely apologetic, and brought us new towels. The next day our room was cleaned thoroughly. I consider it to be a great location. Not only is the hotel near the Aguadilla airport, but it's right up the street from one of the most beautiful beaches on Puerto Rico's west coast, Crashboat. Despite our issues with housekeeping, I would definitely recommend staying there.

Overall stay is good. Check in is quite slow. Tried to get water from vending machine and most items especially water is out.

Ok for the price. I just stayed one night and I didn't need much luxury. Nice beds and a clean bathroom. Dripping faucets though.

We loved our stay at El Faro...the pools were very nice and we definitely enjoyed having the cafe right there on the grounds of the hotel. The only concern we had was that the tiles were very slippery when they got wet and since it rained while we were there we had to hold onto the wall, hoping not to slip and fall

Receptionist in the morning was not really welcoming. We arrived at 9am , hotel was however half empty, but she still didn't check us in. She said hello, check in is at 3 pm. So it took a complain and hour and a half to check in. The rest was great. Crash boat beach within walking distance. And all you need.

This hotel is on a busy road and is somewhat tough to find but once you drive into the property it sets away from the roadway so it has a more secluded feel. It is a good find and definitely a good value! The Hotel room was clean and the staff very friendly. We enjoyed the outdoor bar for a few drinks and the service of the bartender Jose was wonderful! He truly made the stay enjoyable. He gave us additional brochures and talked to us about PR. He never acted bothered by our questions and made us feel like we were old friends visiting his home! We only stayed one night but would recommend to others and stay again!

This is a very ood place to stay. Very clean and close to all attractions, very quiet place to rest and disconect of everything,the personel is very friendly and kind, we loved the pool. We are so excited to return very soon.

The Hotel service overall was good. The room was very clean. I would give it a 5 but the only thing I missed was a soap dish in the bath tub. It made it difficult not to have where to place the soap or the shampoo when you are taking a bath. Other than that it was excellent for the family.

Nice service, We didn't have towels when we got to the room but when I requested them they brought them really fast. I wish they had rooms with Kings size beds though!!!

its was great i will definetly concider staying again at this hotel. we had a great visit and also will recomend it to our friends and family...

I liked it. It was clean.nice view.the only thing i didnt like was no hot water. In my room the air conditioner wasnt working too good. And that i have to go out of my room to take internet wireless signal.

Great food very secure,no body have better prices than this hotel They need to up date bath and hot water.......

The hotel was hard to find because it does not show up on the GPS. But once you know its basically a straight shoot from the aguadilla airport. It is within walking distance of crash boat a well known beach but you are all,most two hours away from San Juan. The restaurants around are a little Americanized and the ones that are not close early so make sure u go early. Its a little hard to find arms and the banco popular arms charge 4 dollars to use. Overall nice hotel and location definitely a good place to stay

We paid our stay when we got there no reservation appeared. Hotel is very nice but we got the rooms way in the back they were very nice but the hotel was remodeling so rooms had no phone, ice machines near by . Employees were very kind second day we got attack by bugs that came through the buttom of the door lots of them we had to call from our cells since we did not have a phone in the room. But they sprayed and saved us . Over all it was fine.

The hotel is regular but too overpriced for the rate given to us..Too expensive for what is offering. No hot water, no extra blankets..It is an old hotel.

This hotel was a great place for the price. Close to airport and highways. They are currently renovating. A little tricky to get to, but they put a sign up the next day. Would stay again if in the area.

The front desk clerks are very helpfull and kind people. The ambiance in general is quiet and nice. Nice location, nice pool, quiet place. But the rooms have very poor lighting and the bathroom had no light at all!! The relocated us and when we opened the 2nd room it wasn't ready. Eventually they put us in a 3rd room and there where bugs in our room. Thank god in our family nobody is afraid of a bug! We killed it. The first night we had enough towels then they cut our towel supply in half and my son had to ask for more towels. So if they pay a little more attention to details in their rooms and make changes in the restaurant, ¡they could become a very nice option for a lot more business travelers!

Fun hotel to stay at, two nice pools, large grounds, nice flora and fauna, playground, basketball court restaurant on site with good food,very good service and very very very nice staff and cleaning service and amenities close to beaches, food and shopping. Downsides were no fridge in the room, tile floors were not good for the 14 mos old we had and hard to keep clean, the toilet broke after the first flush and the hose started leaking; it took a whole day for them to fix the hose and the toilet never got fixed so we had to fill up the tank from the bath tub to flush. i guess my spanish just couldnt get the point across, paint was peeling on the ceiling in the bathroom. I would stay here again, and probably will, but I wouldn't make the mistake of accepting a room if it had issues again

Very good hotel for its price. Clean rooms and well kept surroundings. Very good personnel. Prices at the bar and restaurant are reasonable.

Great find in Aquadilla! Just planned on staying for a little sleep and clean up before taking the "red eye" out of Aquadilla. Was very nice, and would deserve a real stay there.

We liked the parador very much overall.
