Holiday Inn Manchester Airport - מנצ'סטר

Not the best location of all unless you want to be next to the airport. Good hotel in general though a little old infrastructure.

For a Holiday Inn, this was not a great example. We had to haul baggage up flights of stairs since there was no lift. The room was dirty with hair in the shower and a bad smell in the room. The beds were uncomfortable. I rarely leave poor reviews, but I would not consider this hotel in the future.

Carn't fault it we all had a good time good facilities, service and food.

It was okay, the only issue is NO free wifi and also poor connectivity of cell phones from the room. Rest all are good.

The hotel was very nice with good facilities. The staff were very friendy and hepfil.

The staff were certainly friendly and professional. I onlu had one meal, but it was well prepared. Room was very clean, but really small. Trouser press was inside the small wardrobe, so difficult to use. Sound insulation was not good. Overall, good - but let down by the small room and noise insulation. Not good enough, given the price which was not excessive, but not cheap.

The hotel is well situated for Manchester Airport, it is comfortable and well appointed with a good reasonably priced restaurant.

There was no shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. This was not mentioned on the reservation. The toll free number of the hotel was not attainable because we had a foreign phone. On the reservation it is better that the real phone number of the hotel is written. we spent 19 pounds for a taxi instead of 8 pounds if we could have phoned the hotel.

Needs complete renovation - some of the starways and hallways smell of mould or damp. My room was tiny. Check-in took forever and the queue stretched outside the door. Staff in the fitness centre had a bad attitude. Overall - like travelling back in time 20 years

This hotel is not forthcoming in disclosing that they have discontinued shuttle service from the airport. Instead they call a taxi and charge the guest. More importantly they were disorganized about the pick up arrangements and I ended up waiting over two hours for a 2 mile ride to the hotel. Upon arrival, the staff was completely indifferent to the problem. In addition to the stained towels in the room, the overall experience was lousy at best. Think twice about staying at this place. Shuttle service at airport hotels is usually free and if you add on the cost of the taxi to the bill plus the poor attitude of the staff, you'll find better bargins elsewhere.

The staff were not at all helpful or knowledgeable, even when my wife became very unwell during our stay. Our room was small and somewhat dilapidated but clean and functional.

When our flight was cancelled we had no hesitation in checking in to this hotel for a second unplanned night. We particularly enjoyed the leisure facilities (pool and gym ) and the bar eating facilities. The rooms were small but adequate for a prw flight night Conveniently there was a bus into the airport from the door of the hotel every 20 minutes for 6 Pounds

We only paid a cheap rate for the room which with the pool, etc was good value. Rooms were a little small and walls fairly thin but good for a one nighter before going somewhere.
