We love staying at the Amora. This is about the 5th time we have stayed there. It is on the tram line and so transport is no problem. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance and a hotel and bottle shop very close by when you want that little sip or so. Also the hotel has bicycles to use and there is a lovely bike path along the Yarra which is right nest door. Friendly staff

Convenient out of the city location yet accessable by tram.Parking off street without charge was a plus.

Lovely room and wonderful service from all staff. Comfortable bed.

The Amora Riverwalk was a wonderful location, great service and room but we were not told of the wedding going on below our room from 4pm until 11pm - the precise time we were trying to rest. There were bagpipes and karaoke at very high volume - not relaxing AT ALL! We would have changed our nights stay had we been informed earlier than check in (after our 1.5 hour commute).

Very clean, helpful, efficient and happy staff, loved our split level 2 bedroom apartment with balcony, fresh air, great view and walk along the river bank, caught trams in and out of the city, great shopping and eating areas all along Bridge Road, really enjoyed staying in Richmond. Fully recommend it and car was secure!

My partner and I stayed here for one night while attending a concert in the city. Far exceeded our expectations. Great rate for what you get! Clean rooms,comfy bed, friendly staff, lovely bar and restaurant - we received a complimentary buy one get one free meal and drink card. We truly could not fault this place in any way. We travel alot and we are certainly fussy -there are few hotels that impress us both. Looking forward to our next stay.

It is always a pleasant environment and is away from the hustle & bustle of th CBD albeit close enough to it. The surroundings are casual, friendly and non intrusive. We always enjoy our time at the Amora

We were at a Wedding nearby and decided to make a weekend of it. Loved staying at the Hotel and will stay there again

great location close to the city.the walk path along the yarra river is very nice.rooms are more like a small apartment, very spacious and well set up also for a short stay.

Friendly and helpful reception staff, clean and comfortable room. Did not use restauranr facilities as breakfast very expensive. Would certainly stay again and recommend.

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. It suited perfectly for us as we were attending a wedding nearby. Would stay here again. Couldn't find any faults.

It was fine. The tram stop was outside the front door. A fair way from the main sights of the city.

Lovely room but music from the function room on Friday night was played until at least 2.30am and quite annoying when trying to sleep. Also a bit noisy on Saturday night but I think it came from the hotel over the road. My fault but did not realise the room layout (two story and steep stair case) did not suit my 20 month old granddaughter at all. I would not recomend this type of room to anyone with a baby, infant or small chlid. (An accident waiting to happen). We did enjoy our stay though and found it very clean.

Lovely staff, delicious buffet breakfasts and ice to the room in minutes!

Everything about our stay was great from the hotel perspective. The service at the desk and restaurant was really personal. The only negative was the pub across the road that played loud music and had a loud crowd noise until quite late at night. We would request a riverside room next time and be very happy to stay again.

Hotel is in a fabulous location to take advantage of public transport, bike riding along the Yarra, shopping, MCG, etc. Hotel Duty Manager was a little inflexible. We booked 3 nights accommodation 2 of them with breakfast. He did not want to allow us the option of which mornings suited us to have the breakfast. We stay in this hotel each year and the inability to compromise was disappointing.

We were uprated upon arrival. Which was great. Very happy with hotel and services.

Great location, tram stop outside, Bridge Rd shops and restaurants a short walk away. We stayed in a townhouse - stairs quite steep, but manageable. Our older guests had problems stepping in and out of the bath on the lower level. Apart from that the airconditioning worked well and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. We would recommend to others.

The service from all staff in this hotel was exceptional.The room was well appointed and very clean. The location was great being close to great shopping, the city and having a river with walking and biking tracks behind the hotel. I would love to stay here again !!!

Trams to city stop at the front door. A very quiet and comfortable venue.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. We had a spa room which was great. The room was quiet, we did not hear the trams or any other guests in the hallway - always a bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful.

excellent service all through the nite continuously right through till check-out time didnt hesitate 2 help keep us happy with our requests we all were overly impressed

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to offer assistance with our requests. Our room was large and well maintained Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits were refilled each day. The tram stop is conveniently located in front of the hotel. The grounds are pleasant and there is easy access to the walk/ bikeways along the river. The hotel is outside the CBD but is a relaxing place to stay.

Staff very friendly and helpful If booking this hotel - request room away from the road - trams noises kept us up late at night and early in the morning. Couch inlunge very uncomfortable - cushions kept slidding off - not able to relax easily. Breakfast is expensive - $25 for a continental breakfast - it would have been good to be able to make breakfast in room but bar fridge in apartment was full of mini-bar stock and there were no facilities near by for buying simple breakfast supplies.

Recently stayed at the Amora Riverwalk in Richmond, Melbourne. Had a great stay, room was lovely, very spacious bedroom. Service from hotel staff was excellent. Would definetley stay there again!

The hotel was nice enough, but the room was a different story. The phone kept buzzing loudly and wouldn't work. When I called down to the front desk they said someone would be up to fix it. Never happened. The internet server went down twice in 24 hours, each time prompting a trip to the front desk where they rebooted and all was well. Customer service doesn't seem high on their list.

I experienced my meal order done wrong, next night my card key wouldn't let me in my room and the night chef for room service menu went home, you pay for simple services and this p[lace not only fails to deliver but offers no compensation for it, a disgrace of a hotel in my opinion

Clean, comfortable rooms Downstairs bar and seating areas were friendly and social. Staff were excellent.

We enjoyed our stay at the Riverwalk, our room was very clean, comfortable and warm. We had a lovely view of the Yarra River and didn't need the car during our stay as restaurants, shopping, movies and the city are all either a walk, bike ride or tram ride away. Highly recommended.

酒店设施和交通还是很便利的，出门就有电轨车站，而且附近就有很多商店可以逛。人员服务态度不错，只是房卡会偶尔不起作用，其他客人也反映过类似情况。没有免费的停车位，最不爽的还是网费非常之贵，12d one hour,29d one day，并且一个帐号只供一台电脑登陆很费解！四星酒店卫生环境没什么可说的，加的沙发床很不舒服，两个人睡就会陷在中间。
