Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was amazing

Fantastic hotel, but a $17 back and forth cab ride to the OC Convention Center. Should have gotten a closer hotel. Cannot walk anywhere because the driveway is too long with no foot paths!

The Ritz has impeccable customer service. I was traveling for the first time with my 13 month old son and found that their customer service from the door to the room to room service was outstanding. Little bit far off from the convention center and no one walks it seems in Florida so a bit of a pain to take a flat rate sedan everywhere but as for the Ritz, fabulous.

We really enjoyed our stay. The service is excellent and the hotel is situated on beautiful grounds. We used the complimentary shuttle service to the various entertainments parks, they were always on time for drop off and pick up.

Beautiful grounds,l of nature: rabbits, ducks, osprey, alligators, herons. You feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, but all of the sites are just a very short drive away. Everyone was extremely nice, we felt very pampered. The hotel is gorgeous, beautiful art. Our room was nice and clean we loved the twice daily maid service. We chose to use valet parking which was very convenient but for about 10 dollars less you can self part and of course then don't need to tip. We were a little disappointed to find no wireless internet service in our room. There was only ethernet or wireless in the lobby. The pool was wonderful, large and seemed to be heated. Pool service was great as well. There is a starbucks in the adjoining Marriott property. I found a shortcut by walking through the Ritz convention/ballroom hall straight through to the Marriott. It is a decent walk, but inside the whole way. Alternatively you can walk along the path behind the hotel and enter the Marriott pool area, go upstairs and to the lobby area to reach the Starbucks. There was a really tasty bakery/store next to the starbucks in the Marriott as well. The paver path behind the hotels is also great for jogging and offers gorgeous views of lush landscaping, lake, golf course, and nature. I loved the location and again, felt I was away from all the hussle and bussle but could be at the Orange County Convention center, shopping, restaurants, etc in just a few minutes.

My boyfriend and I left NYC in the madness of Hurricane Sandy and decided to take a weekend trip to Orlando to relax and have some electricity and water for the week. The Ritz was the perfect escape from it all. It's about a 15 minute drive from the airport and all the major attractions, the staff was accommodating, the rooms were large, clean and comfortable and the pool is AMAZING. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to treat themselves to a luxurious weekend. I nearly cried when we were leaving.

The Ritz in Orlando is a hotel that is good condition and friendly staff. They have balconies on most rooms (if not all) and a beautiful pool. Addtionally, Norman's restaurant located within the hotel is wonderful! I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Hotel itself was fine. The quality of service was very average as for such a renown brand. The restaurant was not available (very small and always fully booked). Some of our belongings disappeared by the pool as we left for a short time to have some lunch. All in all not a Ritz level experience.

One of the nicest Ritz's Around!

My wife and I enjoyed it very much and are looking to return ASAP. Also, the golf course was amazing.

For the price I expected it to be superior. I felt the dining room was not up to par - the food was luke warm when served and although they took our dinners back (Norman dining room) and compensated by bringing appetizers which we did not ask for or expect - the dinners were then brought back warmer. I did not care for the scallops - they seemed soggy and did not stay warm. Our room I felt could use some updating - the rug and decor - it seemed the hotel was doing some redecorating of the room but not all of it. I think next time we will try the Waldorf Astoria to see how they compare.

We went there to golf in luxury. The golf course is well maintained but in our view not memorable enough to justify the price. Staff forgetful breakfast orders wrong twice. When we were leaving our golf clubs were missing. Lucky we had left enough time to catch our flight. They had sent one set of clubs down to the golf club about 5 minutes away by car (but they didnt know that they had done so) despite being specifically told they were not to and the other set they managed to mislay in the bag room. It took about 30 minutes to sort. They charge for parking

My husband and I decided to celebrate Thanksgiving as well as our son's third birthday at the Ritz. The Dinner buffet was five star quality and the unlimited champagne the elegant touch that we love. I only wish they would have remembered that it was my son's third birthday on Thanksgiving Day. They assured me they would bring him a birthday plate at the time I made the reservations but they forgot. Other than that, the service and the decorations were as fabulous as ever!

This hotel, resort, spa, everything was truly a wonderful place to stay for every angle. It offered the perfect amount friendliness, service, food...etc! A great adult hotel. It exceeded our expectations. The spa service was a fantastic deal and a way to get away - use the pool area...it's quiet and romantic. The restaurants were all wonderful. Everything ordered was cooked to perfection and was fabulous - pricey but worth every penny. It's right down the street (1.1 miles) from Seaworld. Will be going back next year.

This is by far the best hotel in Orlando. It is classy from beginning to end. They offered us a glass of champagne upon arrival on Christmas Day as well as hot chocolate. The service was impeccable! I can't wait to go back!
